I ordered flowers from this website on Friday 05/07/2021 for Mother's Day- Main reason they stated they could do same day delivery - That night I get an email that it wont be delivered until Saturday. On Saturday nothing and no messages. Sunday night I received a message it wont be delivered until Monday. Now I just received a message that it wont be delivered until Tuesday. I have emailed twice, left 2 message on the website and called and left several messages with no response whatsoever and can never get a live person. They have already charged my card. Even when calling to place a new order it tells me they are too busy and it hangs up on me. IN my entire 40 years I have never left a bad review for a company. This company ruined my Mother's Day for my mom who I could not visit this year and now is 4 days late in delivering my flowers with no confirmation that they will even deliver. This company is a joke. Also my order was 90 some dollars - I just want to cry. I have a very limited budget and went out of my way to make this day special for my mom and now they have taken my money but wont deliver the flowers and do not care about rectifying the situation. At this point I will be leaving bad reviews on any website I can find so people are aware to not waste their time, money or energy with this joke of a company.

False Advertising - This site was very misleading. They told me that my package would be delivered on sunday. So sunday comes and I call because the package hasnt arrived to my mother in laws house yet. Keep in mind, this is her birthday suprise. The key is to deliver it ON HER BIRTHDAY. I call the company and this lady tells me that the florist isnt opened on sunday. What kind of bs is that. She tells me they will deliver the next day and have an apology note intacted to it. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone. Pure Garbage with unprofessional work!

I couldn't seem to find the area to type in discount. I asked on the chat. Got no answer for quite some time. So then I asked if anyone was going to respond. So then Rhonda responded telling me where to find it. But MY ORDER HAD DISAPPEARED so I told Rhonda and she said it was erased because I took too much time (not those exact words) So I started over and lo and behold it was all still right there. So anyway I think the chat people need a little more training.

My wife ordered flowers for my 90 year old mother for Mother's Day. Paid to have them delivered the day before (Saturday). The flowers were never delivered. Called on Mother's Day and was told they were out for delivery. They never got there. Called Monday, and was told the same thing... they were out for delivery. Again, they never arrived. Called " customer service ", and was actually argued with! I then asked for a refund, stating they couldn't deliver what I paid extra to have them do -deliver flowers the day before Mother's Day- and it was now almost 3 days later. Customer service then hung up on me! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and suggest every one else do the same. DO NOT TRUST JUSTFLOWERS.COM Does not deserve even 1 star, but couldn't submit without it.

I typically don't buy flowers on line because they are expensive, but I'm deployed and have no choice. Same day service is a great option! I'll be using you again. Thank you

I ordered flowers from Just Flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday to be delivered ON her birthday. I ordered a week in advance. They were NOT delivered on the day I specified so I called and they said they were delivered but then after I called the next day, still no flowers, they said they would call the local florist to see what happened. FINALLY 3 days later, after I asked for a refund, they delivered the flowers. Horrible service and customer service.

First and foremost, your selections are pricey especially for a local florist. Second, you have a lot of additional fees that do not appear until the end.

This place is a big scam. Takes your money which they won't return. Your flowers are never delivered. No way to talk to them. Check out other reviews - piece of sh*t company. BEWARE!

It was easy and just flowers had a wide variety of options to choose from so no worries in not finding the right arrangement, your website has a bouquet for any occasion with lots of choices.

This company subs out the orders to a crampy local florist that's sends an arrangement in a kids Easter basket. What was delivered was distasteful, beat-up, half dead, and tiny compared to the large size I paid for. Then they wanted to credit just $15 back. They're customer service sucks. They have no integrity. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH END RESULT. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!

If these flowers get delivered, on time and looking like the picture I'll never use another site again. Very easy to order and price seems reasonable.

I used Just Flowers before with no problems as a regular customer. Recently, I was surprised at the bungled service from check out to delivery. I'm not using them again.

Selection for intended zip code is conflicting. No ability to sort by price. Ten dollar promo ended up being five dollars. (How does that work out?) Check out process cumbersome.

My order, # *******, for Mothers day never arrived and I am now demanding a full refund. You have love, that they take your money, before they confirm delivery

Literally the only site I use for flowers, they always arrived on time, fresh and beautiful! Website could use a little work to make it more user friendly but otherwise I highly recommend.

So far today has been fine. Very disappointed with Just Flowers from previous experience - Flowers were late by 2 days. Almost did not use your service tonight.

We ordered a premium (most expensive) bouquet for a funeral. Upon arrival at the funeral home, where there were between 75 -100 arrangements, we found a 5-inch tall vase containing a few pitiful flowers haphazardly arranged with our name on it. It was mortifying - the ONLY arrangement that small and no more than 1/4 the size of ANY OTHER arrangement. Three calls to customer service yielded more frustration - people who took the calls are most likely in India and literally responded to my input with verbatim responses obviously read from a script. Have contacted BBB and Seven on Your Side (local tv news outlet).

You advertise a good price but upon checkout there's 40% additional fees & tax which significantly increases the price. Pretty misleading in my opinion.
