The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I ordered on Friday 5/10 2024 an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Saturday, 5/11/2024 for Mothers Day on Sunday. It had not been delivered by Saturday afternoon. I sent them an email asking them what was going on. Just flowers sent an update back with an apology stating that the order would not be there Saturday but would be rescheduled for the next day Sunday 5/12/2024. Sent an email back that said that would be okay. 4pm Sunday came and still no delivery. I left a phone message, and sent an email telling them to cancel the order since the day was almost over and already 1.5 days late, and that I also wanted a full refund. It is now Monday evening with no reply's to my emails nor was there any any phone calls from them.
Long story shortened. No delivery and money so far was not returned.

Sorry but I had to give three star because the flowers were delivered very late at night. I was expecting them to come a bit earlier during the day so I can travel with them to my event. That prompted me to go buy a bouquet of flowers to bring to the event. The flowers were delivered without a notification and just left at a front door.

I ordered a couple of bouquets for my beloved ones back in the day and the delivery was in time. I had to puzzle over the choice as I hesitated about what flowers my mom and wife loved, but anyway I managed to get required info and issued an order here.
The quality of them... ha, quality of flowers, I mean, freshness. It's awesome, not going to lie. Bouquets stayed for a couple of weeks and only withered eventually.
I sent you an email on my experience days ago. Flowers arrived on Tuesday, a day or so ahead of when I asked, and they looked great. Mom was pleased. She watered as usual but when she got up on Friday I believe they had died, didn't even last until Sunday, Mothers Day. I wont be ordering through you again if your flowers can't last atleast a week.

I always place 2 orders for flowers my Mother and Step Mother.
Both of my recent orders for Mothers Day were placed on Friday,.I chose flowers based on Zip code for Saturday delivery.
Both set of flowers were not delivered until Wednesday. I understand that Mothers Day is the busiest day. I could understand a Monday delivery due to the volume but Wednesday delivery?
For the record I contacted another flower company on Tuesday their flowers were delivered on Wednesday as promised.

The recipient is in a nursing home and disappointed that she didn't receive it on time as am I. I was repeatedly told it was going to be delivered the next day. My daughter didn't get anything that even was close to the picture of the basket of flowers online. A peace lily with two roses stuck in it was delivered. Luckily the nice florist replaced the plant with a nice basket of flowers. On her order it was stated as a "flowering plant", which I did not order.

Mother's Day order, upgraded size to medium choice, still a small bouquet in size considering price paid. Got a notice flowers were being substituted from bouquet chosen in pic. Delivery was the worst, rang my mother's doorbell at 10:10pm the day of delivery! Bouquet is average.

Thank you so much for delivering my flowers. My friend received them. It was a bit of a mixup on her end. She wasn't home and the delivery service left a note for her to follow-up. Could that same communication be delivered to me next time because I didn't get a delivery confirmation and was wondering what happened? Only after I put in an inquiry did the flower company ping the delivery service and the delivery service got in contact with the recipient and then the flowers were delivered. It all worked out in the end, though. Thank you for the beautiful display!

I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day, they were meant to be delivered the DAY BEFORE mother's day. Got an email that they were too busy and they'd be delivered on mother's day. Not an issue. Got another email Sunday evening that they would be delivered on Monday instead. On Monday evening, i got an email stating that they would be delivered on Tuesday...maybe. At that point i started calling and emailing. Never got a reply or call back. Couldn't speak to a person for the life of me. On Thursday morning, I got on their website and checked my order status, it said my order was cancelled and they would issue a refund within 1-4 days. All of this with ZERO communication on their part. Would NEVER recommend.

Easy to order the flowers were good quality. The only issue I have is it looks nothing like the item that I ordered. All the flowers were bunched in a group of the same color not like in the picture where they were spaced out also not even the correct flowers that were in the picture I understand it sometimes flowers have to be substituted, but I thought that it just wasn't what I ordered Even though the flowers were fresh.

I ordered over a $220 funeral spray that was SUPPOSED to be delivered YESTERDAY, Friday May 17,2024! So please tell me why the day of the Funeral am I just now getting a call that my order couldn't be fulfilled?! Ordering was fairly easy but expensive "handling" and "shipping" of $23. Selected the "Cotton Candy" arrangement for a birthday gift--as pictured (no additional flowers added in for additional cost). Vase of flowers was delivered 5 days later as requested, but picture sent to me by the recipient showed that the arrangement looked almost nothing like the one I selected just for her. Very disappointed for the price of the flowers and the handling and shipping. Will not order from just flowers.com again.
