The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I was disappointed that the purchase I made was not what was delivered. I ordered a certain vase, flower arrangement, balloon & chocolates …. My daughter received the balloon, but a different vase & flower arrangement, & a stuffed animal vs chocolates
Very frustrating.. I didn't want to send the flowers express but didn't allow me to change it to regular delivery. I had to write 3 times the same information because it kept showing the information was incomplete.
The person that I ordered the flowers for did not receive them when I requested. Or the next day, or the next day. Finally received them late in the day three days later than requested. If only that had been conveyed to me when I ordered, I would not have placed the order at all.

I contracted a service for Valentine's and although promised the delivery for that day, ended delivering the same late ruining the surprise on the special day.
Thru BBB I managed to reach them and ultimately offered a refund of the delivery fee (less than 5% of the value of the service). If you want to avoid frustations better go elsewhere and leave this business follow the path where they belong.
There was way too much to choose from. I would like to have been able to mention specific types of flowers and colors. I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same thing and fould it very hard to delete one of them.
I will never use justflowers.com again. The only thing that was as I requested was the delivery. The arrangement that was received was nothing like what I ordered. It was not seasonal, the vase was cheap looking and the floral arrangement looked hurried, like it had been thrown together at the last minute. When I received a picture of what had been delivered I was embarrassed. Customer service informed me that I had received "Comparable value" to what I'd ordered, which I totally disagreed with. Never again.
They are not florist the send your flower order to florists and florist hate them because the give bad instructions and not enough money for the order.
So florist fill for what they get. You spend 100.00 and the give the local florist 50.00.
Buyer beware call a real florist... these guys say lies like truck is full, we are out of,,,,,, they dont del they dont have a truck they dont have flowers... call the local down the street florist.

If the little chat boxes would not pop up in the middle of ordering it would be better. I found it annoying. You should be able to click if you want to chat to speak with someone, and not be forced to.
I placed an order for a floral delivery and after two days when it was NOT delivered they wouldn't cancel the order until I spoken with a manager. The manager was not available and never returned my call. I had to cancel with my bank in order to make sure that I was not charged for the order. This business needs a long course on customer service!
Ordered flowers for my wife and daughters for Valentines day and was told they would be delievered today by 8 PM. They weren't and the best customer service could do is promise to deliver them tomorrow.
You didn't come through on your first promise, how am I supposed to believe they would on the second one?

Shopping was quick and easy and I found just what I was looking for right away. The recipient was moved from the hospital to rehab the day the order was placed and she received it the next day. Great service.
I ordered flowers for my mother which were never delivered. Company does respond. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. The flowers have never arrived. I received an automated email from them on Saturday night that they had a delivery problem and would try to deliver on Sunday. They didn't. On Sunday I received an email from them that they would deliver on the next possible day. They didn't say when that was. No flowers have been delivered. I have tried to contact the company numerous times to cancel the order and request a refund. The have no way to request a refund online and it is impossible to talk to a real person unless you contact their phone line for new orders. Then they tell you they can't help you and hang up on you. This entire business is a scam that is set up so that you cannot talk to an actual person, you cannot get any answers, and you cannot get a refund.

I ordered flowers for my two mothers for Mother's Day. One lives in Colorado, the other in Pennsylvania. The flowers did not arrive at either location on Mother's Day. Instead I received emails stating in each case that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went-no flowers, but another email stating the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. No flowers were delivered at either location on Tuesday either, so I cancelled the orders.

It says the prices are in USD and then on the final page it shows that it is in CAD ... it is a bit confusing...it would be nice to see that on the previous page, so it is more clear. I also hope this is delivered on the day, in the past the orders have not arrived on the day I needed them to, so fingers crossed. thanks! M
Undeniably the worst customer service I've EVER encountered and experienced! This is for the most part a North American International service and you suck $#*!... learn the language and above all else this service should be aware of North American values! $#*!ers!

Don't waste your money with this company. I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day, but the flowers weren't delivered until 2 days after. The customer service is terrible. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could.
Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
Order was not delivered as requested. The product I ordered was not available and a substitute was delivered. A second email/call came and the date of delivery was extended another day. I'm not real happy with the service

I ordered all purple tulips but received pink. I always buy my daughter tulips for her birthday and know the difference between pink and purple. I specifically ordered purple. Despite my disappoint in the color the tulips were absolutely beautiful...excellent quality!

I ordered mother's day flowers for my aunt that were supposed to be delivered on June 7. I received a text that they were delayed and would be delivered on June 8. I received another text on June 8, saying they'd be delivered on June 9. On June 9, I received yet another text saying that they'd be delivered on June 10, at which time I texted to cancel the order. The flowers never arrived and my credit card was charged.

I ordered a plant via the internet and a day later was told they did not have the plant selected. So was offered another plant or cut flowers. I chose cut flowers since I didn't know of the other plants available. The family took picture of the cut flowers after arrival and they looked a mess. (If the family had to arrange the flowers themselves, I understand why the arrangement did not look professional. If Just Flowers arranged them, it did not look professional.
Selecting the flowers was easy and even paying for the flowers was easy; however, the flowers were not delivered on time and they were different flowers than what I had purchased. I had to call customer service, who was helpful; but the delivery experience was horrible.
Ordered 87$ worth of flowers for my mother. She never got them today is May 19th still no delivery. Just flowers claims they delivered on May 10th. Can't tell me where they took them but my mother never received anything. Now they want to give me a 10$ credit for my inconvenience. What a joke, give me all money back and thank you for ruining my mother's day present.

On May 5th I ordered on-line and received a customer receipt number that the flower delivery to my Mother-In-Law was as I ordered on Thursday May, 7th..Well before Mothers Day ! However, no flowers showed up on Thursday and I called only to be put onto a recorder with a saying that it is unusually busy due to Mother's Day. So I went to the website and sent a request to investigate this...no response on Friday tried again to phone and emailed...no response. This same exact thing happened to me last year with Just Flowers. I was mistaken to give them a second chance as they are specialized in ripping off customers, me in this case !
This is really poor, due to the fact it was Mother's Day and all and my wife was actually at my In-Laws and told them the flowers were coming. Now I really look badly !! Don't ever order from this company as after 8 attempts to contact them now it is May 18th and I still have heard nothing !
Did not make delivery to church for funeral and says driver delivered to the back door then delivered to the church office but still cannot provide proof of delivery. Refuses to refund and instead wants to make delivery to residence a week later. Sorry, they already missed the boat. Customer service doesn't follow they with calling back. WARNING! No photos available because delivery wasn't made!
