The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I sure wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Zero stars is too many for this company! Not only did she not get her flowers on her birthday but then 4 days later when assured the flowers would be delivered that day they still didn't get them there. After the 3rd phone call she finally got some flowers. Nothing like what I had originally ordered. I sent a letter complaining about my experience. Customer service is non-existent for this company! I receive a phone call from a lady that had every excuse in the book and really didn't listen or care. She just blabbed on and on about why they can't deliver on time or send what you ordered. Then she offered to make a phone call to my daughter and let her know what I originally wanted to send. What a joke! And a rip off!
the online chat was not helpful. She/he did not have the promotion code list and I was unable to add the code even though I clicked to get $10 off when I entered the site through a pop up window as I entered the site.

The recipient's name was incorrectly spelled.

$39.99 for the flowers, $11.99 for shipping, $4.25 for handling, $4.99 for express shipping? Cost half the price for the flowers just to get them there, you should let the customer know the cost of the incidentals before they finalizing the order.
My mother's day flowers I ordered were not delivered. I have called several times. I have emailed my number. I have left my phone number with my order number and I receive nothing. If you are unable to deliver flowers why do you take money. I could have found a different florist that would have delivered my flowers. HELLO-why no response from you. I ordered 2 separate orders for Mother's Day, both of which were to be delivered before noon on that day and both of which have yet to be delivered. If they couldn't do the job, they shouldn't have taken my money. Their customer service is non-existent and I haven't been able to contact a single person to help me resolve this. I no longer want the flowers, I simply want my money back and never to deal with this ever gain.

I am writing this review on Mothers day at 10:00 pm to let consumers know they never delivered my Mothers Day Flowers to my 80 year old mother. They never planned on it. I believe they never were planning on delivering on Mothers day.
They just wanted to charge extra money for the flowers and delivery. Now they plan on delivering this flowers a day after mothers day for the same price. What a scam. I called justflowers and had the order cancelled and also filed a complaint through PayPal on them.
This florist makes you wait from mourning to 9 pm and still no delivery.
What a scam to accept so many orders for mothers day with a guarantee delivery and know youre not able to follow through on the orders. Their money hungry and they find it acceptable to send the flowers the day after mothers day for the same price.

We ordered Mother's Day flowers sat morning@ 8 am their time. Was told they would be delivered that day. Dint happen talked to them late that evening was told they would defiantly be delivered Sunday. Was suppose to get a email to confirm it that that night. No email. Then Sunday no delivery we called and emailed them numerous times no response call Monday was on hold for a hour They kept offering us $5 off out next order then ask if we wanted them to hold the money for a future order. Finely got them to cancel said they would put it back on my card. They could have emailed me and told me they coulden t make the delivery and I would have gotten a real florist to do it for us. Because of them mom dint get flowers on her day. If you need flowers to be delivered do yourself a favor avoid this company and get them from a reliable company that knows what they are doing. I wish there were a way to sort by price, but I didn't see that option. Also, after I put in the ZIP code to which I wanted flowers delivered, one arrangement I clicked on said it wasn't available in that area. Just a bit frustrating.
I had a really bad experience with this company (flowers NEVER delivered) so I'm hesitant to use them again. I'm hoping for the best. I had a bad experience with 1 800 flowers years ago and will never use them again, that's when I made the switch to Just Flowers. I hope they can deliver on time.

Mom is so disappointed. She told me her Mothers Day flowers didn't arrive until 6pm Monday, and when she complained to the florist, the florist said that JustFlowers did not even receive the order until Monday 10:15am! So JustFlowers held on to this order for days, even though the website said delivery on Mothers Day. I feel deceived. Call a local florist instead.

Our order was supposed to arrive the Saturday before Mother's Day. On Mothers day I called to complain that my mother had not received her arrangement, They quickly got an arrangement out to her but it was half the size of the arrangement that I ordered. I will not be using them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered before 1pm, paid the express delivery, they were delivered at 3:14 pm, totally not the flowers I ordered, something entirely different, called them and they said they would look into the situation and refund the express delivery, guess what, it's been over a week and still haven't been refunded the delivery cost. Ordered flowers for a get well gift, they assured same day service, so I completed the order. Not delivered same and not delivered the next day, after may attempts I finally get to speak with someone in customer service, they just so... hmmm. Looks like we cannot find a florist to deliver the flowers. I asked to cancel the order was then given the manager, they did not want to refund me but stated they now had a florist and the flowers would be delivered the next day by 1pm, At 12:57 the next day I get a call from them telling me I must now pay 28 more dollars to get the flowers delivered! What, who does this only a scammer! BE CAREFUL with this company!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day the day before. The site indicated that they were able to deliver the flowers the following day. On Mother's Day, I had been waiting to for the flowers to arrive while calling and emailing the company a number of times with no response. I later received an email at 4:00pm indicating that they would not be able to fulfill the order on this day. Because of their late response and awful service, I was not able to send my mother flowers because I had anticipated for the company to deliver flowers and all stores were already sold out and closing. Please do not waste your time or money on this company as I am still trying to cancel my order and get my refund. This is the most unreliable company I have ever ordered from.

Just flowers has provided extremely disappointing service. I placed my order on May 9th for a bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day the following day. I did not receive a confirmation email summarizing my order, my order was not delivered and their customer service never picked up the phone. Their customer service ended up replying to my email 2 days after my first attempt to contact them, saying that a delivery attempt was made but the address didn't exist so the delivery was not completed. They conveniently didn't specify which address they ended up using and never notified me of an attempted delivery. I order these flowers for that specific address every year and have never made a mistake on this address, which leads me to think Justflowers is simply trying to find an excuse to justify their delay. This was just a terrible customer experience from beginning to end, stay away.
