The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
These are bait and switch scammer! Nothing more. Dont make the mistake I made. Stay far away from JustFlowers.com! Promised same day delivery based on the address I entered on the JustFlowers.com website. I assumed the flowers were delivered. No calls regarding a problem were recieved until two days later when a representative from JustFlowers.com called to explain that they could not find a florist in the area who would deliver to the address without me paying an addition $45. I was already dissaponted to find out the flowers were not delvered on-time and even more so to be asked for more money. I asked the representative to cancel my order but she was rude and persisted to push me to listen to her offers. I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and claimed she was the manager. Only after several requests to cancel did she rudely agree to do so, and also explained that my refund would take up to 24 business days to recieve. Isnt funny how they are paid instantly, but it takes 24 days to get the money the scammed back? These are bait and switch scammer! Nothing more. Dont make the mistake I made. Stay far away from JustFlowers.com!

You added 20.00 dollars in fees. There are no shipping fees as I ordered from the florist in Gulfport. That is a major rip off.
You did not refund as promised but gave me credit. Since I have no intension of ordering from you again it is absolutely no good.
I had ordered for a delivery on the 10th on the website for which I paid 104. Flowers were never delivered and I was sent a mail stating due to mother's day deliveries it will be sent the next day. I tried requesting on the helpline they informed me it was not possible.
The next day (11th may) they again failed to deliver and sent me the same mail saying appologies for the undelivered item. I have been trying to call them for 3 days the call is never answered and is redirected to the pre-recorded assist. I have spend more money co ordinating for my order than the order amount as I called them from UAE. Today (12th may) neither did I receive any communication from their end regarding the delivery nor did they answer my calls. I have mailed them for the cancellation of my order to which they haven't reverted as well. I m disappointed with the service. The website promised to deliver the same day so I choose them. However they do not respect the sentiments of their customers. Its a fraud.

Your site was relatively easy to use. it recognized the zip code as local. Another site I tried argued that I did not have a valid zip..
