I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Placed two orders for mothers day delivery and was told they would be delivered. Was told deliveries are made up to 9p. M on mothers day. The orders were not delivered I received an email on Monday say delivery will be made at a later date and they were sorry. Mothers Day was Sunday it, s gone. I need my money back I spent S165.00.
What a rip off.

THIEVES… In business to deceive and steal from consumers.
This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. Different colors, different fillers, no ribbon, etc. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. Spent two days asking to speak to a supervisor/manager and kept being thrown around, and promised I'd get a call back. Never happened... until I posted negative reviews on social media. Theresa, Customer Service Manager/Supervisor called, only to insult me further. She'd in the wrong line of work... rude, condescending, and arrogant. They are THIEVES! It's no wonder they have all the disclosures to cover their asses... They can substitute everything and anything... and bring you scraps. Thieves! Better off at Fresh Market... huge variety of gorgeous roses $16.99 / dozen.

Supposedly Sunset Rose floral arrangement, but not sure...as they "conveniently" revise the website so consumers can't argue their purchase. Thieves!

Reinaldo Velazquez, we sincerely regret that your experience with us was any less than excellent. It is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with the arrangements that get sent out. We've reviewed what was sent out though and it appears to be a beautiful arrangement of yellow and red roses. The arrangement you ordered contains yellow, orange, and red roses with green filler. A minor substitution was made in order to ensure timely delivery. Due to this inconvenience to you, our care team offered you a partial refund in the amount of $15.00 but you adamantly refused this offer.

I ordered flowers on the 3rd of May for delivery on Mother's Day. The arrangement was delivered the next Day, a week early. When I contacted Just Flowers to complain, they apologised and said they would send another arrangement for the correct Day. NO flowers were delivered and no communications since but of course they will have taken their money! Sophia Petros

As all of you did, I ordered for Mother's Day, got email around 5pm on Mother's Day stating they wouldn't get delivered on that day, but would go the next with a apology note. Today is is 3pm and the delivery still hasn't made it. Have responded to the email demanding refund, no response, have been on hold for over 15 minutes multiple times. Only time I got through to a person it was just a guy who could take a new order with zero access to old order info. Also if you try to check delivery status through the 1800 number it just says "mother day is our busiest holiday and we can't accept calls." This company is a sham in every way, zero starts if possible. I would not have used this company had they not guaranteed the delivery date, it wasn't cheap, and now I am out the money and my out of state Mom did not get any flowers on Mother's Day. - a very pissed off guy

I truly couldn't be more disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase! My order was scheduled to be delivered on Valentine's Day, but was delivered the day after instead. When I called the customer service number I was treated very poorly and told there wasn't a supervisor available to speak to me because they were handling other matters. I really can't believe how I was treated. I really would still like to speak to a supervisor when they have time to take care of a customer purchased from them.

Paid extra fee for next day delivery for Mothers Day. Flowers not delivered on the 7th of May as promised, nor on the 8th, 9th or 10th. No operators will answer. Multiple messages left with the system with assurances I would have a response quickly. Nothing. Do not trust this site to fulfill their promises or even respond to questions.

The email advertisement is fauls. It indicates I will get 10.00 off my order but when I go put it in it only gives me $5.00 The Customer Service rep indicated that that's only for $50.00 and above my order but no where in sight does it indicate that in your faulse email

The absolute worst! Do not ever order flowers from this company. I order roses for Valentine's day and it is now the 27th and still no flowers! I asked for a refund and I was told that since there was an attempt to deliver I can't get my money back. They tried to deliver to a business twice after 5pm and to my home so they say. The manager at Just Flowers Jill told me that they would rather try to deliver every day until I get the flowers then to give me my refund now what sense does that make?!?! Honestly. Worst experience ever! Going to dispute charge since I never received merchandise. DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS is almost like a scam.

My name is shirley tasayco I was supposed to receive a floral arranging October 31 for my birthday but you guys never did it. Bad service. They called me yesterday asking me what time I will be home so the driver will deliver the flowers... told them at 3pm and I was eating until 5pm which they told me is the last delivery... flowers never arrived. I've been calling them since yesterday and the only thing the representatives told me is we will call the driver and call you back... never happened... I called today November 1,2020 first time in the morning asking for a refund to the person that place the order and they said they can't... they told me they will call the shopper to see if they can deliver the flowers today... told the agent don't want them anymore because they were for yesterday not today and she o my said I'm sorry can't do anything. Never order from them

I placed my order on Sunday 24th September, for delivery on 25th. However the flowers did not arrive until 27th, In the mean time I received at least 10 emails, 5 texts, 3 voicemails and several phone calls, letting me know that you could not fulfil my order with the exact flowers. Despite me agreeing to each email that I would be happy with similar flowers, I received an endless stream of communication.
The first time I had used Just Flowers I had no problem at all. So this order was very stressful.
However the recipient let me know the flowers were lovely. That's all I wanted.

Delivered on wrong date. Was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 28th. Flowers were for daughter's birthday. She was out of town until Sunday night the 27th. The flowers were there when she arrived. I don't know exactly when they were delivered. If you are going to charge for delivery, it should be on the correct date.

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered them for delivery on the same day, Saturday January 4th, and they weren't delivered until Tuesday the 7th. Asked about getting the expedited delivery fee refunded, was told that 5hat would happen, but as of today it hasn't!
I will never use you service again.
I think I should get the entire price I paid refunded to the appropriate card I used.

Because this was during Covid 19...the flowers ordered were not deliverable to the care home. The Mom and Me shop called the care home to see what was acceptable. Mom and Me looked at their selection of items and called me..long distance... to suggest an alternative . A lantern with an artificial flower and foliage inside . Although I didn't see it.. the 99yr recipient was thrilled.

At least some people received flowers - dead or not. My mother received absolutely nothing for Mother's Day. Why do you steal money from customers knowing that you will not fulfil your part of the bargain. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I which I could leave negative stars!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. The rep kept repeating the wrong city name for delivery. I hung up concerned my order wouldn't make it to it's destination. She called back and I told her I had changed my mind. She kept dropping the price after I said no so I hung up again. She called again and I refused the call. She called again, demanding to know why I wouldn't place the order. I had to hang up and block the number. They must've used the business model of Atilla the Hun.

Flowers were great, selection, appearance, etc. These were for Mother's Day.The problem arose when they tried to deliver them on Friday and we werent home and rater than leave them, they chose to take them back. I contacted customer service on at least three different occasions trying to get it redelivered. I would repeatedly told it was out for doelivery...but it didnt come and they did not deliver them until Sunday morning
making it a very stressful experience

Below is a partial email I sent to JUST FLOWERS!
As I already shared in two earlier emails, 1 text message,(which I later heard isn't operable) and a phone call (who never called back when the call dropped)
I am NOT at all happy with my order. My order cost me $302.89 for Tranquil Oceans (white roses) and 2 separate balloon orders. First, I get a call from door dash that they don't have my order at the flower shop. I gave them my name, wife name etc. Nothing! I contacted Just Flowers and they told me all was well and I should receive my order on time.
When it arrived, it looked rushed and last minute. And it wasn't the roses I ordered. My wife loves white roses. I asked for a full refund of my purchase. Nothing will be able to replace what I had planned for my wife and the company's mishandling my order.
I specifically mentioned on my order that I needed everything to be correct on 2/14 and it's all wrong. This day has been ruined. I paid them in full on January 30th. I spoke to 3 of their workers on February 14, Eric, Ram, & Vic who says she was a manager. I later got a call from another manager who didn't bother to call back when the phone call dropped. This is unacceptable! The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. I gave them my hard earned money in good faith that they would produce and they didn't. Someone called February 14 around 6pm to say I would get a call today about reimbursement. It's now 7:58 est and I haven't heard from anyone. After leaving several messages and emails someone finally calls me today to offer me $30 reimbursement. I thought it was utterly ridiculous and I asked for better. He said he could only give $50.
I will NEVER EVER use them again and I will continue to share my experience about them. They do not care about customer service nor fulfillment of customers desires. Once they have your money…they will give you anything. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.

I would honestly say don’t use them!

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. That was a Sunday. I received them Wednesday dead. Florist it was subbed to said they would send flowers again and refund since 5 days late. I picked up flowers myself and was told by florist that she paid JustFlowers also so i can be refunded. I still have no refund and no Call back telling me when. DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS.

These people are terrible. Not only did they not deliver flowers at the time their website promised, they do not answer the phone in order to follow up as to where the order is. They ask you to email them in order to follow the the delivery of your purchase, but then they do not respond. Will never use them again. Am reversing the charges on my card as they still have not delivered Mothers Day flowers and it is almost 5pm on Monday the 11th.

I did not want to give even a 1 STAR rating but this review would not go through without a rating. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and to my knowledge they still have not been delivered. I have spoken to a customer service rep and she could not cancel the order but said I would get a call back when they were delivered. They apparently are a 3rd party as they do not do the arrangements.
She also could not tell me the name of the florist they went through to get the flowers. Apparently the first florist they tried was "Too far away for the hospital". Shouldn't they be bright enough to find a close florist if this is their main business? Oh I should have looked at the reviews before using them. I will join the lady who's brother is an attorney and I will also call the BBB.
