The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I placed an order for Mother's Day and they said the flowers would arrive on time. I paid $92 and the flowers never arrived. I received an email late in the evening apologizing that they could not fulfill the order on time. I immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and they said it was too late. I called and emailed several times and did not get a response until after they attempted to deliver them a day late. I do not want the flowers delivered and the so called manager said there was nothing they can do. HORRIBLE company, save yourself the aggravation, disappointment and embarrassment of flowers that arrive late.
Placed a same day order one day before mothers day. This site posed as a local flower shop took my order and guaranteed delivery. The order never shipped! I called costumer service after 15 min on hold only to get a voicemail box which was full!

Ordered flower for mother's day. They said they would deliver and got e-mail confirmation that said they would. On the day of delivery, they sent another e-mail. Saying they could not deliver. The final delivery was one full week late. The $59 purchase cost almost $100 in hidden fees. Customer service totally useless. After the delivery, I received phone call saying "I am sorry we cannot deliver - do you want us to try to deliver again." I said no they have been delivered - please cancle the delivery.

Ordered a dozed roses for $130 to be delivered the same day per the offer on their webpage. Flowers did not show up. Called and emailed without response. Flowers showed up the next day, but my wife had already left on a business trip. Local florist that delivered the flowers told me they did not receive the order from JustFlowers until that day. When I requested a refund JustFlowers informed me that they had decided to reschedule my delivery without telling me after I had placed the order and only offered me a $15 credit. I learned my lesson. JustFlowers is dishonest. Use FTD.

I didnt like the handling fee of 4.75 and delivery fee 14.99 was not disclosed to me until i had already filled out ALL the information. Thats not teh right way to do business but I ordered from you anyways
My mother never received the flowers. I also received an email the following Monday stating that my credit card was in correct so they cancelled the order (which was false because they actually charged my card). Then I received an email on the following Tuesday saying the flowers were delivered, which they were not. I will definitely be disputing the charges and never using them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work for Valentines Day. They never showed up. I emailed 3 times inquiring and called 4 times. No response at all. They did not show on the 15th either. I called more and still no response. You have to leave a message. This morning on Saturday I received a message that was a man mumbling. All I could make out was the words "flower" and Saturday. My wife's work is closed on weekends. I called again. Got a human being who told me "sorry they will be there on Monday most likely". I asked to speak with a manager and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When the manager finally got on she explained that the flowers might be there by Tuesday. I asked for a refund. She offered $15 for deliver $130 flowers almost a week after the holiday and simply explained that this kinda thing happens. As you can see from their reviews. This kinda happens all the time. Good luck everyone and stay away for this scam of a company. *******

Well apparently my second order was never delivered either I am beyond upset and disappointed I told my mother about my plan and surprise that went horribly wrong because it was never delivered and I have been charged two times now for 93.23 and 95.25 this is absolutely horrible I will never ever even consider ordering flowers online again nor give your websites justflowers.com nor flowerdelivery.com apparently their the same! I thought I went through a different company and guess I was wrong... any sort of good reviews it will be absolutely not be itll be negative because this experience has been the worst and my mothers day surprise was ruined and the moment long gone. I simply want my money back credited to my credit card and my bank card used for both purchases order # ******* & ******* they are listed in the order so just refund my money back please.

This was my first order with your company. I didnt get a chance to see the flowers in person, the order was delivered to an elderly friend of mine in Florida. She called me as soon as they arrived and said they were just beautiful! She was so happy with them! The arrangement was delivered when expected and they lasted a long time. I won't hesitate to use your services again!
I paid for extra flowers and when the person who received the flowers sent me a picture the flowers were equal to or less than the picture provided on the website.

I order the funeral flowers for our companies employees and have used JustFlowers for at least 10 years because I enjoy the discount, and easy online ordering. The response from the employees are always positive with what they have received.
I shopped other local florists for a similar arrangement. Just flowers had the best price and the nicest looking flowers. They also had a 10 percent discount for a Sunday order. I have used them before and was totally satisfied.
I hope the extra cost for a larger arrangement proves to be worth it. I never know unless the recipient sends me a photo of the flowers. I trust I will not be disappointed and that they will be thrilled with the gift. (I had a bad experience once)

Beautiful arrangements to choose from but whst was received looked nothing like the picture. I sent an email & was contacted asking me to send a photo of arrangement received. I did so & have not been contacted again. I will not use this service again if this is the way things are handled
Needed to change delivery date had it wrong and there was no way to go back and do it.and I don't know if i would use you again untill the product is delivered, my mothers favorite flowers are tulips and daisys and we have not spoken in 2 years and she is 86 yr old so as long as i get what i ordered and they are nice i will order again and tell everyone i know
Ordered the Near & Dear Basket and the picture attached is what my wife received. Wilted pink roses, a lot of brown on all edges, especially the roses. If you look up this basket you will notice that NONE of the flowers we did get are on line for this basket. I know $50.00 is not anywhere near the most expensive set up on "JUST FLOWERS", but would have thought there would be some quality to the product shown on their website. Too many options out there to have good QUALITY flowers delivered, would find somebody else to handle your flower needs. The only reason I am giving two stars, is it was delivered on the right day. I was in the middle of ordering earlier and got called away, when I came back I had to start all over again, even so I just put the computer on sleep mode and had everything saved but the info I entered was gone, so I had to start all over again., other than that. everything is fine. thank you
This is the second time I have placed an order for "expedited delivery" and it was not delivered
