The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

They take your money and never deliver the flowers, when you call the 800 number they never answer the phone. SCAM!

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

They deliver late - days and day late - and do not deliver the same flowers as the photo - I do NOT recommend you using them. They are a sham.

I think the prices quoted should include the delivery charges. I was little shocked after I placed the order that your delivery charge was $11.99.
When I started it said I could save $20 and then it said coupon for $10 and then there was no where to enter coupon?????
I ordered the flower as a gift. It was delivered on time, and it was beautiful. The recipients loved it.
The weather and the rural address contributed to the late arrival, but when it was delivered it was most appreciated.

The shipping fee's were not shown until the final checkout. After which there was three shipping fee's, handling, shipping, and express shipping

Site forces you to enter a first and last name whether you want to include recipient's last name or not.

The flowered were delivered one day late. They were beautiful, but was disappointed in the late delivery.

I was continuously asked to enter the correct address to deliver the flowers. I typed in the correct address perhaps two or three times.
