The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
They are not a florist. The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day I requested and the flower arrangement was nothing the photo I saw on the website. They were skimpy and cheap looking. I DO NOT recommend you use them. I should have listed to my husband and when with another company.
Not sure yet, but the question was experience so far. I will know more once the delivery is made and the quality of the delivery and product. So tomorrow I will be able to give a more accurate rating/review.
Might have gotten charged twice due to failure of your website. The preview didn't show the message that I entered to the recipient. Had to click on "EDIT ORDER" which restarted the Paypal process.. Pretty horrible.
the flowers that arrived were very satisfactory. However, I paid for same day delivery and the flowers did not arrive until the next day. That was after phone calls asking where the flowers were and why they were not delivered on time.
Order was not delivered as requested. The product I ordered was not available and a substitute was delivered. A second email/call came and the date of delivery was extended another day. I'm not real happy with the service
Customer service needs a great deal more attention. I had a chat session requesting a coupon code because the one I had did not work. The attendent said someone would get back to me asap. No call and no further chat session available.
First page claims FREE SHIPPING, yet I was charged for this. The rep on chat told me there is a shipping charge starting from $9 something. I don't have time to sqwable any longer. Please be truthful in the future.
I called to place an order to be delivered to my sister in the Usa. Told it would be delivered before xmas but they could not get the product delivered before xmas, called me three times that they did not have product to make up order to send, in the end the pointsetta was replaced with another plant and delivered on Jan 3

Picking what i want and ordering was good but as far as timely delivery and communication with the customer service was horrible .... They advertised a a same day delivery it wasn't i left my name and number for if any reason it couldn't b delivered on the date i asked they never contacted me i was the one reaching out to them .... I think my order made it 2 days later then it was supposed to ...... Bad experience with delivery and communication....
Did 2 orders going to the same place, same flowers. 1 got delivered on time the other one was 5 days later and when you expected both to be there at the same time so the surprise wasn't ruined and they weren't it is a truly a disappointment.
Somewhat reluctant to deliver since it was "so far away" and no one answered the phone. They must have tried again and did deliver. We confirmed with the recipient. No happy being told they wouldn't deliver and couldn't refund our money.
When I placed my order, I tried to see a preview of my order. It did not come up. I saw an online chat box with an order consultant. I asked how I could place a coupon code on the order. I was given an answer of "It willshow up on when you place your order. I replied ok. When I placed the order, it automatically said I completed the order. I did not even see a preview of the exact costs of what my order was going to be. The cost went from
460 to $81. I then reached out to your customer service and was told to look in my email for the order details. I did find the order but there was an express charge I did not want and I did not see the coupon discount. Your customer representative was able to take off the express delivery charge and also gave me a $5.00 discount. The part I am most unhappy about is the ordering and that I was not able to preview the bill prior to completing the order.
The first time I ordered flowers they were not delivered on the date I requested. They were delivered on a different day. I received an email with a $10 off code SUNNY. I attempted to use it today and it would not allow me to use it. So I got off the site. went back into the site and used the offer code JFG per the window that popped up. It still did not allow me my $10 off.
I ordered flowers on the 3rd of May for delivery on Mother's Day. The arrangement was delivered the next Day, a week early. When I contacted Just Flowers to complain, they apologised and said they would send another arrangement for the correct Day. False promises on the delivery on the same day, like it says on the webpage and the main reason why i decided to order with you, you didn't deliver the flowers until 2 days later; missing entirely the birthday purposes of the flowers. Price and assitance are cool on the other hand,
I couldn't seem to find the area to type in discount. I asked on the chat. Got no answer for quite some time. So then I asked if anyone was going to respond. So then Rhonda responded telling me where to find it. But MY ORDER HAD DISAPPEARED so I told Rhonda and she said it was erased because I took too much time (not those exact words) So I started over and lo and behold it was all still right there. So anyway I think the chat people need a little more training.
Selection for intended zip code is conflicting. No ability to sort by price. Ten dollar promo ended up being five dollars. (How does that work out?) Check out process cumbersome.
I used Just Flowers before with no problems as a regular customer. Recently, I was surprised at the bungled service from check out to delivery. I'm not using them again.

I ordered flowers from Just Flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday to be delivered ON her birthday. I ordered a week in advance. They were NOT delivered on the day I specified so I called and they said they were delivered but then after I called the next day, still no flowers, they said they would call the local florist to see what happened. FINALLY 3 days later, after I asked for a refund, they delivered the flowers. Horrible service and customer service.

The promo code in email "SUNNY" did not work. Did not get $10 off of either of my 2 my bills / orders. Feel this was a bait/ switch tactic. If so, what a shame.
your website is confusing...it yellows areas that need fixing, then when fixed, you keep it yellow...confusing....what is that bell ringing? no link to what it means
When the coupon code say a certain amount off. That amount should be applied to any amount spent not adjusted when you get to checkout for less. Rather false advertising

I placed 2 orders on the Tuesday before Mothers' Day. One was actually received and on time. The other... I received an email on the Friday with a link to pick another bouquet, that the one I picked can not be completed. So, I did. I received the link back again. I picked again. This time they replied back with a different link saying the first 2 were incorrect. I went ahead and picked a bouquet that was not what I wanted but now I was in a time constraint (delivery Monday) Finally, they said ok. Monday came and went. I called and emailed with no answer back. Tuesday, my mom sent me a picture, late in the afternoon. She had received a bouquet, and although she was grateful, I knew it did not look like it was supposed to.
UPDATE: A week after my mom did receive the flowers, I received the tracking number from the JustFlowers customer service. A little late. On the other hand, the FLOWERS... my mom loved them and they lasted for 2 weeks. They were roses. That doesn't always happen. So I am grateful for that.
