I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I have no idea what time my order was delivered,because no one rang the doorbell or knocked on my door. The bouquet is skimpy, not worth $89.99 + taxes and delivery. The bare vase with flowers wasn't in any protection, and sitting in the bright sun. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a premium flower arrangement that should have been delivered on February 14th. My order was never delivered on the date requested. I have attempted to contact the seller and they told me that my local florist could not deliver the arrangement. After contacting the company multiple times they keep telling me they can't cancel unless they speak with the florist first which is not professional at all. By all means stay away and do not order from here.

First, the delivered flowers were pretty but not what I ordered. I have purchased a lot of flowers in my lifetime but these flowers did not meet my expectations for the amount paid. I was expecting the fullness that was in the picture but only got half. This was my first time using this service and I was not satisfied.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered 2/14/2024 but were not. The flowers were delivered 2/15/2024 and did not look fresh as if they were in a delivery vehicle for at least a day. Very unusual as I have always had great success with you all. I have sent an email to customer service and waiting a reply.

Ordered online for a same day delivery (well before their cut off time). Kept getting Delayed Delivery emails. Called the 800 number after the second delay email. They promised it would be delivered the next day, instead I received another delay email. I called again, they promised for sure delivery was going to be that same day. She did receive them that day. (5 days after the order date) The flowers and arrangement were pretty, but here's my problem...I had them sent for a particular reason and timing, spending over $70. I will not use them again.

She received the bouquet around 6pm local time and the arrangement exceeded our expectations! The florist embellished the order such that it was far more beautiful than the picture of the ones we selected! If I could give below a 1 star rating I would due to the customer service. Sent flowers to mother in law. Only 2 of 12 were alive on day 2! They refused assistance because 90 year old woman didn't have a cellphone to take a photo of flowers. I was so embarrassed!

DeAnn, without being able to see the arrangement, we can only presume that indoor heating played a role in the alleged wilting of the flowers since it was 22 degrees on the night of delivery. Nevertheless, our agent did in fact work with you on this and issued you a partial refund for the inconvenience.

The order was placed on Thursday 12-28 as a birthday gift to family member in Jacksonville, AL. The order could not be filled or delivered until Tuesday 1-2-24.
I was notified by phone and email about the problems that occurred which is good. Thank you. However, this was stressful because I had doubts that this delivery could be made and if I would lose out on my money. Next year I will be sending a gift through the mail.
The flowers were pretty and the recipient liked them. So thank you for that.

Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper. When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable.

I had the worst experience with this company. They are a scam!
I placed 4 orders (my mom, sister, sister-in-law and best friend) for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, none of which was delivered. I spent over $500 with my order. I have emailed and called dozens of times and no answer or reply.
I am so sad by this, and angry!
There is not a live person when u call, you go in circles until the call automatically ends.
Please if someone can help me with this I'd really appreciate it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Purchased the Purity Bouquet and instead got a cheaply looking one from like a grocery store with and ugly pink bow. Delivered on wrong date, so ruined surprise.Di not buy from this place will definitely be disappointed.

It's been 3 days, They won't answer the phone to cancel my order and will not give me a refund. I have called three numbers and yet no one answers. It's a modern day SCAM! I have filed claim with my bank. I will read reviews 1st next time. They keep emailing same copied message. Apology note thanking me for understanding when I'm saying give me my money back. They are very unprofessional. Please people do not use this company. I promise you the one review stating this place delivered on time is someone who work for them. It's a LIE! I just want my money back!

I read a lot of bad things about Just Flowers when I ordered. It made me reluctant to go with them, but they were the only company in Austin that could deliver same day, and that was important to me.

The flowers arrived in less than 2 hours, and the quality was great.

I think the biggest issue people have is with their local affiliates in a specific area. This seems like a problem with every online florist. They don't typically deliver or procure the flowers themselves, they simply pass the order along to the local florist. If you get a good one, you're in luck. If you get a bad one, well you'll probably leave a bad review. I guess I got lucky, but as far as my experience with the ordering process and customer service team goes, I'm super happy.

My flower bouquet order ******* that I placed on May 9,2020 was never delivered to my mom on Mother's day! She waited all day long! I called the customer service number numerous times and got no answer only automated answering machine. Finally two days later I received an email from Just flowers stating they were unable to deliver my order and they cancelled my order. Well it's May 13,2020 and no refund yet! Oh but how quick they were to charge card in the same day my order was placed! I'm so angry! This is so wrong what Just flowers is doing to so many people! I want my money back!

They took my order early morning around 8 am on valentines. On the confirmation emailed they didn't show nothing when its gonna be delivered or anything. So i tried to call them around 3 because my wife's office closes at 5. Nobody responded and around 4, they texted me that they can't deliver the flowers today and will have to do it tomorrow.
