I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

"Guaranteed by Mother's Day". Ordered on Friday. Received a text for delivery on Saturday. Received a text saying "sorry, delivery will be Sunday", OK. Received a text saying Monday, then Tuesday. Never received - cancelled order. Interesting that when you follow up on an order, they "experience high call volume", but when you select to order, they pick up right away. They did refund, however I ended up sending nothing on Mother's Day. My advice: call a local florist.

Tip for consumers:
This appears to be an overseas operation. The company's U.S. address is a P.O. box in a shipping store.

I decided to give this company a chance- what a mistake. Ordered flower to be delivered May 11 2019. Received an email this aftrrnoon, May 13,2019- saying there is still a delivery delay. So much for Mother's Day celebration! Will not use Justflowers again. Don't get a person when you call customer service- leave a message.

I would give them less the one star! They ruined Mother's Day! After calling twice and them telling me don't worry we deliver up till 9pm? Then I get a text "sorry we're not delivering it will have to be on our next available day? How am I supposed to go get them somewhere else? Absolutely ruined her day, worst florist ever! Watch out they will screw your holiday or event up too!

Don't waste your mponey here. Spent 90 dollars on flowers for mothers day and they are now saying it wont arrive until two days later. Here we are and still nothing. Can't even get someone on the phone to cancel my "order". It keeps hanging up on me. What a disappointment.

What a terrible, unprofessional business. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of desired delivery. It did not arrive and when I contacted them an arrangement was sent 2 days later. It didn't have the chocolates or bear I added to it. They apologised but it was not at all sincere and was clearly something they did frequently. No actual remorse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very difficult but got there in the end. Also th location areas - My sister lives in her own house at 996, Sleeping Rock Court, Winter Springs. I really couldn't fathom out which location to put so went for Residential Home, which to my mind sounds like a care home - which her's is not!!!! I look forward to hearing from her when she receives the gift. Thank you Ann Cook

Will take your money but won't deliver the promised product. If you want your day ruined and a good lesson in frustration then go with this company. I will be reporting them to The Better Business Burough. There is no happy ending with JustFlowers.com. They will suck the joy right out of any happy occasion.

Over charged not right to charge a handling fee than have a shipping and service fee as well I understand the shipping but the service fee is too much. You got us today but this will be the last time, in case anyone cares..Please take my credit card number off of your site...I fear there will be a charge to maintain my number on file.

Do not use this company. I ordered form them because 1800Flowers couldn't deliver next day. My mother's birthday has come and gone and all JustFlowers will do is call me every day to tell, e the flowers will be delivered 'tomorrow'. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. After being on hold for about 10 minutes, the csr came back and said she couldn't find a manager to approve my request. Luckily, I was able to dispute the charge through Chase. Never straying from 1800Flowers again.

Do not order from here. Did not deliver flowers on time for Mother's day and they later informed us they were making a substitution which I did not request in order to get them there on time. Well get this, they are already late. Would not recommend using this vendor. Horrible, horrible service. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option.

This is an update on my original review. The flowers I ordered were guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday. I called on numerous occasions to get a status and no one answers the phone. I wrote emails that weren't responded to ever. You'll notice the standard response is... We're here to help. Please provide your seven digit order number. I provided it several times and still never received a response.the flowers arrived 4 days after the guaranteed day and didn't look at all like what I paid for. It was horribly embarrassing!

This is an update of my review concerning flowers for delivery on Mother's Day. The site guaranteed a Saturday delivery, but did not deliver until threes following Tuesday. What did get deluvered was so embarrassing. The flowers I ordered had mostly roses in them Ann's what got delivered did not contain a single rose. Mostly carnations and granary. Of course I paid dearly for the arrangement. As you'll notice in all the negative reviews a standard statement is issued, we are her to help. Please give your invouce number. This will result in absolutely boring. I could never get the phone answered or an email response. Once you give them your money, you'll never receive any communication from this company again.

Ordered $175 arrangement for a funeral and was called multiple times asking if they could substitute flowers and colors differing from what was ordered. I finally asked to cancel so that we could simply order from another company and was told that they would get back with me. After explaining that I was getting on a plane soon to travel to said funeral, never heard back. Still unresolved and very unhappy.

On Saturday afternoon, I ordered flowers for delivery to my mother on Mother's Day (the next day). I ordered from a phone while out and needed something right and right away. I was worried after I read the many, many 1-star reviews. I am happy to report the flowers arrived on time and as expected. My mom loved them. My only complaint is price. Too expensive.

We placed a gift flower delivery order + chocolates. The items were never received. The phone numbers listed on their website were all of a sudden disconnected. If I clicked on the hyperlink it forwarded to an international phone number (We're in the US).

I requested a full refund 10 times by email. I keep receiving 'apology' emails, and other emails apologizing for my"'dissatisfaction with the delivered items."

It is now two full days after the delivery date, with Zero Human contact an Zero Delivery.

I've placed a formal dispute with Visa though our Credit Card Company. I advise everyone else do the same.

Ordered Flowers for Mothers day. It's Tuesday and they still aren't there. Thank god my bank is working with me which is more than what the Customer Service did. They refused to refund my money, asked me to reorder and were completely aloof to the fact that it was mothers day. As if flowers a week later have the same value. Either way, they are no longer my problem. I do hope they learn from this, but judging by the reviews it's highly unlikely.

Tip for consumers:
My best tip is to not use it. Go with 1800Flowers.

You should not advertise $20.00 discount, it makes the customer think they are going to receive a $20.00 discount at checkout, instead I was told that your prices are already $20.00 off in comparison to others, that is misleading and disappointing.

"From You Flowers" continually breaks into my computer while I am placing my order with you, offering a 20% discount. While placing this order, they broke in 4 times. Get rid of them!!!

This company has been spamming me for more than a year. I've asked them multiple times to take me off their mailing list, and even filed complaints and reports in several places. If you do get flowers from them, use don't use your main email because you will never stop getting spam from them.

Please Do Not use this company! Did not deliver as advertised. Attempts to contact customer service was a vortex of endless waiting and run arounds. Find a more reputable outfit when you need reliable service.

I normally do not leave reviews but I'm so angry! I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral that I am unable to attend. I picked out some sweet african violets and called in person to order as I have had problems ordering flowers online in the past. The company called me after they had sent out the arrangement and had taken it upon themselves to replace it without asking me. They refused to cancel the order. They gave $5 dollar credit on my account which I will not be using. They then offered to call the family. I did not want that AT. ALL. If you are looking to send flowers, pick another company.

I will not go into too much detail as I would need at least an hour to describe in detail the disgusting service I received but basically the flowers were never delivered even though I was forced to pay an additional $12.00 for delivery after the initial payment was made, in the end the recipient had to pick them up!. I was then harassed by customer service agents calling incessantly to tell me they would not reimburse my money they had put 'extra flowers' in the arrangement' to compensate, (I was not consulted first)... I don't believe this actually happened since I saw a picture of the arrangement, basically they did not deliver the flowers and stole the $12.00... disgusting..
