I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Very easy website to navigate, however, was sent an image of the flowers once they arrived and the size of the bouquet was way smaller then featured on the website. Also paid more for shipping to guarantee that it would be at the recipients house before 1pm and the flowers got there at around 6 pm.

We had a difficult time getting the flowers delivered. We had wanted a plant but later were told no plants could be delivered but flowers could be. We received a phone call but were not able to get anyone when we tried to return the call. It took several attempts. The operator was nice when we finally reached them and helped get things ordered but......... We would have preferred to just cancel. Probably won't try this again and will always just call a brick and mortar business in any town we send to. Thanks.

I ordered a large 'basket' of flowers for my mother in laws birthday - she received a cheap clear glass vase and more 'greens' than flowers. For $75 I could have made 5 vases of flowers and gotten cheap glass vase from the Dollar store.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The flowers I ordered were 4 days late. I messaged, I called and got a voicemail and left a total of 6 messages. Not only were they late I paid $108 for something that looks like a ten year old threw together. It was supposed to have lillies, roses, carnations, sunflowers and other small flowers. Bought the medium arrangement so it would be nice and full. What I got was no lilies, three roses, one sunflower and a ton of ferns filled in. Not even full looking. The vase doesn't match the flowers! It's absolutely horrible. I was so embarrassed! Called customer service and got no explanation just a request for a picture of the flowers. Sent them the pictures of what I ordered and a picture of the flowers delivered and have heard absolutely nothing! I seriously don't recommend this company and will never use them again. It is a nightmare getting customer service to do anything

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a card. My mom is in the hospital. There are flowers in her room but no card. I don't know if they are the flowers I ordered or if the ones I ordered were actually delivered yesterday or not. Tried to get a delivery confirmation. No one will call you back, you won't get an email response, there are no live people to talk to. I have left three or four messages, email, voicemail etc. no response. Really bad customer service. And they weren't cheap either. $6 for handling, $15 for delivery on top of that. Stay away! I wanted to give zero stars but this site won't let you.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day. Like so many others, my order was not delivered. First and foremost I am upset that what was meant to be a nice gift for my Mother was not delivered. That said I find it particularly infuriating that I ordered through this company via an email stating that there was still time to order flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. False advertising. If the difference between the pictured flowers and the actual flowers is comparable to the difference between their delivery claims and the actual service, my Mother will be receiving lawn clippings.

I ordered my Mother flowers on the 6th for delivery on Mother's day.My credit card was charged, but no flowers were delivered. I never recieved a confirmation email for my order and without an order number I can't get any help. This company is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Don't waste yor time or money.

My March order was great; however, since then, I have placed 4 orders and only 2 orders have been delivered. Of course, I have sent customer service emails and used the tracking on the web site and have had no response until this inquiry about my march order. So even though I gave a great review of the March order, I must say that since then I have had only a 50% delivery response and a 0% customer service response and rating. I also have not had a refund of my purchases which were not delivered.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentines Day. They were not delivered on Valentines Day or the day after and you cannot contact them to find out why. I sent two e-mails and I actually spoke to someone but they had no explanation as to why they were not delivered. I would suggest that you use another service to have flowers delivered.

Ordered a plant for a funeral via the website 4 days prior to delivery. On the day it was to be delivered, they called and forced a substitution for a dish garden. When I called an hour later, they refused to cancel the order. Over 2 hours on the phone on hold, transferred to managers. They refuse to disclose the name of the local florist that they used. When i told them the name of the florist, because I made some calls, they denied this was the florist they contacted. They then called that florist to tell them they would not allow cancellation of my order. Got a measly $15 off for my trouble and wasted my afternoon.

I ordered flowers for my mom on the Thursday before Mothers Day. I checked with / other companies first, but went with JustFkowers because they assured me they could get the arrangement there by that Saturday. Then I got a text saying Sunday. Then one saying Monday. Then one saying Tuesday. I do not know if they have been delivered, even now. I would never have ordered if they had been honest in the first place and acknowledged that they could not deliver when requested.

Tip for consumers:
Do not rely on the delivery time they give you.

My mom ended up without flowers on Mothers Day(((
This is the first time I used justflowers.com and the last one for sure. As my mom and I live in a different States she knows I always send her flowers on Mothers Day. She waited the whole day in anticipation, but never received her flowers on Mother Day nor next day, while the money for the bouquet were charged immediately. I called the company at least 3 times and every time I spend long time on hold and then transferred to voicemail. No one called me back, no apology, nothing... Finally when I threatened over the voicemail that I will do the charge back and leave bad reviews, the flowers were delivered at the end of day 3, but instead of their Premium version which I paid for, my mom got the smallest bouquet. Again no word from the company! Will never order from them again!

Ordered flowers for my wife and they were late and NOT what I ordered. I was told we don't guarantee delivery date and no guarantee on the flowers either. Theresa the GM is uninformed and useless. No refunds ever. Stay away.

You placed the order online through our website for delivery on Sunday, May 13th. However, given that this is a major flower holiday, Mother's Day; most of the florists in the area were already fully booked. The order was rescheduled for delivery on the next available date going to recipient's address, which is on the 14th. Our florist attempted to deliver on the rescheduled date but the recipient refused to accept the delivery.

We cannot issue full refund or cancel delivered orders, any orders attempted for delivery or those refused by the recipient. We contacted the customer to no avail. All our policies for an order is noted on our website and also on the order confirmation that we emailed to the customer for reference.

Delayed Deliveries
For residential, hospitals, and nursing home deliveries, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in the delivery, the delivery will be attempted the next day. During major flower holidays like Valentine's and Mother's Day deliveries may be made as late as 9p.m.
For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there, the business is closed, or there is a delay in the delivery, then the delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule the delivery.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered.

Irresponsable, my order never arrive, I place my order the August 15 at 9 am, today the 16 at 5 pm, the delivery still waiting! I have to call them and they let me know that they're not able to do the delivery, and is going be done the 17,2 days after the day l place the order with not guarantee! I don't recommend this website!

I ordered flowers to be delivered two days in advance to be delivered on a Friday. The flowers were not delivered on the date I had requested. I tried calling JustFlowers but they do not answer their phones so I had to submit an online inquiry. The representative called me at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning to tell me the flowers could be delivered on the date requested because they could not find a florist. They offered to deliver them on a Saturday and give me $10 credit, which I doubt I will see. I requested a refund but they declined. Do not waste your money with this company!

The Chat support was not very helpful. They wanted to call me. Not sure why they could not send me pic based on what I needed. Chat did not come on line when I finally placed my order. Why was I charged fees are the end of the transaction?

I ordered flowers for my daughter last year for Valentines Day and they were delivered a day late. This year I made sure and ordered them 10 days before Valentine's Day so they would be able to arrive the right day. She still did not get them and we can't get a hold of anybody to get an answer. We've left messages and can't get anybody to respond. I hope we eventually get a response or get our money back!

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They will take your money and delivery nothing! I ordered full day in advance (they offer same day delivery) and my mother was still left with nothing on mothers day. They also don't answer their phones, emails, or social media sites. I have called ten times and contacted them on multiple different platforms and I get no response or answer Save yourself some time and heartache and order elsewhere, you will only be disappointed with this company!

I have never had such horrible service. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day which were promised to be delivered on May 12. The flowers were not delivered as promised despite my speaking to a representative the 13th who promised the flowers would be delivered by 6pm that day. Since then, I've called customer service every day and been unable to reach a live human (I'm actually on the phone as I type this trying to get ahold of a customer service rep... no answer it's been more than 10 minutes). I've emailed with no response. It certainly seems that this company stole my money and did not deliver the product.
