I use this site for almost every occasion and my number one concern is the order arriving on time when I am ordering for family 2000 miles away. Sometimes orders arrive days late!

Ordered flowers for wife's birthday. Flowers looked nothing like picture. There guarantee means squat and they need to be shut down. Do not order from these people.

First and foremost, your selections are pricey especially for a local florist. Second, you have a lot of additional fees that do not appear until the end.

Scam, charged credit card immediately. Said they would attempt delivered date after it was supposed to be delivered. Never showed up 3 more times. As of today not received a refund.

Never delivered on date selected. Sent email twice, next delivery, never happened! Then tried to have me okay sending the flowers AFTER Fathers Day.

I used Just Flowers before with no problems as a regular customer. Recently, I was surprised at the bungled service from check out to delivery. I'm not using them again.

The email with the offer for $10 off an order was somewhat deceptive. You should be very clear that this is only for flower orders of a fifty dollar or more value.

Just Flowers came through for me on a last minute order about 6 or 7 years ago. Not only have I used them for EVERY Flower order I've ever since placed, but I've spread the word to my entire family and all my friends!

I cannot evaluate something that hasn't happened yet. The extra fees should be noted before purchase so that it can be figured in without having to go back and redo everything.

I found no place to subtract the special $10.00 discount.I expect that this amount will be subtracted from the total shown which would make my total cost = $62.35. Thank you!

I found your pricing deceptive - handling charge and service fee! I will probably not use you again just because of that. I don't like leaning such charges at the very end.

Used this service on multiple occasions and have always been please with the work of our local florist. A great way to order if you can't make it to your florist.

Pretty straightforward process. The only shocker were all the extra charges that took 49.99 to nearly $72 at checkout. Next time I will phone a local florist directly to compare prices.
