The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
It was easy to shop - i look forward to here from Liva, and that she is found of the teddy and roses.
The flowers received was nothing like what was in the image and not worth the price.

The site was easy to use except for where to put the code for my discount, since I have bought from here before. So I missed out on the discount.

Shopping experience was fine but you are not very up front about cost. Delivery charges are not disclosed until very end.
I was surprised at the shipping and handling fee of $13 plus the other fee for handling. Seems a little much.
