I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

It's not your fault but I have a very difficult time making up my mind, so I am very slow. I hope the delivery goes o.k. because Martha has so many people bothering her and coming and going it is sometimes hard to get her on the phone or at home, but please try today for me.

The shopping process was fine, though details of what flowers or how many are included would be helpful. I see the pictures, yet I feel I'm shopping blind. Payment options such as Apple Pay would be appreciated. But since this is my first ever order, my biggest hesitation concerns what the arrangement will actually look like, etc.

Been honestly the worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery.
From a 24 hour delay in delivery (for a Birthday surprise) to being left on a porch in extreme heat of Florida. Elderly mother tried to pick up flowers off porch with walker and almost fell. Flowers were not as pictured on website and had areas of holes of no flowers and babies breath also all roses were wilted and broken over and greenery in arrangement was turning brown from heat.
This was a week ago today and still no response from flower shop that delivered.
Was extremely taken back by the response from Just flowers representative that called evening of 8/15 telling me some flowers were fine and they could not guarantee delivery instructions. Which I had asked to be delivered to door expecting to knock and hand to elderly mother for fall risk as indicated. Representative offered me $7 for my trouble on a almost $80 purchase. Needless to say very disappointed in this experience.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for a friend on Saturday evening. I received an email yesterday (the day of delivery) at 3:15 pm stating "we are truly sorry your Mothers Day order was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day with a note of apology." Received the very same email today. I tried calling for 2 straight hours today, only to be put on hold then being forwarded to a generic message telling me to leave a message. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Totally a rip off, I just want to be refunded at this point but NO ONE can seem to get a hold of a real person (only vague emails and phone messages). I'm really wondering if this company actually exists!

Flowers were not delivered when requested. Called and emailed just flowers. Never received response back. Tried to look on line at my flowers I ordered picture was taken down. For 80 some dollars all that was delivered were carnations. I will never use just flowers again or recommend it. Finally July 3 after two months you send me a survey

Flowers Not Delivered - I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of a friend's aunt to be delivered on Memorial Day prior to her viewing. Justflowers.com claims their florist delivered but the family found no evidence of the arrangement. Just flowers refuses to issue a refund. I've spoken with them several times, they've spoken to my friend who personally carried and catalogues flowers received. Apparently, our word is not good enough. They refuse to issue a refund (other than a $15 credit on a future order)... as if I would ever request anything from them again. Beware!

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughter and she received the flowers but no chocolates. I called Franco at just flowers and he said they would have to wait until the driver shows up an hour later. I left my contact info and never received a call back from anyone. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off and didn't notice. I will never use their service again. They are a middle man in the operation and you will never receive the name of the actual flower shop that ripped you off. Their message on the phone says that you can order online safely and secure. That's not true.

Ordered flowers that were never sent. We called several times and the only excuse we would get is "we are sorry but we are waiting on the florist to call us back". I contacted every florist within a 30 mile radius and none of them had our name or address in their system. Total lie by the company. They said they cannot refund our money until they hear from the florist. They also told us that someone tried to deliver the flowers but the cameras outside my house never showed anyone coming to bring flowers. Total LIE! Stay away, its a scam!

I'm livid.

I ordered for my sister's first Mother's Day and scheduled delivery for Sunday. I received a text on Saturday alerting me to a late delivery, but still Sunday. But no flowers arrived Sunday... and I didn't receive any further updates (text or email). By Monday afternoon (now very late) I still had no updates and my brother-in-law confirmed no flowers have arrived. So... using JustFlowers.com outdated website, I checked my order status.

Anticipated delivery is now TUESDAY... three full days after the original delivery date and far too late for Mother's Day. I'm so upset. Will never use this service again and wanted to share my experience as a warning. Though I've tried calling multiple times, I've not yet connected with a live person. Ridiculous. What terrible service...

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Won't every deal with this company again. They did not deliver my daughter's flowers on Mother's Day - opting to send them the following Monday. Adults can deal, but she feels like SHE let down her mom when it was JustFlowers.

Huge assortment and price range. Easy to navigate throughout the process. Help is available immediately if needed. For Canada customers it is costly. Some places are hard to deliver too but they make it as soon as they can. They inform you as well. The only thing I would have liked was to be sent the response of the recipient. I don't hear from my grandma that often as she has trouble hearing and seeing.

Site stated flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day but did not arrive until almost a week after Mother's Day! Tried to call and email to cancel but no help! After several attempts to call to cancel finally reached someone after being put on hold for 1.5 hours. Representative was rude and no refund was issued even though promised delivery date was not fulfilled. So many other great flower delivery sites. Do not use justflowers! They know people are desperate to send flowers last minute and pretend to fulfill the promise of getting flowers delivered when you want to lure you in.

Fraudulent! Same story as the others. Ordered for Mother's Day, received a very strange confirmation call directly after. Flowers not delivered. No confirmation email. Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge because Just Flowers does not answer. But they will answer if you call and want to place another order... go figure. These people are unable to transfer to customer service. Call your bank!

I have been trying to reach you guys for 2 days. No live person available. I ordered same day delivery for my mother in law yesterday the agent that took the ordered said no problem they will definitely deliver same day. I have not received an email at all with confirmation. Tried calling 10 times yesterday and today for status again no reply, left messages. Very disappointed and upset. Just want my money back.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I ordered flowers for a special birthday and two days later still never arrived! It was excuse after excuse. First delivery car broke down and then second believe it or not they were to busy to deliver everything! When you call you can never speak to a supervisor no matter what time of day it is. No one on the phone has the power to do anything about an issue but they can sure take your money! Told a supervisor would call back and they never do! I would NEVER do business with this company ever again!

I have ordered many arrangements for various occasions send to many different places and persons from different florists. But Just Flower is the worst. Should not be in business. I can't give worst than 1 star, because they are very nice when taking your order. But after that.
Reasons: 1. Looking at the picture in the catalog which labeled deluxe look very nice and full, so I ordered premium figured it would be beautiful. But upon delivered it is less than the deluxe.
2. the flowers were not the same as described
When i brought this to the customer service, all i got was we are sorry.
So if you wish to be embarrass by your gift then go ahead and order from JustFlowers.

What a nightmare buying flowers from them. 1. Failed to deliver my flowers and 2. Faked the delivery signature. After proving them the signature was faked, they 3. Finally delivered ONE MONTH after my intended delivery date, after more delays. And 4. The quality of flowers delivered were bad - not fresh at all, worse than those you can get at a local flower shop at much lower price. Oh, by the way, 5. They do not give you a refund even though they know they didn't deliver successfully - according to subtle terms on their website. Basically by the time you send your payment to them, you're doomed.

I ordered Mother's Day flower a for my wife on Saturday as my kids wanted to do something special for her. They all chipped in their hard earned money(all 5 are essential workers) and we ordered. Sunday, Monday no flowers. I called 5x on Monday, left messages, not one response not one email or call! Nothing. Just $165.00 for no service, flowers, or response. Seriously! Never thought we would be taken advantage of!

Ordered 200 dollars worth of flowers for VALENTINES DAY! Guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day even paid a premium price! It is now 02/16/24 at 3:34pm and still no Flowers. 2 days after VALENTINES DAY! When I called and spoke to someone they said we would have them by 5pm today! I am not feeling very optimistic about it! If you need your delivery to be on time for a special occasion like valentines, anniversary, birthday I would not use JUST FLOWERS! Save yourself the HEADACHE and your loved ones FEELINGS and order from ANYWHERE ELSE!

I ordered Over The Blue Horizon arrangement for a friends funeral even paid for premium arrangement and I was embarrassed by what I saw was delivered. This arrangement showed white roses and white star gazer lilies, what arrived was astors and hydrangeas (my least favorite flower, always) also much cheaper flowers, but charged full price. This was so not worth the $114 with delivery that I paid. I should have read reviews first. They did arrive on time, the only good thing I can say.

Ordered flowers for delivery day before mothers day 5/9/2020. Price shown does not include delivery- no confirmation page when purchased on line showing additional shipping charge. My $79 flowers were billed to my CC $114. Then 5 days after mothers day the flowers still have not been delivered. Fraudulent and you cannot get through the automated system on the phone or email to get a live customer service agent. SCAM!
