The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I'm always shocked by all the add-on's. Handling. Shipping. Tax. Just because. Just give me the price and the tax and don't add and add and add...

Too many choices with redundant color combinations. More plants would have been nice. PayPal would have been nice.

The website is fine with the exception of the $10 coupon blocking the flowers. The proof is in the quality of the flowers when they are delivered.
