The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I hope it works. The other florist in Lynchburg cancelled my order as they did not have what I needed.
I'll see how things go, I had a bad experience in the past with a different florist. They confirmed that a delivery was made and actually it wasn't.
I COULD NOT ENTER HOSPITAL, THOUGH THE RESIDENCE IS A NURSING HOME, AND SO HAD TO CHOOSE BUSINESS. KEPT HAVING TO RELOAD MAIL DATA. ALSO COULD NOT ADD CHOCOLATES BUT NOT SURE WHY...

Everything was ok, the flowers were beautiful, fresh, your service was great, BUT the bouquet was not at all like the one in the picture, the one I chose.
Hurriedly ordering the day before Christmas Eve and gratified to be able to get flowers there by Dec. 24th!
Ordered for Mothers Day finally had to cancel after rescheduled delivery three times. Doesn't produce for a very important day.

It would be nice if the descriptions said how tall the arrangement was, and if there were pictures for all three price points.
Send a flower arrangement for my Aunt and Uncle in Florida. We live in Ohio. She sent a picture of it-WOW!!!! Just beautiful!!
$20.00 in unannounced fees is a bit excessive. Warn the customer that there are delivery fees not mentioned until everything is already entered.
Pretty good except for the difficulties experienced in knowing what items are available in the country you wish them sent to.

all I wanted were latex balloons- spent 20 bucks on mylar balloons with sayings that had nothing to do with the occasion. Boo!!!!!!!!!
Fast and Easy, However I think you have to many extra and almost hidden charges. We went from $69.00 to $100.00 very quickly.
This website is very difficult to use. It took me a really long time to place the order because it was not straightforward.
