I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I ordered a hydrangea plant for $49.99. On the Web site and on the phone I was quoted $9.99 delivery. Instead I was charged $18.98 delivery plus $3.49 Handling. In multiple phone calls with salespeople and a supposed supervisor, I was unable to receive any satisfaction. There is more to the story but it all appeared to be part of a scam to quote $9.99 delivery and then charge more than twice that.

The flowers look beautiful. However, it was very frustrating to have to put all of my information in and the message on the card before seeing the delivery charge. This should be shared with the client upfront.

I hate buying from people who jack up the price. If I'm buying flowers on line, they are being delivered. There should not be an additional charge to delivery. Price your product to reflect the real price.

After I ordered the flowers for a family funeral- and got on the plane to travel to the service, I started getting calls telling me I owed more money than the ad had indicated! A death in the family is a very stressful situation - ordering flowers should not be. I will not order from JustFlowers again.

They guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. The flowers never arrived. Completed the online refund request and made numerous calls to their customer service which resulted in being disconnected every time I was put on hold. When I finally completed a call with a representative, I was told I would receive a refund. I did everything they instructed. Today, I was told I would receive a confirmation email for my full refund.

Tip for consumers:
I can't recommend JustFlowers.com. They seem to over-promise and under-deliver. My Valentine's Day flowers were never delivered even though they were guaranteed. It also takes much too long to secure a refund. It took me 2 weeks just to get a promise to send a refund confirmation email to me. I still haven't received the email, only the second verbal promise to refund my purchase.

Please order elsewhere! I ordered $113.00 worth flowers and got a $30.00 value delivered a day late. I also paid to have same day delivery. What a joke! They offered to give me $10.00 back. What a joke! Shop elsewhere or you'll be disappointed. Pic 1 is what I ordered, pic 2 is what was sent

I ordered flower from this company on Valentines Day but didn't not get delivered until the next day and to make it even worse is they wrote a wrong message on a card. The card was suppose to say Happy Valentines Day but instead they wrote Happy Birthday. They didn't write a name of who is receiving the flowers nor who send it. Now they are apologizing and say they'll take $5.00 off my order. I will not order from this company ever again.

The order was to arrive Sunday, Mother's Day. At 1st we were told it would be delivered on Sunday but it was delivered on Monday. The arrangement was very nice. My mother sent a photo of it to us. The added cut flowers to the plants was smaller than the order photo online. But it looked nice & she liked it.
We were very glad that you took our order so late before Mother's Day instead of telling us "no can do!"

I ordered these flowers on the morning of my daughter's birthday. She recently moved to CO under sad circumstances. I was assured multiple times that the bouquet would be delivered that day. They called me around noon and asked if they could substitute different flowers than the ones i ordered. I asked for a picture, they said they could not send one. Then at 4 o'clock, they called to say they could not deliver today! They tried to high pressure me into allowing them to deliver the next day, but I said no. At that time it was too late to order from a local florist as they were all closed. And they wouldn't immediately refund my account. They had already processed the payment. What a SCAM! This is what happens with out sourcing. Pay more and buy local, that's my motto from now on!

I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau this company should not be allowed to take people's money, refuse to provide what was paid for, and then speak rudely to you, if you wait over an hour to speak to someone before they hang up on you. My fiance paid for two flower arrangements to and paid Extra to be expedited. Neither arrangement was what he ordered and both delivered a week later, after Mothers Day. After several attempts to contact the company and after an hour wait was spoken rudely to, they refused to reimburse him for their mistakes and hung up on him.

I have used in past & was always pretty good. This time was a day late & full of fillers instead of flowers such as 2 stargazers instead of 4 as shown. Ordered $73 version so should have even better than $63 bouquet shown in picture online (will attach $63 version from site & $73 one that was delivered). Company didn't care & said arrangement was fine. Told them they lost a customer. You can decide!

Despite ordering flowers for Mom almost a month before Mother's Day, it never happened. They were to be delivered the Friday before, but I received an email that day (while on vacation) telling me they were "…not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding." Saturday, the same email. I'm thinking, "Great. Mom will get them on Mother's Day." Nope. Sunday, same email. Monday, same email. I finally was able to call them to see if they had any intention of actually delivering the flowers. Nope. Their phone Rep said they had canceled my order. Never got THAT email. Horrible system, no customer service.

Transaction was easy. There is a wide selection of floral arrangements to chose from. Prices are quite reasonable. Flowers I have ordered have been sent to Japan. The flowers that were received were close to the arrangements I selected, but yet beautiful and full. I had ordered from other companies before, and their florists sent puny and unattractive bouquets. I am very happy with JustFlowers and their florists in Japan. Highly recommend them.

Your emailed discount coupons are misleading. I only continued with my order from you because I had already typed in all of the information and you were about $5 cheaper than using the local company directly. I am more likely to use the local shops given my past experiences with your company.

I went to a few online flower places and nothing could be delivered yesterday. So I found found just flowers. Checked out the page and was excited for same day delivery. I order my flowers on 5/9 around 1:30 pm est time. You think they would give you a tracking number, but there subpar website and email gives you nothing. Nothing was delivered got the email saying next available day. My wife is a healthcare worker has been working her butt off and today 5/10 is here birthday and also Mother's Day. If this order isn't going to be delivered today I want my money back. I think they lie about delivery to get you to order. I want my money back if there is no chance of delivery today. My order #*******. There is enough complaints to report to federal trade commission for poor business practices. Be honest on your site about expected delivery's. Look at the well known 1800 flowers or other sites they have much better reviews and honest about there deliveries. VERY UNSATISFIED

Tip for consumers:
Stay away, use 1800flowers instead. Never had an issue

My order was placed and scheduled to arrive 5/11, the day before Mother's Day. Not only did it not arrive on that day, it is now 5/14 and there still has been no delivery. Every day I call, leave messages and email with no human response. I receive a boiler plate email at the end of each day stating the following "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order to XXXXXX was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding. We greatly appreciate your business"
I don't think they have any intentions of sending the flowers or if it will ever arrive. I cancelled on my credit card as I cant get anyone to answer the phone. This is the first time using JustFlowers and definitely my last. I hope this helps and saves some headaches for people.

I was not happy with the "designer arrangement" That was sent to my daughter at her new home in Gunnison. For the price 92.00 I thought it looked skimpy and poorly done. I did not like the colors. I wanted several others arrangements featured but I was told they were not available. If so why show them? My order #******* another #*******810 I do not know how to send photos

I ordered a 1-day service for flowers delivery on Saturday for mothers day. It's now Wednesday and still no flowers. Over $100.00 was spent for no flowers, no response, and no customer service. It is awful, still, no delivery and my mother was very sad to not receive their mother's day.

I need to talk to someone to fix this ASAP. Never will I order from them again.

Hello,
Yes, the orders was received. A day later then I was told it would be there for my aunt's birthday. I was very disappointed with the customer service representatives I spoke with (yes...plural associates). Even after I called to give directions on google map with them on the phone it still was not delivered on time. I did call and express my concerns their response was with what I felt was no apology. I will not be using them for future services.
