The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I want to hear about the delivery and the condition of the flowers to give you a five rating across the board.
Please ensure that the $10.00 discount was applied. It did not happen the first try and I did not preview the second.
During my order I was bothered by phone calls. I order online because I do not like giving information over the phone. The woman was very insistent.

I didn't get the flowers that were listed in the picture. I ordered purple tulips and got white tulips with purple carnations.

In the mail I received it said I would get a $10 discount, but in the order it calculated it as $5. Not cool.
No discount on my order. The price was the same as my local florist. On the live chat I didn't get my question answered.

The add-ons always make a lot of difference in the price so hopefully the flowers arrive in a timely manner and in good condition.
Please have filtering options of high to low and low to high or recommended, instead of having to go through all 16 pages of flower choices.
