The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
So far, so good. Now to see delivery is made today. Thank you.
To follow up, the flowers were delivered three days later. They flowers were nice but the event they were for was long over with.
paid for express delivery......delivery never happened until 6:00pm, never got my refund on shipping, will never recommend your company to anybody, very poor customer service, florist very shoddy
Your on line order system needs attention. Your computer gets confused with old orders and new orders. So the system insists on using a zip code that is not relevant to a new order.
had to start over when i got to the check out because i wanted to change the delivery date, then when i re did it they tried to slide the express delivery in without my knowledge. Nice try tho!!!
you implied on the web site that you gave 10 dollars off with the order. instead it is with the next order. there will be no next order. i only do business with people I cand trust.

Flowers were delivered about 3 days after they were requested. At time of order was told same day delivery. Had to call florist multiple times
Deceptive to provide a coupon code for $10.00 and only give a $5.00 discount upon placing the order.
A handling fee? Isn't that included in shipping? And the other sites I checked had more like a $5 ship fee. Seems too high.

At end of order, found out there is not free shipping. Fees and handling and shipping came to over $15 more. Might expensive daisies.
$20.00 in unannounced fees is a bit excessive. Warn the customer that there are delivery fees not mentioned until everything is already entered.

When entering a coupon code, no message appears prior to advancing to checkout screen and no explanation, just pay original amount.

I put the wrong number on the address but correct street I am older and a detail that you wouldn't think was absolutely necessary if you explicitly say HOSPITAL AND correct phone number say it's a patient that you want to GET WELL, only to have them deliver to the address I lived at when I was 5. I assumed delivery would be able to find a hospital, in a small city with only 2 hospitals. My complaint is they don't do their homework and are careless with other people's money, also I had to remind them of the $10 discount that the annoyingly emailed me every other day and unsubscribing from them is an issue they send too many emails and I attempted unsubscribing a few times including a phone call. Otherwise, delivery time is good, I used them once before. Customer service did not try to clear it up, and my sick mother didn't have the heart to make the person who called to tell her, bring to her her flowers and chocolates They were on the ladies her front porch for 2 days. I do not accept that they couldn't of did better, now I have to start over.

I find the sometimes the flowers shown and quantity are not what they are delivered so i request you to delivery good flowers and the gift on time.
The shipping fee's were not shown until the final checkout. After which there was three shipping fee's, handling, shipping, and express shipping
I was continuously asked to enter the correct address to deliver the flowers. I typed in the correct address perhaps two or three times.
The flowered were delivered one day late. They were beautiful, but was disappointed in the late delivery.
