I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I've placed 2 orders, received emails acknowledging the orders, however, DID NOT receive a discount code for my next orders, of which I'm putting in now. Your website states a discount code will be included in the email I received after placing the order. A lady on your customer service line told me that she couldn't give me the code. This calls for a low rating.
I ordered the flowers for my daughter-in-law . they came a day later than than they told me they would. She sent me a picture of the flowers, they didn't even come close to resembling what I ordered. They had no ribbon,they were all white, no color at all. The vase they were in was a clear ginger jar vase that you can buy for a dollar a the dollar store. I was trying to give my Daughter flowers for her birthday... not only did this group fail to deliver this on-time but they did not provide my money bank and had to force them off from my bank. Later that day they called my Daughter and asked how where the flowers that she received.
will never use your company again in fact I tell all of my friends not to use you and will keep telling them not to use you.
The flowers that my wife Received looked nothing like the display, didn't have the same amount of flowers and the greenery already was wilted. The flowers only lasted two or three days and that's the ones that actually opened.

I order Flowers on Thusday for my mom birthday and Mother's day. Ask for then to be delivered on Saturday. No delivery no one answers the phone, no confirmation email. Spent over $100 and this is unacceptable. They have all my information and I'm now going to have cancel my bank account and open a new one.

Way too many choices to order quickly. Need to separate by category without having to go through every single bouquet. It took me nearly 12 hours to order because it was too exhausting to look all at once.
On April 20,2022 I placed an order for my grandaughters play perfomance which was ordered for delivery on May 6,2022 as we could not attend. It did not arrive until May 8 which defeated the purpose of the order as the play was already over! Their website guarantees delivery by the delivery date. Despite numerous calls and emails, they refuse to honor this. Instead they offered only $20 on the $57.96 order. This is not in accordance with what they state and advertise. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for us. I trusted their verbal and written word. If I had the means, I would hire an attorney as this is false advertising at it core. I hope this will aide someone else from the money, time, frustration and disappointment.

We have ordered flowers before from Just Flowers & have always been very happy with them, from the taking of the order, to the delivery. Start to finish, they handle all the necessary details. We look forward to ordering again at Christmas time.
The payment section needs to be revamped so that the credit card number and the security code are not visible during the entire transaction. A new system should be implemented that allows this information to by concealed or encrypted as such
information is being typed in the electronic form. I am aware that the webpage generally is secured by Norton. However, the system's ability to conceal or encrypt information would provide an additional layer of protection.
I went to order my mother flowers for Mother's Day. While on the Just Flowers site, I got a question mark and they asked me to re-enter all my information, which I did and received a confirmation notice for one order. On my credit card, Just Flowers charged me twice (same amount). Apparently, I did not need to re-enter the information and they sent two sets of flowers to my mother. I told them that I would not pay for two flowers and they refused to back this off my credit card. I have disputed their idiot error with my credit card company. Will never use them again!

First, a couple days ago, I wanted to order two items, but found it difficult, so I contacted your chat. They told me I couldn't order two items at once, and that there was no way for me to save the information for the party I was sending it to, even though I always send it to the same person. Then today I go to order one item (forget about the hassle of sending two), and my order won't go thru because it says my email address is wrong. So the chat tells me maybe there's a space after the email. Yeah, there was. Well, your chat function does work well, anyway. But why does this get harder to do every time I do it? I've been a customer of yours for years, and it just gets harder every time.
I'm active duty and stationed far from home. Sadly I wasn't able to see my mom in person and decided get get her flowers for mother's day. I spent $112 on justflowers for absolutely no reason. They guaranteed the flowers would be delivered on mother's day it wasn't it still hasn't been delivered. I understand due to covid a lot of places are closed but I've been trying to get in contact with them and haven't got any replies. I've called 5+ times and emailed them twice.

On 02/15/24, I posted my first review of JustFlowers on this website and consumeraffairs.com because the delivery never arrived on February 14. Surprisingly, I saw that JustFlower customer service (which never answered my calls) on 02/15/2024 responded to my review on this website, saying the flower arrangements delivery was rescheduled for February 16, which is false. (See below)

On the same day, February 15, around 7 pm, I received a call from a telemarketing company apologizing, to which I indicated that I wanted a total refund for my two orders. After the phone call that same night, I received two emails notifying me that they were canceling my orders and would make the refund and posted on Consumer Affairs.com the following dated 02/16/24: "Public Company response 2/16/*******278 - full refund issued on 02/15/*******300 - full refund issued on 02/15/2024.
I have not seen any refund reflected at this time of writing (02/18/24).

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers I sent her. They were beautiful but I noticed the Happy Birthday balloons were missing. I called Justflowers and they were very easy to work with. My friend had her balloons delivered within an hour! I will continue to order from Justflowers. It is so easy, the service is reliable and the flowers and prices are good.
I ordered flowers well in advance of mother's day and scheduled a Saturday delivery; the flowers arrived late Tuesday night. I left several voicemails and sent Severus emails asking for a status and finally a voicemail to cancel my order, with no replay.
Additionally, the flowers I ordered are nothing like what was pictured, I spent $90 for 5 tulips! Based on the lack of customer service and the quality, this company is really a scam and should be reported

Hi, I ordered extra large pink roses for my mother in California on Mother's Day. Unfortunately many of the flowers had brown edges around the petals. When I pay around USD 200.00 for 24 flowers, I expect the flowers to be fresh. This definitely was not the case. When I e-mailed the company with my complaint, they didn't bother to respond. I even attached a few pictures of the flowers. It was a waste of my money and extremely disappointing. My mother is 87 years old. The flowers reminded her of her own death instead of reminding her of life.

Ordered flower for mother's day. They said they would deliver and got e-mail confirmation that said they would. On the day of delivery, they sent another e-mail. Saying they could not deliver. The final delivery was one full week late. The $59 purchase cost almost $100 in hidden fees. Customer service totally useless. After the delivery, I received phone call saying "I am sorry we cannot deliver - do you want us to try to deliver again." I said no they have been delivered - please cancle the delivery.

I received an email late in the evening apologizing that they could not fulfill the order on time. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they said it was too late. I called and emailed several times and did not get a response until after they attempted to deliver them a day late. I do not want the flowers delivered and the so called manager said there was nothing they can do.
