I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
shopping was ok, lovely choices. Your handling charges and shipping/delivery charges were quite high. &19.50 charges for $60 arrangement. I think this is quite high. I am anxious to see what the flowers look like.
I love the variety of flower offered. And the possibility of quick delivery if needed. The website itself is too busy - so many things going on off to the sides and floating around that it is distracting. It is also tacky that there is a handling fee and a shipping fee added to the price of the flowers. This has not occurred with the other services I have used. So, I feel manipulated into paying $15 more than the list price.
Absolutely worst service. I've made an order with this company specifically because they committed to deliver flowers on the requested day. This was confirmed by their confirmation email, which also explicitly states that deliveries will be made on weekends. My delivery was not made. All day I waited for confirmation of the reliever, and late in the evening, I received a notification that the delivery will not be made. I did manage to speak to the customer service, who clearly needs education on the company's terms and conditions. Not only my order was not fulfilled, the company did not refund me in full, and I spend over $62 on the call. DO NOT buy anything from this company, unless you really want to be ripped off.
These flowers were for my cousin's funeral. His wife sent me a note to say how pleased the family was. The family was having 2 visitations at 2 different locations on 2 different days. Your CS rep called me & asked if I wanted them delivered on the 1st day & assured me that the flowers would also be moved to the 2nd location. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. I placed my order 3 business days prior to the delivery date. The delivery was still 1 day late. The florist didn't have all of the flowers needed for the arrangement. The arrangement sent looked nothing like the item I ordered. The missing flowers were replaced by dull ferns, which aren't in the original arrangement at all. I wish someone had contacted me with the option of cancelling the order. What was sent was horrible. Justflowers has offered me a $10 refund for a $65 order. No thanks. I'll take the lesson and never order from Justflowers again.

Made an order for my wife for Mother's Day on Thursday requested delivery on Sat. Also elected to upgrade the bouquet for extra $20 to add flowers matching mine. Delivery showed up on Thursday instead of Sat delivered basic bouquet. No way to get a hold of the company by phone. Save your money

Ordered a casket cover & a standing spray flowers for our mother's viewing and graveside service. I ordered these 6 days in advance and requested them be delivered the day before the viewing. We received no flowers and on the morning of was told the order was being processed. I received no phone call or text from Just flowers telling me they couldn't fulfill the order, so we could order from a different florist. They say on their site, funerals are a top priority for them. This is totally false advertisement. I will never use this company again. Also, a family friend tried sending flowers and was told they were sorry they missed the service with delivery and wanted an address of a family member so they could deliver those to their home.

This is Utterly false advertisement. If a substation was needed due to lack of product, we should have been given that option. We have used your service many times before. I very dissatisfied with this arrangement. Photo 1 was the order. Photo 2 is what was received. Not even close.

Very user friendly - Unfortunately this is during the Covid pandemic so there was a delay of 5 or so days before my sister received the flowers. Totally understand the delay because of the virus. I would order from you all again for sure.
On 5/16 I spoke with my bank and requested a chargeback for the order that was NEVER received. On the 5/18 I received an email from just flowers stating that the florist that received the order delivered it but would investigate further. Naturally I responded that it was a bunch of crap and let them know I had already requested a refund through my card company. Thank God on 5/23 my account had been credited $114.97 don't know if it was the creditor that pushed it through or not but I will never use this company again... maybe I just need to send gift cards!
I placed a mother's day topiary arrangement for my daughter Friday 5/8/20, today is Tuesday 5/12/20. I called and was on hold for who know's how long and left several emails with no response. What a waste of time. My daughter lives in Maryland so I have no idea what florist received the order, so unable to speak to anyone directly. I contacted my bank this morning and put in a dispute to get my money back. Justflowers.com website stated I had over 6hrs. To put in order to get the arrangement delivered on time for a next day delivery of 5/9/20. Lies and Terrible service!

We ordered a $80. Arrangement and received at most a $30 arrangement. Flowers DO NOT look like the ones on their website. They substituted our order with nothing They say the reason was it was near a holiday and the flowers weren't what they should have been. Why didn't they tell me? I was embarrassed at the arrangement I wanted to throw in the trash. They have offered to refund $15. HA! Our complete order came to $104. $15 doesn't come near covering the inconvenience and disappointment I have with using this florist. By the way, it says in their guarantee that they will work with the problem til the customer is satisfied. Ha again! Just do yourself a favor do not waste your time with this crappy florist in Orefield, PA
What else do you need to know: they DIDN'T deliver the flowers by the guaranteed date... which was Mother's Day. A simple Google search will show you that this happened to THOUSANDS of people.
They also don't staff their support line... this is a garbage, money-grubbing organization with no intent to carry out its promised product/service.

Just like everyone else, they failed to deliver on Sunday as promised. Their customer service is terrible. Website doesn't work to check status and the lied on Monday saying the flowers had been delivered when they had not. They simply dont understand customer service.

I placed 3 orders. One was delivered on time, the other two have yet to arrive.
Don't bother calling customer service, nobody ever picks up.

I got a call back for one order. They said they needed the phone number of the recipient to deliver the flowers! You have her address, what do you need her phone number for? They have this thing now called Goggle Maps. It works pretty good.
After I gave it to them, they said they would deliver it ASAP, and offered me a 15% credit.
Yeah right, like I'll ever see that, Lol. I asked about the second order, and she said she couldn't help me. Of course not, that would be to complicated. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said her manager had left. Probably to go find a better job with a real company.

Ordered, and paid extra for expedited service, yes, it was last minute for Mother's Day, however, if the order couldn't be fulfilled, they should have denied the order. I received 2 emails saying the order was delayed but promising it would deliver the next day, finally called and they said it didn't ship yet. I was able to contact a local florist and get my mother a bouquet on Monday.

Site was very easy to use. I would recommend that a first name not be required on the delivery. I had to put the last name as the first name to get the order to go through. I also had to put one on my alternate telephone numbers for the delivery number as I have no idea what their telephone number is. Just a recommendation. However other than that I would highly recommend ordering through your company and site.
Terrible service, paid extra to deliver flowers the next day, it has been 7 days and there is a new excuse why the flowers were not delivered. Asked for a full refund and to cancel but they do not want to refund the amount paid, never use this service, save your money and use a local shop or another service.
Delivery attempt was made at 2:00 pm. No response at the door so order was brought back to the shop. Due to the heat, we do not leave certain items outside. Can go out for redelivery tomorrow.

Just flowers.com is misleading. I was guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day before I placed my order and the day of I checked the status of my order and they said it would be delivered the day after. Very disappointed. Was not able to get a live person and the wait in the phone was literally two hours. Do not order from them. It is better to order from a local florist directly. I give them ZERO stars! I hope to get a refund

I ordered a yellow rose floral arrangement that was to have white flowers and greenery in a basket (see photo) I ordered them August 11th to be delivered at the church where my late uncles services were to be held on the 12th. I was unable to attend because of health issues so my son and daughter went to represent our family. At 5:58 pm my daughter informed me that they had not arrived. I called Just Flowers and spoke to a representative and was told that they had been delivered at 4:28 with a delivery signature when in fact they had not. 20 minutes after I got off of the phone with Just Flowers, some yellow Rose's were delivered but they were not arranged, trimmed or fresh. They looked like they had been hastily shoved in a glass vase leaves and all (see photo). I have attached pictures and a copy of an email from Just Flowers the day I ordered them assuring me that they would indeed be what I ordered, but they were not. I am extremely disappointed.
