The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
The promotion made reference to a $10.00 discount however never appeared in the transaction !! Not happy !!

Shipping seems high for a local delivery. If the pizza delivery guys charged this much in shipping and handling no one would buy pizzas.

At end of order, found out there is not free shipping. Fees and handling and shipping came to over $15 more. Might expensive daisies.
Pls add search sort priced low to high, because you have so many choices under $50. follow-up is just to confirm when you deliver.

So far so good; second order done quickly; only I do not pay sales tax in Oregon, so that will have to be corrected.
Always use you because once some sub par flowers were delivered and you stood by me and had the local florist deliver another bouquet
A handling fee? Isn't that included in shipping? And the other sites I checked had more like a $5 ship fee. Seems too high.
