I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

DO NOT BUY! I repeat Do Not Buy from this company. March 2023, went on line for florists in the Fort Myers area and purchased Iris of my Eye which is a bouquet of Iris's only. What was delivered was NOT what was ordered. In fact, it was a completely different arrangement that did not have any Iris's at all. I contacted JustFlowers and was told they have a substitution policy. I said that someone should of contacted me to let me know that they did not have an arrangement of Iris's to offer. Instead they delivered an arrangement that looked like flowers were bought at the supermarket and stuck them in a vase. It was so ugly and I was embarrassed that a family member received such a horrible arrangement. The cost was $44.99 and Manager said that she would reimburse me $15. I told her that she needed to reimburse full amount due to not receiving what was ordered. She replied that if I wanted a full refund that the arrangement that was delivered would have to be picked up – that is no word of a lie. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Look on the Better Business Website to which there are terrible reviews for JustFlowers

I was looking at FTD to have 3 different arrangements sent to 3 friends/family for Christmas. Just Flowers looked like they were less expensive and just as nice arrangements. So I submitted 3 separate orders. I soon received emails & calls that I needed to pay an additional $20 for delivery of the first arrangement (which would have the delivery charge $30...half the cost of the arrangement!). I was frustrated, so the JF rep said she would split the cost and charged me an additional $10 for delivery. Then, the next day, same thing happened for the second arrangement and I told her I wanted to cancel my orders and I was not going to authorize any additional $$. She said that the arrangement had already been made and she couldn't cancel. Can you say 'Bait and Switch'? In the end, she canceled one order (I had to scramble to find something on Amazon that would be delivered before Christmas...thanks Just Flowers) and she waived the additional $20 charge she requested for the second arrangement. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH JUST FLOWERS AGAIN, for obvious reasons....but, thanks for asking my opinion after 2 months! We will see if this gets published....
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at work to surprise her, for her birthday. When my wife got home on that evening she was empty handed. I then contacted Just for Flowers to ask them why they didn't deliver them. I was told that the florist was booked and wasn't able to deliver them and that they would be able to deliver them the next day. I then had to change the address to my home in order to receive my wife's flowers because she wouldn't be at work the next day. I never received a phone call from Just for Flowers informing me that they would be unable to deliver them on time. After speaking with the representative and finding out that they weren't going to be delivered on time I suddenly received an email stating that they would be unable to deliver them. This totally ruined my surprise because I had to be in the office the next day so I had to inform my wife that she would be receiving her flowers at the house because she thought I totally forgot about her birthday. I will never use Just for Flowers in the future due to their poor customer service.

The shop is really hard to use. Also, my information getting erased when I went to look for a different item almost made me leave the site.
Could use a search that filters roses by color. I had to look at 30 pages of different colors to choose a simple red rose arrangement .
My shopping on this website was easy and found everything I needed. Many choices were available. I was able to order a delivery for the same day.
I appreciate the same day delivery with the 4 hour option. I use this service for relatives that live out of state and never had a problem.

Susan Noel, we are very sorry to hear about this. Please understand that our local shop did in fact fill the arrangement as closely as possible with a comparable arrangement filled with purple blue/purple delphinium. We haven't been able to reach the shop to discuss why the arrangement was substituted but from what we can see in the photo you sent us, they did in fact maintain the look and the feel of what was ordered and it was indeed filled to value. Also, we offered you a full refund as long as the local shop could retrieve the product but you refused that and accepted a partial refund instead which has already been issued.
