I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site. I should have trusted mu gut. If you call customer service, you get disconnected after 10 minutes. No response to email, automated or online inquiries.

I placed two identical orders for "All Is Beautiful" centerpieces item number 4989 on 12/6/19 to be delivered on 12/23/19. One delivery to a NY address was made on 12/23/19 but it was the wrong flower arrangement. The arrangement delivered was not even close to the arrangement that was ordered. The second delivery to a FL address was never made on 12/23/19. The business was contacted by phone on 12/26/19 and spoke to a customer service representative. I received assurances that the correct arrangement would be delivered on 12/27/19 to the NY address and that a delivery would also be made to the FL address. Both of these statements were lies.
I called customer service again on 12/30/19 to inform a different representative that neither arrangement was delivered. Once again I received assurances that they would look into the situation and resolve the issues. My 35 years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive kicked in and realized that the responses provided were scripted to deceive customers with product or service issues. I began to lose my patience at this point and requested a refund on both orders since it became clear I was getting the run around. I was informed that they would only cancel the order that was not delivered but had to verify with the FL florist first. The incorrect order to NY could not be refunded and offered a small discount for the error. I decided to escalate the issues and requested to speak to a customer service manager. After holding more than 10 minutes, the CSR informed me that all managers were busy addressing issues on other calls and they will call me back.
While waiting for the manager to call back, I decided to investigate the company. What I found was a long history of egregious business behavior. Honestly, I have never seen this many bad reviews for any business. After waiting more than 4 hours, I decided to take action and post my experience with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and other business websites. I will also post this review on all social media websites in an effort to protect future customers from making the same mistake. In addition, I also called Visa to dispute the charges and use their leverage to obtain a refund. They are actually very concerned about Visa merchants that abuse customer rights under the law. I suggest anyone having the same issues with JustFlowers.com to do the same.

Ordered flowers to be delivered in Mothers day. Not only did they not arrive but there was no update informing me that the deivery was not made. I received an email the following day stating they were not able to deliver on Sunday of Mothers day so flowers would be deivered Monday. Then on Tuesday I received yet another email stating flowers were not delivered on Monday so they would be delivered on Tue. On Wed there was no update and yet no flowers. I followed the appropriate channels as per their website to request refund. I also left a massage requesting a call back. I did not hear from anyone either via email nor phone. So I proceeded to disput the charges late Wednesday night. Lo and behold the flowers arrive wilten to my mothers residence on Thursday. I do not believe it is a coinsidence that they finally attempt a delivery day after charges are disputed.
My mother did not accept the dlowers due to their poor condition.
In addition, once I made a purchase with this company I was are not able to request a refund EVEN IF THOUGH I AM COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND OPERATIONS.
Save yourself the misery!

USERS BEWARE. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS SITE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I ordered a "European Garden" flower dish arrangement from a web site called FLOWER DELIVERY.COM on Saturday morning at the web site phone number *******079. I should have realized something was wrong when the operator (girl) came on line and said the company name was JUST FLOWERS.COM. The operator told me they would be able to deliver the flowers before 6 pm that day, so I made the order. The flower dish arrangement came to a total cost of 49.99 plus tax and I thought there would be a delivery fee of 10 dollars. I did not know about the other charges until they sent me an e-mail showing 2.99 handling fee and 18.98 for shipping or service, for a total of 71.96. The operator also gave me a different number to call, *******911, opt 3 if I had any questions. I called our family on Sunday and inquired if the flowers had cheered them up and I was surprised to hear they never got any flowers. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. No one called me from JUST FLOWERS to let me know what was going on, they had my number. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I called JUST FLOWERS on Monday morning and after waiting on the phone for a while, the girl told me that NO FLORISTS were available to deliver flowers on the weekend in the Fairhope, Alabama area. Monday morning I called three florist in Fairhope and two in Foley and they are open on Saturday. The JUST FLOWERS operator apologized for the delay and they could still deliver the arrangement today or tomorrow. I said, NO, THANK YOU. The order needed to be there by Saturday and you did not do what was promised. CANCEL THE ORDER PLEASE. The JUST FLOWERS operator told me she could not do that without a manager approval, but would put a credit out there for me to use at a later date, maybe for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I told the operator, NO THANK YOU. This business is more interested in keeping the money than providing the service which was promised. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I called my credit card company and I am refusing to pay for flowers which were not delivered. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS SITE. USERS BEWARE.

While searching Just Flowers website for a FRUIT basket for my daughter and granddaughter, I saw an adorable basket that offered a sprig of flowers as well. I spoke with an actual employee to place my order for the FRUIT basket to be delivered to my daughter and granddaughter for their move in day to a new apartment. The employee even sent a picture to confirm the exact item that I had chosen and I was assured it could be delivered the same day. What I intended to be a very nice surprise for my daughter and granddaughter has turned into a very miserable and time consuming week long experience. My daughter sent a picture of the delivery and NOTHING BUT FLOWERS. Ugly flowers at that, nothing I would have ever chosen as a flower basket for my daughter! The excuse from Just Flowers was that the florist was out of FRUIT (I never received a call from anyone to advise me and ask if I would like to proceed with the delivery) and just doubled up on FLOWERS... really?!? During that same 30 minute conversation, I was then told by Just Flowers, that they had actually NOT spoken with the florist and would do so ASAP and get back with me. Two managers with Just Flowers have spoken with me and each time they attempted to strong arm me into admitting that a FRUIT basket with a sprig of flowers is the same as a huge FLOWER arrangement and offered me a 10, then 15, then 25 dollar reimbursement for a $94.00 delivery. I will not accept a partial refund for such a ridiculous mistake on their part. I did not order FLOWERS, I placed an order for a nutritious and delicious FRUIT basket and that's what I was told would be delivered. I will only accept a fruit basket to be delivered to them or a FULL REFUND. Anything less is a gross disservice to myself and to my children. I so regret choosing Just Flowers as a trusted florist and will absolutely never make this mistake again. Unfortunately, there was not an option for a rating of zero stars. Stay away from this vendor, they apparently do not understand or care that their product is purchased for a very specific reason or event and "love" is the top priority for reaching out to them in the first place.

After I first learned that the flowers I ordered to be delivered on Saturday (the day before mother's day) would not arrive that day, I looked at the reviews on trust pilot. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before spending money to buy flowers for my mother, only to be completely disappointed.

It is a joy to leave positive reviews and I rarely if ever leave a negative review because I understand the damage it can do. In this case I feel compelled to protect others and ask this company to take responsibility for their terrible service.

I read their policies. What they're doing is dishonest. They are taking people's money first and letting them know later that their flowers will not be delivered on time.

I ordered flowers on Friday for a Saturday delivery so that my mother could receive an early mother's day gift. My card sent with flowers includes the words "happy early mother's day".

-They were not delivered on Saturday.
-I then received an email that they would be delivered the next available day.
-They were not delivered on Sunday.
-I received another email that would be delivered the next available day.

-They we not delivered on Monday.
-I then received an email that they would be delivered on Tuesday.
-Monday evening I received an email that they would not be delivered at all and that they would process a credit to my card.

Here is what I would like them to change. It IS possible to create an online ordering system that lets potential customers know when their chosen flowers will be delivered and the cut off time for said delivery. They can then choose a different date or have the option to go elsewhere.

How many people did they disappointed? There were no weather issues. There were no travel issues. Other florists delivered on what they promised.

An honest company would let you know if their supplies ran out, if they were short on drivers, if they had taken all the orders for a certain date that they could handle.

My question for the owners of this business is what will you do about this? How will you fix this problem? What are you doing for the many customers you have disappointed?

They advertise high reviews on their website. It would be great for the business to succeed by taking excellent care of their customers. If they can't or won't do that, perhaps they should not be in business.
