I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

The point of ordering flowers for mother's day is for them to be delivery on that day. They weren't delivered. Pretty sure it is a lousy company with a lousy website. I want to cancel but am unable to do so. It is very frustrating. I will not order from them again.

Did not deliver my order on time for my daughters 18th birthday. The flowers were finally received the next day at 7pm. Too little too late! The roses were almost fully bloomed! They would not accept any responsibility for their error and would not put me in contact with a supervisor! Rip off!

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. I ordered flowers on Saturday May 9th to be delivered on Sunday May 10th. They emailed saying they were making a substitution to my order to have it delivered on time. My mother still hasn't received them. I have called multiple customer service numbers for the company and never get through to anyone. I have emailed them as well, with no response. I also ordered a Birthday arrangement to be delivered May 13th, and I highly doubt it will arrive. Do not waste your time or money on this company!

They didn't deliver the flowers I ordered! Don't order on this website! Don't waste ur money and time. They don't deliver your order on the exact date and you won't be able to talk to someone. This mother $#*!ers will only take ur money! Worst service ever!

I ordered flowers for my daughter in laws birthday. First they were not delivered on her birthday. They called and said they would be delivered early the next day. They were delivered LATE the next day. I was promised a discount because they were not delivered when promised. My daughter in law sent a picture of the arrangement and it was pathetically small, not as pictured on the website. Then I got the bill and my $34 flowers had now cost me $71. I called them and explained my complaint, they promised a $20 discount. I will not order from them again.

They left no note at the door because they were not home at the time. I had to call to find out what was going on with the order. Finally they delivered the order. I don't think they did the best job with what I had ordered. I'll purchase from my area in the future.

Was told I could not cancel order when the arrangement I wanted was not available. Justflowers then scrambled around and found a substitute which I had to accept as they would not cancel the order. By the way they had not found another florist to fill the order when I tried to cancel. I was told it was too late to cancel. It most certainly was not!!! I will never use this service again. The fried to whom I sent the arrangement said it was beautiful and she sent me photos. It was lovely but I'll not patronize a company who refuses to allow you to cancel an order that was not near being filled.

The site advertised a 20$ discount and additionally a $10 discount. None of those discounts were applied at the moment of purchase. That was the reason I chose this site, and at the end it was not offered. Makes it feel like a scam.

The e-mail response from your customer service is a blatant lie. There WERE NO FLOWERS ON THE CEMENT FLOOR of any kind delivered at 8:11 pm. You also responded to the credit company " that goods describe and receive in good condition ". Please provide the name and company contact information of the delivery driver who claim to be your witness under oath in small claims court.

Your economic privilege will not be tolerated.
Do you lie to all your customers?
Or just to your brown & black skin customer

You can see the flash has gone off to illuminate the arrangement but the area is darker as you move away. The top of the picture from the drivers phone shows the time and date stamp 14 de febrero 20:11 (language choice of driver's phone is Spanish) which is 8:11 pm on February 14th Valentine's Day. The wood planking and white ceramic planter at the top of the photo matches the customer's picture of their front porch. We have advised the customer of this but he stated when they checked their door after 8:11 pm on 2/14 there was no arrangement but they discovered it when they went to leave their home the next morning. The time stamp from the drivers phone supports delivery on the 14th and we do not know how the phone data could be altered or why the customer looked out and did not see the arrangement.

Might have gotten charged twice due to failure of your website. The preview didn't show the message that I entered to the recipient. Had to click on "EDIT ORDER" which restarted the Paypal process.. Pretty horrible.

Everything went well and I like doing flowers online. Very convenient. The only complaint I have, is this is the 2nd time I was supposed to get $10.00 off & when I clicked order, I only got $5.00 off. I was sent an email saying on my next order I would get $10.00 off if I used the code SUNNY. I did that & it gave me $5.00 off. Disappointing that this would happen twice, so please only give as a discount what you intend to give. Don't say more & then give less when the order is submitted. Thanks!

These guys are NOT the place to order from. No responses, flowers didn't get delivered to 2 different addresses, and after 2 weeks they just refunded 1 of 2 orders. I have to fill out paperwork to get refunded by PayPal now on the 2nd one. We placed 2 separate orders but they are not smart enough to see their own order numbers. Constant trails of emails unanswered, sorry service. We ordered from 1800 flowers as soon as we knew they were going to burn us on both orders and they got delivered no issues the next day. I will never move away from 800flowers again like I did this time.

If you are just flowers reading this pull up orders

Your order number is ******* Not Refunded - Different order they are ignoring with countless emails acting like the order above was the only one.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter by Friday 5Pm at work location. They tried to deliver after 5 even after being told no one would be there. I called and gave them her home address. I was informed by they would be there by Friday PM or Sat. I called at 3 PM today and was informed that with Mother's Day delivery time had been increased to 8-9 PM. They I receive e mail saying that they would be delivered next business day. Do not depend on this company. I will use local business next time. I have told them if not delivered today, I want total refund today.

Tip for consumers:
Need better speaking employees that understand english language. Telephone service has a lot of back noises so I do not if these employees are working from home. Not a good, dependable company to do business with. Ordered on Thursday with a scheduled delivery date of Friday PM. As of Saturday still not there and e mail saying would be delivered next business day. If not delivered today I am expecting full refund to my card. Shop local and receive better service.

I feel the extra changes are way too high for handling and shipping and the extra charge for express is also high. The price is just too high to use this company again. I will followup to make sure the flowers are of good quality and last.

the flowers that arrived were very satisfactory. However, I paid for same day delivery and the flowers did not arrive until the next day. That was after phone calls asking where the flowers were and why they were not delivered on time.

The online feature was pretty helpful. The whole process was pretty easygoing. If you are thankful for constructive critic, and I force myself to find a mistake, I would say that the homepage could look more professional. Not that it was a bother though.

Was delivered three days after Mother's Day and does not look like the arrangement I selected. Worst $80 I have ever spent. It said one day delivery was guaranteed, I put in the zip code and date and I received confirmation. The company's "letter of appology" that accompanied the flowers blamed the sender (me). Dispicable.

Some options were not available for the area. Clicked option to see what was available for the area and the same options showed up. Had to hunt and guess at what my options were. Shipping and handling fees should be disclosed up front.
