I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

If you are looking for flowers to be delivered in Canada, stay away from this company.

I wish I have taken the time to read these reviews rather that the ones on the company web site. Ordered flowers for a birthday and was assured would be delivered next day between 9 and 6. Received a phone call following day after 6: pm indicating that they were unable to deliver the flowers that day because of the specific flower but that the arrangement would be delivered the next day. I asked why I was not contacted earlier do I could make alternative arrangements and the customer service indicated they had attempted to call me the previous day on my cell which is an out and out lie as I am never without my phone. The customer service assured me they had the flowers and would include an not of apology indicating they were supposed to be delivered the previous day. Not happy but I was in for a penny in for a pound.

Next day again after 6: pm, received a phone call indicating that now the address was too remote for their delivery and was there another address they could deliver to in order to complete the transaction. Again my question was, why are we having this discussion at 6: pm of the second day after they were supposed to be delivered. So I asked, where do you think it would be convienicant for you to deliver. She suggested a city located approx 35 minutes from the address given to them originally. So I asked, "you want the individual, a 73 year old senior in a seniors home to make arrangements to pick up her birthday flowers from a town located 35 minutes away. Do you hear how idiotic that suggestion sounds". Her response was "she was only looking to find a possible solution to delivering the flowers". My solution was cancel the order an refund my money and I will move on. I am not confident I all ever see the cancellation so fortunately I paid by credit card and I am contacting my bank to have the charges removed.

As a side note, the flowers on the web site indicated a shown price of 49.99, and deluxe price of 59.95 and a premium package of 69.99. I chose the deluxe pack and was told I would be my card would be billed at the 59.99 price. I did not see the confirmation until later and when I finally looked at it, I was billed at 69.99 plus a 5.49 handling fee as well as a $17.98 shipping and service fee all in US dollars which again was never identified.

This company is one of those back office slimy organizations that give all of the reputable web based companies a bad name but is good reason why whenever possible you should call a local company and use their services. It may be slightly more expensive but in the end a much better value.

Barbara, we will look into this for you but this was sent to a hospital. So perhaps, the card message fell off in transit or one of the nurses may have removed it. Nevertheless, we will further investigate.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
Their web site looks professional and their promise and guarantees look comforting BUT PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS.
Their service is the absolute WORST I have ever had from ANY company in ANY industry.

They did not send what I ordered. When I complained they assured me that all would be taken care of, not to worry, etc. That they would 'straighten things out" and either get me a refund or have the correct item sent to me. Needless to say, they never did anything...

These people use cut-rate florists in your local town. Just Flowers does NOT send you the bouquet. I my case, I placed an order on a Tuesday morning for a Friday night delivery--thereby giving them plenty of time to obtain the flowers I ordered. Shockingly, they apparently did NOT give my order to one of their cut rate associates until Friday afternoon.
The local florist told me directly that they were very sorry that they had to sen the wrong thing! But that they had no choice since JF did not give them my order until Fri afternoon for a Fri afternoon delivery. Local florist stated that IF they had received the order on Tues, Weds, Thurs or even Friday morning that they would have had time to obtain the correct flowers.
Local florist also told me directly that JF was NOT PAYING THEM ENOUGH TO SEND WHAT I HAD ORDERED & EVEN IF THE ORDER HAD ARRIVED EARLIER THEY STILL WOUD NOT NOT NOT HAVE DELIVERED WHAT I ORDERED AS THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM JF WAS NOT SUFFICIENT TO PAY WHAT THE FLOWER SHOP NEEDED TO PAY THE SUPPLIER FOR THE FLOWERS!
I am filing a fraud action with my charge card company & also contacting the attorney general's office in my state as well as the FTC.
These people should not be in business and apparently survive since the majority of their orders are paid for by one person at one address and sent to another person at another address. The recipient usually doesnt know what they should have received, etc...

This company by far the worst, my husband ordered flowers from them on valentine day, and he specifically ask them if they can deliver on Valentine, otherwise he will find another florist, well no flowers for me, they didn't deliver, next morning my husband received a call from the local florist, that if we still want the flower to be deliver, my husband said, you guys supposed to deliver on Valentine day, that you guaranteed that it will arrive! So my husband hand me the phone, the florist told me that they were close on valentine day, that they are on the way to deliver my flower! That they want to make sure that I'm gonna be home, i told them yes, well the flower did not arrive, so we got the phone call, that they cannot deliver the flower at all, because its snowing, I can't believe this company, called me that they are on the way, then later, can't deliver again, because its snowing outside! Its already snow with 2 inches already, its gonna be snowing for next couple days! This is horrible, anyway, i told them I don't want the flowers anymore, Valentine day is over, and my husband paid $252.00 for the 2 dozen of roses, he ordered the best flowers for me and pay this much, for not be deliver on the promise date and lied to him about they guaranteed the date promise was not fulfill, we all know, all florist jack up the price for the flowers, if its not valentine or special occasion, you can buy a 2 dozen of roses for a lot less than on a normal day, anyway, we called just flowers, and told them to cancel the order, and refused to cancel it, that they have made the flower specially for me, yes but you didn't deliver on Valentine, still refused to refund my money, so I called my bank and explain to the bank that I did not receive the flower on valentine day, and they refused to cancel, the product, that they can't even deliver, how is this company trying to scam, anyway they kept harassing me, I don't even have my flower, suppose to make me happy of the special day, and they make sure you be stress that day! Never will deal with this company again, which they think were stupid! They took the order, promise and guaranteed to deliver and fail to do so, knowing that the florist is closed that day and delivery did this in purpose is a bad business, the only company I will order from is gift tree, where I always have ordered and the recipient is happy and will tell you if they can deliver same day or not, products are wonderful, better than the pictures is totally care about their costumers, is the best company, by far have not disappointed us!
