The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

My mom received the flowers on december 23, but they were left outside in freezing cold temperatures, with no covering and no notice. The flowers were frozen and died right away, she sent me a picture and they looked sickly and definitely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed! Will not be ordering again from his website.
Please note that though this is a Fall arrangement this is a sympathy and needs an appropriate card for the arrangement. "Thinking of you" or "In Sympathy" I would suggest delivering in that area earlier rather than later due to daylight savings and the location of the house. You had trouble delivering there one month ago.
I don't know your company but am super stoked about how easy it was to order short-notice flowers for my GMA. I went to FTD, 1800 flowers, and several other companies and it took me 30 minutes per site to find out that they didn't deliver on the day I needed. If this is all delivered when you say it will be, it will be my best flower delivery experience *ever*.
The picture online was beautiful. Even added additional money for some extra flowers. My sister sent me a picture and it was so disappointing. The vase was about half the size and green leaf hanging down in front. Just Flowers offered to give me 5 dollars back. Didn't want my money back just wanted what I paid for. For 92.00 it should have been nice. My last time to do business with them.
My girlfriend was feeling the pressure of the holidays so I thought I surprised her with a flower display and boy was she surprised. Nice flowers they made her day and they arrived in a timely manner.
I ordered flowers on Saturday May 11 2018 around 1:30 they were suppose to be delivered on Sunday Mothers Day. They still haven't been delivered. Called on Monday no one would answer the phone. I sent an email still no response. Tuesday I called no answer I left a message. I just want a refund this is ridiculous. I will never place another order with them. The least they could of done was sent me an email saying they were behind in delivery's.

The mother's day flowers that I ordered never delivered. I have asked repeatedly for proof of delivery, but they only say that the "spoke with the local florist".
The recipient went to the front desk repeated and there was nothing. She verified this with them by phone but they, for some reason, don't want to acknowledge this.
They spoiled the holiday for a 91 year old, wonderful woman

The fashionista chic bouquet I purchased is absolutely gorgeous on the website but what was received was nothing in comparison, and I mean no where in comparison. I was given every excuse in the book and I got nowhere with their "manager" who pretty much didn't care and then proceeded to offer me a ten dollar refund. Guys this company will make it point to say that the customer accepted the $10 refund as a response to a bad review but will fail to mention how they are of no help nor care that they don't provide what was purchased. Talking to them was pointless. Worse flower website, worse customer service... just terrible all around. I will never purchase from website. It's just not right to trick people!

This is a scam. I was charged $100 more than my order indicated, and the flowers never showed up. When I placed the order, it said I would receive an email receipt, which I did not. Their customer service line was inactive, so I could not get through to a rep to sort out the problem. I should have been smarter, but I am glad to know that I should avoid this site going forward. I was robbed by this site.

After ordering I realized there were other web sights that rated Just Flowers. Hundreds and hundreds of negative comments of disappointment with order or delivery. I called to cancel and talked to two different agents that assured me of delivery and a beautiful arrangement. So I trusted them. Two hours before the service, I receive a call that they could not deliver. PLEASE avoid this heartache!

Placed an order for flowers, to be delivered on Sunday. They called me to confirm and said everything was in order, no problem to deliver. Sunday came and went. I inquired as to why, and received no credible response to my question. Waited all day Monday, and still no delivery. Now they are saying that delivery will be on Tuesday. Why would I believe that? All these inquires are online... phones were busy and after 20 minutes, I gave up. Horrible customer service... buy local and save the aggravation.

I have had many terrible experiences with large online flower suppliers, where the flowers end up half dead and the cake was mashed beyond recognition. I hope that by ordering directly with a smaller business will be a better experience. I hope so!
Horrible company! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Right after the order was placed I received a confirmation call from a representative, he said that I would get an email with order number. Money was withdrawn right away but still didn't get an order number in my email. Flowers were not delivered at all, it's been two days, and now I can't get a hold of a live person. Never use this company! I have never dealt with such and unprofessional company in my career. Ordered flowers on a Tuesday for same day delivery, received an email Tuesday late saying there was a problem with the order but it will be delivered Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon got a call saying they are sorry but the order will be fulfilled that afternoon. Once again got an email late Wednesday night saying the order that we requested could not be filled we had to choose another arrangement. Called in to get a full refund and was placed on several hold for very long times and and after arguing with them for a refund they finally gave a refund now we have to watch for the refund. Took over 30 mins to make a simple refund. Plus no one you talk to can you understand.

Our customer service supervisor offered to send the recipient a gift from an outside vendor with a $15.00 discount but you declined our offer. Again, we are so sorry this didn't work out.
I ordered a specific flower bouquet for my mother to be delivered the same day before Mother's Day. Every day for 4 consecutive days I received a message saying that they were unable to deliver them and they would try for the next day. It wasn't because she wasn't home. They had no reason or excuse, and customer service was no help at all. The day of delivery I received a message that they had to "make alterations" to the bouquet to "have it delivered on time."
Hands down the most disappointing and worst floral purchase I've dealt with. I went with them because of the "same day delivery guarantee" and will not use them anymore. I don't support companies who eagerly take people's money while they can't deliver and won't provide any reasoning.

easy to order and beautiful flowers they did arrive the day after Christmas which is okay I understand if they became very busy with deliveries, my aunt was happy with delivery and quality of flowers.
Just flowers layers their advertisement over local florist. So although you attempt to order from your local florist they can intercept and receive your order if you do not catch the change in the address line, browser. I ordered flowers prior to 9 AM this morning and paid for express delivery, so within four hours. It is 330 and my calls for updates go to people working from their homes, one with lots of roosters crowing in the background. They are unable to give me any update from their system and only have the ability to put me on hold and call the local florist, a florist for which they will not disclose the name. This outfit is terrible, it's a joke, such a disappointment. I am dreading the quality of flowers my friend will receive for the $96 I paid.

Site is easy to use, the virtual assistant came on to see if I needed help, and other than your service fee being a bit on the high side, I usually get feedback that the arrangements were extremely beautiful!
What a scam, I ordered my mother flowers for mothers day. When I went to the website on Saturday it showed the flowers could be delivered on Saturday and or Sunday. I choose Sunday and they just came today Wed. They also were half dead and don't even look like the picture online. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed overall. When I call them the complain the call kept getting disconnected.

You show 59.99 for the dozen yellow roses, but when I add to cart and type in info, it jumps to 79.99 with no explanation. I didn't add anything to the order extra. Seems like a cheap trick to me. A chat box opened up asking if I needed help, and when I typed in my response, it said no one was available. Horrible purchase process, seems shady. I won't order from you again.
im in a long distance relationship and I thought sending him flowers would be nice. it was pretty easy to leaf though the website and find what i wanted. the price conversion is a little more than I had hoped for but if the flowers are fresh and he likes them then it will be okay. if they are not so good or not handled well i definitely wont be recommending for the price.
