They can't. Won't, don't deliver. How can I write 100 characters about a company that is worth 0 characters?

Once selected your balloon choice should be frozen and not keep flashing the different choices. It makes it confusing.

so far so good .... if the flowers arrive and they are beautiful, we'll be happy .... haven't seen them yet!

Do not order you will not get anything but screwed over I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and ordered early and still nothing but lies no flowers ever came I had to use a different flower shop

Placed an order for Valentines Day flowers at 9:30am on Feb 14 2018. I get home at 6:30pm and flowers were not delivered. I called their customer service and was told the flowers will delivered shortly. At 9:30pm still no flowers. I called the customer service number over 10 times and got no answer. Now I am angry. At 10:30pm I'm in bed and I hear my door bell ringing. Its a flower deliver. At 10:30pm! I refused the order. The next day I call the customer service number at least 10 times with no answer. I email them. No response. The following day (today) I have called the customer service number 10 more times. No answer. I call the place NEW order number and SOMEONE picks up. To my surprise. But they can't help me. Said to call customer service back in a week... A WEEK! I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOR MONEY AND DON'T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS

This is the comment for the arrangement that was cancelled and why:
I was looking at FTD to have 3 different arrangements sent to 3 friends/family for Christmas. Just Flowers looked like they were less expensive and just as nice arrangements. So I submitted 3 separate orders. I soon received emails & calls that I needed to pay an additional $20 for delivery of the first arrangement (which would have the delivery charge $30...half the cost of the arrangement!). I was frustrated, so the JF rep said she would split the cost and charged me an additional $10 for delivery. Then, the next day, same thing happened for the second arrangement and I told her I wanted to cancel my orders and I was not going to authorize any additional $$. She said that the arrangement had already been made and she couldn't cancel. Can you say 'Bait and Switch'? In the end, she canceled one order (I had to scramble to find something on Amazon that would be delivered before Christmas...thanks Just Flowers) and she waived the additional $20 charge she requested for the second arrangement. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH JUST FLOWERS AGAIN, for obvious reasons....but, thanks for asking my opinion after 2 months! We will see if this gets published....

They failed to deliver flowers on Thursday, my sister's birthday. I called the next morning and they couldn't care less. They said they would deliver that day, Friday, with an apology note (whoopty doo) between 9am and 6pm— not even STAT. I got an email from them at 3pm stating again, they weren't delivered. No explanation why they failed to deliver 2 days in a row. When I called AGAIN, I asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to said, ‘No, we will deliver Monday and give you $10 to use for a future order." What?!? I said no. She said said, "We will deliver Monday and give you a $15 credit to be used on a future order." I told her that she is embarrassing herself and her company right now and this is bordering on the ridiculous. "How about—" I again said no, I want a refund so let's go ahead and get that started. I don't want you to offer me piddly amounts taken off future orders when there won't be any. The apology note offer and McDonald's combo meal money was insulting enough. Please don't further disgrace your self. If you have failed deliveries two days in a row, you can't deliver Monday either. My sister's birthday was yesterday. NOT Monday. The customer serve person I spoke with sounded like a robot reading off a cue card. DO NOT use this company. Awful! I could have driven the flowers to the east coast quicker than they can deliver. BAD. If they had a negative star option, I would use it.

You will not get flowers on time. Worst customer service ever! Save your money please do not order with this piece of $#*! of a company!

Very easy but the flowers didn't last very long. They were pretty droopy 3 days later at the birthday party for my 95 year old friend.

Ordered well in advance of the delivery date but you ran out of product for that day and were unable to deliver until a subsequent day.
