I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I ordered flowers for a funeral. Not only was it was not what I ordered, it was half the size, had an off color in it, cheap, and it came during the funeral! I even put a rush delivery on it. My family was sooooo embarrassed by this pitiful arrangement. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK! NEVER, NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGSIN.
I ordered flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday because none of her kids could be there with her on her birthday. Her b-day is May 28th, Memorial Day which of course is a holiday. I ordered the flowers about a week in advance. Throughout the ordering process there was nothing stated about them not being able to deliver on a holiday. The order went through fine. Then this evening, on My Mom's birthday, I get a call from a customer service rep at Flowers.com telling me that they weren't able to find a florist in her area that could deliver on Memorial day. I said maybe you should have told me that when I placed the order, because this is inexcusable. They actually suggested they could call my mother and explain why she didn't get her flowers! Really? First of all she didn't KNOW she was getting flowers. They finally agreed to a full refund and cancelled the order. But if they were worth their salt they would have sent the flowers tomorrow anyway AND refunded me. They seem a little shady. Wouldn't use them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie to you and screw you around. Three different people guaranteed me same day delivery. Then they said they couldn't contact the flower shops which was obviously a lie because later on they told me that they had called and couldn't have it delivered today. I talked to seven different people before i finally was able to cancel my order of 103 dollars. Not to mention when i placed the order the first lady told me it was only going to be 80+ tax. Then they charged a huge service fee. They first told me that they could offer me 5 dollars back but would proceed with the order, then after i threatened to call my bank and dispute it they said ok we can give you 7 dollars back. This place is a JOKE. I buy online all the time and this is the worst experience i have ever had. I proceeded to dispute it with my bank and then decided to still try and cancel through them. When i finally got the manager on the phone she still wouldn't listen and kept offering me credit on my next order... Do the really think i would ever order through them again after this. After seven hours on the phone i finally canceled the order so now i will wait and see if it goes through..
Worst experience I could have had. Ordered flowers to come the day before Mother's Day, just to be safe. I received an email stating: "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order ******* to xxxxx xxxxx was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding." There was no explanation for why it couldn't be delivered so I expected the flowers would be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day. Nope. I received the same email that they could not be delivered on Sunday. Because of COVID my mother is stuck at home and has not missed the delivery, the delivery has not been attempted. I have tried to contact customer support only to be forwarded to an automated message with choices to have the delivery go through on the next day or cancel. I have emailed back from the emails I received and no one has contacted me to explain the issue or when the flowers will be delivered. It is now Tuesday and the flowers have still not been delivered.
I now look like the son that didn't send my mother anything on Mother's Day. I called to let her know the delivery would be coming but as the days roll on with nothing, I look like a terrible son and she has nothing.

Mothers Day 2017
I went through the same issue yesterday (Mothers Day 2017 with my order # *******).
I can sit here and type a long drawn out saga... but it would just be much of the same as you will read that other victims have experienced. I was taken on the same ride. Fraud is not the word to describe this company, it goes deeper then that. I was not aware until speaking with my attorney this morning that it has the making of what he called is the classic (Class Action Litigation) and not the kind that everyone gets $20 for either. So I asked him to look into this for me. Anyone interested?
Make sure that you all save all of the email correspondence that you have recieved from this company. I even took a screen shot of where they state that they guarantee the delivery on time and date, and the email appoligizing that they can not make the delivery when promised.
I fully understand that Mothers day is a very busy day for flowers... but if you would have just said that there was a possability of not getting the order delivered on time... I would have had a plan "B"
Now it is the consumers time to act, and try to stop this from happining to anyone else!

The main reason why I purchased flowers with your company even though it was way more EXPENSIVE than other companies, it was because the date I chose to be delivered was available on the WEBSITE calendar, SATURDAY. I ordered flowers on Friday before Mother's day.
If I wanted my flowers to be delivered any other day, I would have chosen another company which offered better flowers for a cheaper price.
So I'm requesting to CANCEL MY ORDER and and want a TOTAL REFUND.
And this is how I can proof I requested a cancelation for a service which it was NEVER delivered.

Just flowers is a joke. You will order and they will then tell you that they don't have what you want and tell you your order Has been substituted! They will tell you a refund wont be possible. When this happened to me I asked what the substitutions were and they told me. I said no way to what they offered but they went on to say that the order was already dispatched! A lie as I then recieved an email from them telling me that my order wont arrrive on time. Their usual story. So I asked can they then get what I previously ordered. This resulted in them ringing me and rudely hanging up after I wud not agree to their offer of putting pink and peach roses together. In the end I had to agree on lemon and white even though i originally purchased pink flowers. They also insist on telling you on how many flowers are in the purchase and send you this information in a email (after you pay of course), even though the quantity is not mentioned on the purchase
Page... I cringe to imagine what my relatives actually recieved! This company is a disgrace and should be closed down.

Great service I messed up the Zip code which put the delivery in CA not Oklahoma but they figured out the mistake .... no Tulsa in CA and my wife ended up with the flowers in fine fashion.
I placed an order late on Saturday night (May 13), as they still had Mother's Day delivery as an option on their website. Foolishly, I did not read the hundreds of negative reviews prior to purchasing. After placing the order, I called an spoke to a customer service agent who promised me the flowers would be delivered MAY 14 MOTHERS DAY. Nothing was delivered, no contact from the company, no phone calls or emails advising as to when they will actually be delivered. I have called and left messages on their phone system as it is impossible to speak to a live agent, I have gone on their website on submitted their form to have them contact me - no contact. After paying $171 CAD to have this order delivered on time I am extremely disappointed with not only the clear lack of customer service - but the fact that whey can blindly steal from people like this. I have filed a claim with the BBB and will be filing a fraud claim with Mastercard once the payment is posted to my account. At this point I would like a full refund as nothing has been provided for the nearly $200 I spent.
If there is no resolution I will be speaking to my lawyer - as a previous poster commeted, this has all the makings of a Class Action Lawsuit. Regardless of the amount spent, this is not how you run a business and I do not want other people to go through this painful ordeal and losing your hard earned money to a scam.

There was no place like you said below my credit information. Once I went to Pay Pal it did not take me back to get the $10 off.
Thought the $10 off would work for this order and didn't know until after giving them my credit card info and at check out. That was disappointing.
everything is fine the flowers actually went to two family members. They loved them and sent a picture so I could see how pretty they were.
Shocking experience when final payment showed up. Even with a $10 coupon it was still $25+ more than I expected. Hope the arrangement is worth it.
This will be my fourth order over a three month time period. Easy to shop, and the product delivered is what you see in the description.
I don't like the way you lure ppl in with your promise of a $10 discount but the "small" print excludes orders under $50.
