I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Order promised for Saturday 5/11. I understand Mother's Day is busy, gave them benefit of doubt. Its now Sunday 10:40 pm--no flowers. Holiday is OVER. Flowers of no use now. Spoiled surprise! Left two messages on 1-800 number. If Florist unable to fulfill order, a simple email/text would have allowed me to make alternate arrangements.

Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.

I would like to be able to search from highest price to lowest price. Your web site does not allow that sort of ranking.....all you do for instance is show all flowers above $100. I would like to see them rank ordered.

Not only did they mess up my order and not deliver flowers on the due date but i have unsubscribe on may occasions to their service but they continue to send me emails about there products

It shouldnt surprise me from this terrible company

Shaun Smith, your order back on 7/10/2021 was delivered without any issue whatsoever. Your most recent order was not delivered because our main supplier in the recipient's town has recently gone out of business. Much like many businesses across the country during these tough economic times. We offered to send your order out on an alternate date with a discount but you insisted that it be sent completely free of charge. Your order has since been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.

I ordered fire and ice roses from here. This is a rare roses and I was very happy to find them. They even called me to tell me the order was ready and shipping on time. When the roses arrived they where basic pink roses. I called them to notify them and the responses was they made a substitute and they are valued at the same costs and I was to deal with it. I looked up the pink roses on there own website and they are half the costs. I asked for a refunded and they said they do not do refunds. So if you have no interest on what you are getting and want someone to lie to you feel free and use them.

Could not have had a worse experience. Everything they did was wrong. The arrangement wasn't what I ordered, delivery was 2 days late, flowers were not fresh and dropping blooms everywhere, the water in the vase was brown, they charged a handling/delivery fee of $20 which they failed to mention. When I complained, they offered me $7.50 off my $80 order and a coupon for my next order. I guarantee my next order will never happen.

the local florist had problems delivering...I gave a specific time slot, also my phone numbers and the receptients, but they didn't notify anyone and went back only to deliver when someone else opened the apartment doors, why they didn't call my daughter whom I was sending the flowers to that they were there or call me or call you back is beyond my understanding but your staff was great in meeting my expectations you are fantastic.

I have used this site more than three times. Each time, there's supposed to be a discount of at least $10, but it's never been applied. The discount offer code is never seen anywhere. On my last order before this, I also sent you a feedback like this, but no response. Today I chatted with two workers on the same matter, but no answer. Where is the discount code to be found??? Do I go to BBB about non-fulfillment of your advert-promises?

I think the handling charge should be stated up-front when you make a flower selection; not at the very end with shipping charge. And my Mom's house is 7 miles from McLouth. I think charging $7 for delivery is excessive.

Awful service. Ordered a week in advance and item is 3 days late. They did not notify us there was a problem despite having 2 phone numbers for me and 2 for the recipient. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone. Left email and they responded. Was told there was a problem with the address. That was the excuse. No offer of compensation or apology. Just claim it is "scheduled"for delivery today. It was scheduled for delivery 3 days ago. Not today!

EXPENSIVE. But I cannot find anyone to deliver to Florida. I suppose everyone in terrified with the China Virus nonsense. However I realize shipping flowers is a frivolous luxury. Your prices are $10-20 higher than anyone who DOESN'T deliver to the ******* zip code AND you tacked on additional fees which were not visible until the end of the process and I had already chosen my purchase. Let the customer see the hidden fees BEFORE checkout. Handling AND Shipping AND Express fees (for a Thursday delivery three days before Mother's Day)? Really?? Shameful. You can do better and you should do better. You spoil the pleasure of buying a gift for a loved one with hidden fees. Poor form. Poorly executed. In a bind I'm forced to accept this mistreatment.

Shop from home for season-inspired floral arrangements, plants and gourmet gift baskets. And, as always, you have the choice of same-day delivery across the US and Canada." I chose your company over others as I liked the $10 savings only to realize that it only gave $5 off. I went back to the email to discover that in fine print at the bottom left of the email, the order had to be over $50. I didn't want to waste more time reshopping but am a little miffed at the small print that was hard to find. Feels a little deceitful & I can't say I would have chosen your company to get only $5 off when I have better coupons with other companies.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day last year and this year, but in each case the flowers were never delivered... I was told each day there would be an "attempt" to deliver them, but tomorrow never came, and so I had to cancel the order... I will not be trying to use Just Flowers a third time, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else wasting their time with them, either...

Tip for consumers:
I would not use them... the only positive thing about my experience is that they do provide refunds... but don't waste your time as they do not deliver and if you talk with a representative they can never give a reason why they can't deliver

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Ordered flowers in advance for Mother's Day for $110; paid for Mother's Day arrival. Didn't arrive, so called them and the manager said he'd put them on a truck and have them delivered. Didn't happen. Delivered 3 days later, and my father was embarrassed - said they look like they ran into Walgreens and purchased a $15 bouquet. Called back and received the worst service I ever encountered. Seriously, don't use this company or you'll regret it

Your website was difficult to use and more importantly I did not appreciate the extra fees... Handling and shipping. I had to redo the order almost 3 times and spent so much time including calling your customer service to see if the order went through, at check out I saw those fees and was almost left the site but I had spent so much time on it already I pushed the place order. I'm not planning to return to Just Flowers again.

Well, it was my first time and definitely my last time too.

I ordered flowers from outside the USA, the customer service was quite bad. Never answer to my email etc.and I didn't even get any notice when the "flowers" was delivered.

But the worst thing is the order itself. I bought some roses, got some good expectation but the person receive some piece of leaves!

Check the picture of what I thought I bought and what the person received... I just can laugh at it. It's so ridiculous and embarassing! It looks like the deliver guy picked some roses from the neighbors yard... I can't believe I paid +80$ for that!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a nephews funeral. I paid extra for a premium arrangement and expedited delivery. The flower arrangement was an autumn orange and yellow arrangement with lots of flowers. What was delivered was a plant with 2 flowers of the color that I ordered. I paid almost 105.00 for this arrangement and what was delivered was a 35.00(at most) plant with minimal flowers. Knowing the times and pandemic woes I was willing to let it go with a 50.00 refund, which would have been way more than the plant was worth. They offered me a 10.00 refund, which was totally unacceptable. So, Ill try to get the credit card company to refund the charge. Total disappointment. Autumn blooms is the arrangement that I ordered and this is what they sent(no resemblance)

I do NOT like your checkout process. I did not find out what the delivery charges would be until after I went through the PayPal process. That information should be provided once the recipient's zip code is entered into the system. Your website definitely needs some attention!
