I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I want a full refund! I did not place an order to be delivered any other day other than Mother's Day! Your company is a LIAR and I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied! I will never do business with your incompetent company again! I could have found a Company that could have gotten my mother her flowers on time! Not only is it not delivered on time it's rescheduled for the day after Mother's Day! To make matters worse no one answers the damn phone! I want my money back!

The shopping experience is excellent - quick, easy, and efficient with a great selection but your delivery service is awful. This is their last chance to just deliver the flowers whether we are home or not . They constantly look for a reason to not deliver the flowers..

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, said the flowers would be delivered Sunday. Then an email saying it would be delivered on Monday. Then an email stating they had to change order. Still have no idea if flowers were delivered. 11.PM Monday night. Never will they get my business again. Order # *******

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday/ They were supposed to be delivered in four hours. They were not delivered for 3 DAYS. I contacted Just Flowers by e-mail and by phones several times each day until the flowers were finally delivered. I asked for a refund and was told all I would get was a note of apology. I will not use them again.

I bought my mother flowers for mother's day which she still hasn't received as I'm writing this! I'm so upset I can't see straight! I paid 70 dollars for these flowers to get the her on Mother's Day, if I wanted them delivered the day after mother's day or the next day after that I could've bought them for way wayyy cheaper but I did this one hoping she would get them! I'm highly disappointed and upset! Than to top it off they only tried to issue me a 7.00 credit can you believe that!

Flowers sent to my parents who were wintering on the other side of the country.
Flowers delivered the following day which was perfect.
My Mother said the flowers were beautiful!
Only thing customers should be aware of is that this is an American site so purchase is in U.S. dollars.

Alright, so we had a rocky relationship. Flowers didn't get delivered on time and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of customer service. That being said, they did reach out and the flowers did get delivered. They got there, she loved them, I'm satisfied. So if you have a problem, just avoid the phones and the emails and skip straight to this site. Once you complain, someone should reach out and you take it from there. That's what worked for me. And don't skip straight to asking for your money back. Nobody wants to help that customer. I said that I didn't want my money back, I didn't want to write a bad review, I just wanted my girl to get her flowers. It worked for me anyways.

I order from just flowers for the second time and was disappointed both times at least the first time they made good by sending an arrangement that was descent. This time not only did they not deliverer the day that was promised but, what I ordered and what the reciever got was not even comparable. I spoke with them they said the dollar amount was... but again it didn't even come close. Stay away from these people if you want people to receive at least a reasonable fact similar... I would post pictures if they allowed it here!

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased an arrangement online and upgraded to the premium arrangement since the photo of the arrangement showed my 83 yr. Old mother's favorite flower in her favorite color. What was delivered to my mother for Mothers Day was nothing close to this photo or description? In fact, not even the same colors. Upon calling Just Flowers to complain, I was told to go to the home page then click on customer service and then click on substitutions. I told them this is fraud and nowhere on the page to order this arrangement or even their home page does it even mention substitutions. Wow, they offered a $10 refund.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This site totally ruined mothers day for me. I ordered the flowers for mothers day and they did not come. Tried to call and same as everyone else couldn't get a hold of anybody. A few days later the flowers came after numerous calls and emails that were not answered. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Still to this day haven't talked to anyone. Wish I could have this place shut down ended up getting more flowers. I would suggest proflowers to anyone looking for flowers.

My friend in NH had surgery so I sent flowers to cheer her up. The flowers were not delivered on the day they were scheduled to arrive. Evidently there were issues finding a florist near her. I was very disappointed in your service.

DO NOT ever order from this company... I ordered what I thought I was getting on the right and what came was on the left... I also upgraded to premium and paid for early delivery- the flowers are NOTHING alike. Not to mention they were delivered at 6:45 pm... I was embarrassed - I called several times and was told I could have a $10 credit... This was a $138 order and this is unacceptable.

I wanted to send a last minute floral arrangement. I placed my order on-line at 3:30 p.m. and quickly received a phone call saying the item I ordered would not be available to deliver that day but they could put together one with similar flowers that they could get out that day. My mother was "moved to tears" to receive them. Having them arrive that day was wonderful!

Ordered on 5/13 with a delivery date of 5/14 for Mother's Day. Received notification on Sunday night/the evening of May 14th that you were unable to deliver on time/that day due to high volume. I was very disappointed but understood as it was Mothers Day. However, the flowers were not delivered until Tuesday and they were not fresh as they appeared to have been prepared several days earlier- if you were unable to deliver the flowers when they were fresh, I would have expected you would remake the arrangement once they appeared wilted, dry, definitely past their prime. The flowers were not only late, the arrangement was embarrassing - a poor reflection on me and on your business. You should only accept as many delivery orders as you are able to realistically complete/fulfill in the agreed upon time.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will set up for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on May 7th to be delivered to my best friend in the 9th. She never received the flowers. I have emailed and called 7 times leaving messages. No return call and no refund! This is horrible.

Update: I was asked for my order number by their customer service on here. I sent it. To date STILL NO REFUND. Horrible

Horrible place to order flowers from. Ordered flowers on Thursday for Saturday delivery. Never got there, no notification no phone call. Called 6 times on Sunday and was told each time they were scheduled to be delivered by 6 pm. At 5:45 I was told the same thing. At 6:15 I called and was told there were no fresh flowers to be delivered. This is Waretown, N. J. No florist that this supposedly "professional business" deals with had fresh flowers. But they charge $18.98 for handling and delivery. Never been so upset. No one under any circumstances should deal with them. Terrible horrible company

My son sent flowers for Valentine's Day. They did not come. He got a message that they'd be delivered the next day. They still did not come. In fact, Valentine's Day was Friday and this is Tuesday of the following week and no flowers were delivered -- notified them several times online -- then they try to say they were delivered on Sunday. They never were delivered here and they were told multiple times. My son is now dealing with the bank so his credit card does not get charged. They say they delivered them -- I don't know where they delivered them, but it was not to my house. I was home the entire time and no one ever rang our doorbell and no one ever delivered any flowers to this address. This happened in Columbus, OH and Grove City, OH. They were ordered from my son in Columbus, OH and were to be delivered to me in Grove City, OH. It never happened. I do not have my son's Order # and you can believe this or not, but it happened.

I placed an order for mothers day flowers to be delivered and they still have not been delivered! I tried calling last night to find out why the flowers were not delivered and could not get through. I have been on hold this morning for almost an hour. I never received an email confirmation but i screen shot the confirmation number. Money was immediately taken out of my account.

I ordered same day delivery for a family member who is in Hospice care. That was on Tuesday 12/31/19. I am still waiting for the delivery to be made. I called twice and was on hold for a long time then got "disconnected". I emailed the company and they told me that all they could do for me was credit me $5.00 and deliver the flowers today. I told them that I wanted my shipping cost reimbursed and an email when the delivery is complete. A couple hours later, I received an email saying that they cannot fulfill my order and will deliver something else. Not even sure what it is that I spent the money on... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering.

Horrible! I will NEVER use your service again. One order came 2 days late and the other I cancelled when it hadn't arrived by 2 days after Mother's Day. Both were ordered 2 days prior to the holiday and were guaranteed that they would be delivered on time.

Flowers were ordered on Saturday for Mother's Day. They arrived on Monday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture not even close. The arrangement I ordered has none of the flowers pictured on their site. It certainly is not worth the $88.00 I paid for it. It took 4 tries to get customer service. This is a SCAM.
