I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

My father is in the hospital with covid and requested I send my mother flowers for their anniversary under his name. I paid for same-day delivery on January 2. It is now January 5 and I just received my fourth "we regret to inform you" email, yet no refund. Customer service has plenty of excuses, but has now taken to hanging up on me. Justflowers.com has a 1.7/5 customer review with the BBB (wish I had checked that before ordering, or at least used paypal so I could get a refund). Save your time, energy, and money and order directly with your local florist!

Tip for consumers:
Use paypal if you ever want to see a refund for the delivery that will never happen. Best advice is to order directly through your local florist and save yourself the hassle.

I would not recommend just flowers to anyone. The company took my money immediately, then did not deliver the flowers. My daughter's white coat ceremony at medical school passed with no flowers from dad because this company was more interested in getting my money than getting the flowers delivered. I understand it may be difficult to complete every order, but I do not understand placing the needs of the company above the needs of the customer. I had to make two phone calls to get just flowers to agree to refund my money and guess what? It takes up to four business days to get my money back, even though they were able to take my money instantly and still not provide any service. My suggestion to them is to spend less money hiring people to handle problems and more money on solving their problems. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to try another online florist.

I have sent three emails and left one voicemail. No response. Flowers were two days late and worth about half of what I paid for them. They looked nothing like what I ordered. "Sunshine Spendor" appeared to be full of bright oranges, yellows, and pinks. I received a bouquet consisting of mostly purple gerber daisies and carnations for $106. Embarrassing. Please issue full refund. My order number is *******.

What a horrible company order number ******* was never delivered yet you charged my credit card. I called many times no answer or call back. Your customer service email doesn't even work. Disgusting. Never again. I want my money back.

Ordered flowers for my sister after surgery on a Thursday to be delivered the next day. It is now five days later and they STILL have not been delivered! After several calls they left anmeaaage today fhat they need another $20 to deliver them. What kind of scam are they running?

Ordered flowers on May 12 to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day on May 13. The website guaranteed flowers would be delivered for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered, I persistently tried to contact them only to meet voice mails and receive no answer to my emails. Finally I filed a complaint with Norton to get my money back, but because Just Flowers took so long to reply, the exchange rates changed and I am now out a significant amount of money despite the partial refund. Unacceptable and a total scam!

Hard to give an opinion until I see the quality of the product and the delivery. I have no idea of the qulity as it was sent to someone else, and they are unlikely to complain. Would be nice to receive a photo of the final product that is actually being delivered as the previous orders I sent were similar but not quite like the ordered photos (which makes sense as smaller shops would have less diversity, but it would be nice to see what they actually received).

I ordered flowers Saturday morning the web site said they would be delivered that day... I thought wow great everyone else was booked till Monday. Which truly would have been fine it wasn't really for mothers day. Well 60 dollars and 4 days later NO FLOWERS I keep getting emails saying they weren't able to deliver today and that they were rescheduled for the next day. I called and emailed everyday. With no response. As a company these people suck and as employees they only slap you in the face with a 10% discount, your going to give me 6 dollars back for my troubles and $#*!ing time?!?!? Please save your blood pressure and time and DO NOT go with these guys... go to the flower company directly, they go through them anyways. Please trust the reviews! *******

My daughter ordered flowers for me for mother's day... I'm still waiting (Monday 11.57am). At the minute I am trying to speak to customer service... I have been asked to call back on two different occasions. On my third call, I was given an alternative number - guess what... no one answering customer service! At this stage, the calls have probably cost more than the flowers.

I received the flowers for Mother's Day! They arrived wilted & dead. The leaves were falling off. Wasn't a happy Mother's Day receiving dead ugly flowers. I'm sure my daughter paid a lot for dead flowers I tried to contact the company! They won't answer they say go online to contact them. No one will listen! Beware of this company

I ordered last Sunday a bucket of flower from them and in the brochure it was $54.00 and at the end of conversation I asked the sales girl how much she will charge my account. She said, $54.00. The next day, my card is charge for $84.00. I called the company customer service and she said, the handling fee and the tax, delivery fee, comes out to total $ 84.00. I was not informed when I ordered it. She promises to return $5.00 only. Just be aware, the price that is the brochure is not what they charge! Worst company to order the flower for.

I ordered flowers 2 years ago for mothers day and the flowers arrived a week late. Ever since I am being bombarded with junk mail from them. I block every site the emails come from but they still keep coming. Today, 2 years later, I received 3 more emails from these unreputable dealers.

I can't give these folks a bad enough review! Almost 2 weeks after my friend's event I get what is probably the 5th or 6th contact from this company saying they can't deliver her flowers. Excuses over this period ranged from, "we couldn't get there today," "the local florist doesn't have any of the flowers in your chosen bouquet" (then offering some really ugly ones because they reached the florist so late, evidently, that all the fresh flowers were gone) "We can't find a florist to deliver the bouquet." etc. etc. First they had a florist, then they didn't. First it was gong to be a beautiful bouquet, then it was going to look like something you dragged in from the supermarket. The upshot is that my friend never got flowers at all. These people kept teasing me along but in the end left me hanging. I would never, ever contact them again. I only wish I'd realized how bad they were at the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted about 3 hours of my time trying to get my friend her flowers.

I ordered flowers in April, 2020 for Mother's Day. Received an email on May 8 day of delivery saying they would not be delivered and a credit for my Valentine's Day order would be credited. Seeing all the complaints for Mother's Day makes me wonder who is running the ship at Just Flowers. I appreciate you putting me in an awkward position with my step mother. I would like the flowers to still be delivered to her with an apology from Just Flowers stating your error, but I have not heard from you.

Worst flowers and appalling customer service. Do not buy flowers from Just flowers.
I sent my parents flowers for their anniversary and they looked nothing like the picture. I could not get a refund or replacement. Such a con.

Please do not go through this company the guarantee is BS! Same day delivery no way. I ordered flowers for my wife at 7 o'clock in the morning I got home at 4 PM no flowers. I had a customer service call me at 4:30 PM to say love the flowers would not make it the same day and they could deliver them the next day. I asked for a refund and they said the manager would call me right away I waited till 6 PM that night and call back. The customer service lady named P I asked for a refund and they said the manager would call me right away I waited till 6 PM that night and call back. The customer service lady named Pia said that the management team has went home for the tough night. They said that they would call me first thing in the morning I asked for only a refund and they made excuses. All I want is my money back and to never use this website again.

I ordered And arrangement with an upgrade of $20 for deluxe. This service hires local florists to fill the order. The order was filled based on the picture online and was not the deluxe. I was embarrassed by what arrived for my friends birthday. And I was an able to obtain a refund or even the $20 difference which was appropriate.

Tip for consumers:
Consider going directly to a local florist. The service provides nothing but an intermediary which you don’t need.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers on line ($120). Today is the Tuesday after Mother's Day... no flowers! Cannot reach anyone on customer service. They emailed me on Monday to say the flowers were not delivered and would be delivered on 'the next available day'. I have emailed and called and left messages. No Response. Do Not Use Them. You will be disappointed!

1 order delivered and the other 2 were cancelled. Did not say I could order only 1. They did not say why the other 2 orders were cancelled. They hit my credit card, then said they would refund them, and they did.

Fraudulent company. Do not order. No flowers were delivered. You cannot get a refund, actually they will charge you $15 additional for non delivery. They will tell you they attempted delivery and called. You cannot understand them with their thick accents. Called 8 times with no resolution. They need investigated and shut down!
