I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

The flowers were good but they were a day late then what was promised. I had to call in to find out what was going on with the order. I never got a clear indication by phone or email on delivery. Need to improve on the notification piece of the order process.

I sent these flowers to my wife for a special occasion. The vase arrived smashed and the flowers were crushed. It took more than a week before she received the replacement. As I told your service person on the phone who told me it may take up to a week to get a replacement, I told him that if that was the case, I would never use your service again. I plan on following through on that commitment. It is very challenging to understand how it is possible to order flowers "next day" on your website, but a replacement shipment takes a week.

My wife shop was closing at 2pm I ask the arrangement to be delivered by 1pm paid for an extra charge for express delivery she left was not there by 2:30 pm i guess the construction company that started the demolition after they closed got the order. Called customer service would not refund the order wanted to credit my account $4.99 on a $90 order confirmation #*******, beware this is a scam and will not work with you plus they continue to hang up on me when i ask for the manager! DO NOT USE!

I checked numerous sites for Mother's Day delivery for my 84 yr. Old Mother. Found flowers for $40. To $54. Of what I was looking for but could not be delivered for 1 or 2 days after Mother's Day. Just flowers claimed to be able to deliver on Mother's Day for $100. It was worth it to me to surprise her ON Mother's Day... NO FLOWERS - Disappointed buyer and Mother. Can't make up for Mother's Day, especially during this pandemic! Don't make claims you can not live up to (and then tell me I will be reimbursed within 4 days., why was I ever charged to begin with). Skip this site and move on.

Did a search for "Thank you" flowers and returned 50 pages of results with no way to sort or filter.

Message kept telling me I was over 240 characters, when I was right at 240.

Also a little annoyed that a $35 order was $48 by the time I was done and that getting delivery before 1:00pm was going to be yet another $5. It just feels like I am being nickle and dimed to death.

The order was 2 days late!. And that would be easier to overlook if the product was right. I paid out good money for beautiful flowers. This was thrown together with no care@ all. Not even close to the photo chosen.& some were wiltted, dying already... My Lord... WHY? This was for my mom who i havent seen since this covid quarintine began. Just horrible

I can't impress upon you how my experience with JustFlowers was a nightmare. I made 2 orders. One order was delivered but the arrangement was 1/4 the size and missing balloon and card.
2nd order for my mother in law never was delivered. After several emails and calls they sent notification they couldn't make the delivery... 2 weeks later. Their customer service was just awful. Please find another vendor if you really want nice flowers delivered. JustFlowers is as bad as it gets.

Delivered a week late. Never offered a refund. They never proactively told me my order was not being delivered. Horrible experience. But this was during the time of the pandemic so put it in perspective as much as could. Thx. I'm sure your team was doing the best they could. But overall if this is indicative of normal policy.. then not good.

The bouquet i ordered was not delivered as scheduled and then when it did get delivered, it was the wrong bouquet. I received 5 dollars off for the inconvenience and another bouquet was delivered 2 days later the scheduled date. In my opinion, the option should have been given for a more significant partial refund, as 2 bouquets being delivered after the scheduled delivery dates, one being the completely wrong bouquet is unacceptable

I ordered flowers a week ago, and they say they were delivered but the person never got them. I've been calling all week, they refuse to give me the name of the flower shop and refuse to give my money back! I'm complaining with the BBB!

My order was not sent on time and I had to call just flowers. They then told me it was out for delivery then called me back to say the florist couldn't do the order. They found another florist who completed the order the next day but all flowers were substituted and my price stayed the same. I placed this order many days ahead of time to prevent any issues but apparently that didn't work.

DO NOT ORDER with this site! It is bull$#*!!
They do not answer ANY phone calls or emails!
My order was never delivered! Order # *******
I paid $195.97 and with many messages I had left them without any of them returned,
I requested a refund. They charged me on Friday and it is now Monday, If I don't
Receive one soon I will be causing a BIG commotion.

The florist Just Flowers used to deliver my last order to my mother-in-law, a beautiful wreath with a beautiful big red bow was all wrong the bow was white and red ugly stripes never meant for a Christmas wreath! Very disappointed but will give you all another chance.

Mother's Day flowers not delivered just an email saying rescheduled? Almost $25 on delivery and handling and u can't even deliver it on correct day! I want a full refund! I ordered Mother's Day flowered not day after flowers! I will be disputing the charges and writing bbb!
