The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I would rather see all charges expressed before I enter my charge card information. It seems there is an overlapping of service charges.
You flash the Ten dollar discount code. I was unable to read it that quickly. Why isn't it automatically shown on the bill?
All you flower services are so fraudulent. You advertise one price, but by the time you check out it is more than double!

To many pop ups getting in the way of shopping for flowers, flowers were not delivered on time, one day late and no reason for the delay given.
My late husband took his own life and the emails come to me requesting his business. I have begged them to stop for 8 years. Very, very hurtful.

Shopping experience was good, EXCEPT tried to add additional pink roses MULTIPLE TIMES, to no avail. So, my order does not include the additional roses I wanted. :(

The flowers/planter were beautiful. I was disappointed that I was offered by email a $10 off order but when I placed order there was no discount.
My dad ordered flowers for his mom on Tuesday may 3rd. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday may 7th (paid extra for sat delivery), it is now Tuesday may 10th and they have still not been delivered. We have called customer service multiple times since Sunday may 8th and had to leave a message with our number but still have not been contacted. We have also received no email updates since the order confirmation on Tuesday may 3rd. The order number is *******, we would lIke the flowers delivered ASAP and a refund for the $120 we spent as the flowers were not delivered when promised. Please do not order from this company! The flowers will never come and their customer service is non-existent!
5/10/16 4:40p- I responded to JustFlowers nearly 6 hours ago with the correct order number, and I have yet to get a response. This is even more frustrating because they responded within 20 minutes of me posting the review to let me know the order number was incorrect, and yet now that they have the order number they haven't responded in 6 hours!
