The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I have been ordering flowers for the past 20 years to be delivered on Mothers Day. This was the first year I ordered from Just Flowers and will certainly be the last. I am writing this review to warn people to steer clear. The flowers were not delivered on Mothers Day and it took 3 days, 10 phone calls and multiple emails to finally get in touch with someone. After telling me multiple times that they were in fact delivered, they proceeded to tell me that they could not offer a refund do to the fact they they were being told it was delivered. After explaining 50 times that they were mistaken and my mother was home the entire day, they said it must be a problem with where she lives. I explained again that I have ordered flowers forn20 years to the same location. After many more excuses, they explained that it was their policy not to give refunds and they would have to redeliver. I explained that my parents were now in Florida so no reason to deliver. Dont you know they were delivered to an empty house and are now sitting there waiting to die. Its my goal to get the word out. Steer clear of Just Flowers!

I did not get the $10 discount with the code word SUNNY I was given in an email. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER EMAIL GIVING ME A DISCOUNT! I want the discount I was suppose to have been given for THIS order. I was told to call customer service and they would give me the discount. THAT IS A CROCK! Why should I have to call to get a discount. I have been a loyal customer but clearly I will need to order my flowers elsewhere. I know nothing will result from this but at least I got it off my chest! POOR BUSINESS!! POOR
I ordered a basket if red roses and received a single orchid in a pot. Also was delivered a day late. I was not given a discount for wrong order or a refund on delivery a day late.

The arrangement sent was beautiful but not what was pictured on the website. I wanted an arrangement with tulips and the flowers that were delivered did not have tulips.
Last night I had chosen a bouquet and left the web page open but didn't process the purchase, but when I came back today and refreshed the page, the prices had changed. Weird.
I reside in the UK and found it very easy to order. I have used your service in the past and was very pleased. I hope I will be pleased once again :-)

there should be a bigger selection of Orchid colors. Most florest will have them. That if the flower I send most oftem. Have never had anyone complain about the quality.
I ordered from JustFlowers: a plant in a ceramic bowl called "Delightful Dish Garden" and I upgraded to "premium" meaning more plants. JustFlowers had Panage Florist in San Juan Capistrano CA make the arrangement & deliver. The recipient sent me a photo upon receipt. Not only was I in shock; but I was humiliated and embarrassed that my friend thought I would send such a piece of crap. There was no ceramic dish, but the plant was in a cheap white Easter looking basket. The arrangement was not premium but smaller than the regular arrangement ordered (in photo). I had several conversations with JustFlowers who said they had conversations with Panage Florist. JustFlowers wanted me to get more photos of the delivered arrangement! Why? I sent them the photo & refused to get more from my friend. JustFlowers said there is nothing they could do because Panage Florist said they sent what they had! JustFlowers said in small print it says arrangement & container may differ from photo. No kidding! I will never use JustFlowers again nor will I ever use Panage Florist directly.
Jeanette Rey, right below the arrangement, on our website, from you where you ordered, it states: Container & arrangement may vary on availability. In addition, the plants were actually upgrade from just green plants to blooming, green plants. Nevertheless, we offered you a partial refund in the amount of $10.00 which you accepted and we processed that same day.
I like the easy link from the email messages I get. It's nice to get a periodic reminder so that I can find a link when an occasion comes up. I also like the discount!
The chat experience was useless. I had to wait a long time and it didn't help me. I was tempted by a promotion on the first page and then it didn't seem to be available to me
I would like to have learned the shipping charge earlier in the checkout process so I would have a better idea of the total payment. It also would be good to have several shipping options.
I spent a minute or two finding how to get back to the cart once I continued shopping. It may be easier for customers to have a Cart button or link on the top of the page instead of at the bottom.
I was not impressed with the arrangement I sent. I saw a picture from the recipient and assumed the bouquet would have been a little bigger and fuller.

I was told the price was in Canadian dollars, but the chat person said it was in American dollars.And I asked for the code for the 7$ discount I was offered and did not get it.
I ordered last minute flowers for Mother's Day, which could have been a major problem had the website not GUARANTEED that my order would be delivered! I spent almost $90 by the time it was all said and done and my mom did NOT receive her flowers! I can't get in touch with ANYONE from the company and the voicemail for 'inquiries' is FULL! Not only will I never order from them again, I will make sure to post a bad review on any website mentioning their name as well as all over Facebook and other social media websites so that people will be aware that they are being scammed. I want a FULL REFUND!
Also, does anyone find it strange that 'Daniel K' who is apparently a rep for JustFlowers doesn't have any feedback on his profile and only asks for the 7 digit numbers? He doesn't email back either! I'm guessing he is a scam as well. I wouldn't give anyone any personal information, including my order ID number without some sort of verification of who they are.

Everything was ok except the fact that the note I want attached to floral arrangement was not shown on review page. I had to call to verify that note would be attached.
I have a problem with not being able to use the discount you email me. I have bought from you on several times and have never been able to use my discount.
I placed a Mother's Day order and wanted to add a mylar balloon to the order but "Mother's Day" was not an option to the mylar balloon selection. Quite disappointing.
Mother's Day flowers received after 2 delivery delays were nothing resembling those ordered. After speaking to a manager at Just Flowers in which I got nothing resolved, only excuses and an offer of a $15 refund on a $104 order, I went to speak to the owner of the local florist who fulfilled the order. After reviewing the order screen that the florist received from Just Flowers, I can see why my order was screwed up. First, the wrong item code (2962 - Sweetness Bouquet) was sent to the florist instead of 2344 - Floral Jewels Arrangement The flowers received didn't even resemble the wrong item code. Secondly, the description to the florist was incorrect and inadequate. It made no mention of RED flowers as required by the arrangement I ordered. It made no mention of the type of flowers or number of flowers. Thirdly, it made no mention that the order was upgraded to the DELUXE size. Standard size shown had about 25 flowers, so Deluxe should have had at least 30 flowers.What my wife received was a vase with 10 flowers with a bunch of fern leaves. Great scam. Pay more, get less. Fourthly, my order was placed with Just Flowers on May 12, yet the florist didn't receive the order until May 14. Lastly, the link Just Flowers sends on their order to the florist doesn't work and the florist had no idea what my order was supposed to look like and had to rely on the Just Flowers order description "2962 - Yellow, blue, and white flowers in a vase." Overall, just a shoddy, unprofessional company that won't admit their mistakes and make thing right.
