The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Pleased with many previous orders, but very disappointed with this transaction. Flowers were not delivered on requested delivery date, and a call to the recipient spoiled the intended surprise. Not inclined to recommend.

Your emailed discount coupons are misleading. I only continued with my order from you because I had already typed in all of the information and you were about $5 cheaper than using the local company directly. I am more likely to use the local shops given my past experiences with your company.
I was not happy with the "designer arrangement" That was sent to my daughter at her new home in Gunnison. For the price 92.00 I thought it looked skimpy and poorly done. I did not like the colors. I wanted several others arrangements featured but I was told they were not available. If so why show them? My order #******* another #*******810 I do not know how to send photos
Carol Haley, the arrangement you chose was $64.99, not $92.00. And the selected area you chose for delivery is not normally an area we deliver to. However, we went the extra mile and sought out a local florist who was able to fulfill this order for you on short notice in a remote area. Please e-mail a photo of what was received to service@justflowers.com so that we can take a look.
I was surprised by the amount of extra charges after the flowers were ordered. There was a $15 charge and a $5 service fee and then another fee to get the flowers there by 1 pm. I order flowers several times a year and I have never had to pay so much in fees. It was an unpleasant surprise. I can't really recommend this company to my friends for that reason. If I find out that the flowers are magnificent and that the delivery is incredible, maybe I will change my mind.

An order of flowers for my daughter placed online on Sat. Morning for Sat. Or Sunday delivery to her was finally received on Tuesday morning when she went to the floral shop to retrieve the arrangement. I realize that the order was last minute but the point is that they shouldn't have taken the order if they could not deliver as promised. They had no problem charging my credit card immediately. Would not use this service ever again.

Your website was difficult to use and more importantly I did not appreciate the extra fees... Handling and shipping. I had to redo the order almost 3 times and spent so much time including calling your customer service to see if the order went through, at check out I saw those fees and was almost left the site but I had spent so much time on it already I pushed the place order. I'm not planning to return to Just Flowers again.
I do NOT like your checkout process. I did not find out what the delivery charges would be until after I went through the PayPal process. That information should be provided once the recipient's zip code is entered into the system. Your website definitely needs some attention!

I was unable to change the zip code for the destination until I completely deleted the order and tried again.
Previous order experiences were not the best due to deliveries not being made on time and/or not being delivered at all. Trying express delivery this time and hope our experience is better.
shopping was ok, lovely choices. Your handling charges and shipping/delivery charges were quite high. &19.50 charges for $60 arrangement. I think this is quite high. I am anxious to see what the flowers look like.
The flowers did not hold up at all. Water was changed daily and I snipped the bottoms os stems to help the flowers. They were still mostly dead after 1 week, some roses before the week. Not satisfied with the product.
So I ordered some flowers for mother's day for my mom who lives away from me. I told them to deliver it just in time for the holiday, but she did not receive it that day. I emailed them multiple times, asking when it will get delivered and I was worried that they weren't going to send it at all. Then I got a call saying she received it the next day around 2pm. Not only was I disappointed about them not delivering the flowers in time, but they sent a DIFFERENT bouquet... I was shocked. Yes roses are nice, but it's not what I ordered. I am sorry to say, but this will be the first and last.

Delivered a week late. Never offered a refund. They never proactively told me my order was not being delivered. Horrible experience. But this was during the time of the pandemic so put it in perspective as much as could. Thx. I'm sure your team was doing the best they could. But overall if this is indicative of normal policy.. then not good.
The recipient said the succulents were "half dead and neglected", she was very disappointed in what she received and requested that we return them and get a refund. This was suppose to be the florist pick.

First, a couple days ago, I wanted to order two items, but found it difficult, so I contacted your chat. They told me I couldn't order two items at once, and that there was no way for me to save the information for the party I was sending it to, even though I always send it to the same person. Then today I go to order one item (forget about the hassle of sending two), and my order won't go thru because it says my email address is wrong. So the chat tells me maybe there's a space after the email. Yeah, there was. Well, your chat function does work well, anyway. But why does this get harder to do every time I do it? I've been a customer of yours for years, and it just gets harder every time.
This was easy and I have bought from you before and was satisfied. Last order was for Mother's Day and was not delivered until a week later. I assume it was because of the virus and so I just ordered from you again to be delivered on Monday July 6th to someone. It is a plant this time and hope
it gets there on time.
Ordered the Near & Dear Basket and the picture attached is what my wife received. Wilted pink roses, a lot of brown on all edges, especially the roses. If you look up this basket you will notice that NONE of the flowers we did get are on line for this basket. I know $50.00 is not anywhere near the most expensive set up on "JUST FLOWERS", but would have thought there would be some quality to the product shown on their website. Too many options out there to have good QUALITY flowers delivered, would find somebody else to handle your flower needs. The only reason I am giving two stars, is it was delivered on the right day. The initial contact was to request flower delivery for someone who had passed away. The flowers were ordered from a florist in the town where the funeral was held but was never delivered. The flowers were delivered a week later or so. I was not a happy customer.
ordered was delivered on time but recipient was not happy with the order. Did not like the florist shop that delivered a "bush" like plant. Way to big. I will not order again unless you change florist shops.

The website does not let you know if certain flower arrangements are available until you are ready to place an order. You are also not able to filter by lowest to highest price. The search feature is also not very user friendly.
