I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Very wide choice and easy to use web site. "Handling" fe was a surprise. I think that should be art of the cost of flowers, not an add on. Other than that I am happy so far.
It is really hard to find what you want. The transaction part went well, but it seems odd that you have both a "handling" and service fee. I think I'll be able to do much better elsewhere.
I can't tell yet but we will see how it turns out that the recipient actually gets the really cool rubber plant instead of a replacement. I do hope so.
I'm disappointed that there was no way to type in a message to the florist such as "substitute another flowering plant if you have a better one at this price"

#*******, I left message with your customer service and was called before I posted on Facebook, with no interest in solving the problem. Received a call today from Teresa. She kept saying the same thing that somehow I knew they had the right to charge me more money the next day? I asked VISA to look at the Just Flowers web site and the Visa lady could not find any disclosure about local florists either. I never gave JustFlowers my email address and one of their employees after they would not cancel my order said this disclosure is found on my email billing information. They charged me additional $13.00 (16.55 CAN) on my card without my approval. I only agreed to $6.50, then, I called back right away and asked to cancel order. (still waiting for the refund credit they promised). Quite frankly, to say there is a minimum with local florists contravenes the competition act. I have contacted to the Better Business Bureau. Visa is also interested and will look into the matter.
With the Canadian exchange these Get Well flowers were costly for a simple bouquet. I have learned a lesson... go directly to the local florist!
Agree to a promotion then they call next day to jack up the price $13.00 ( agreed to $6.50) because the local florist had a minimum. Poor customer service.
You offered two different offers to receive a total of Thirty dollars off, I could find no way of using them at order time. Not to pleased with that. Other than that the site was excellent.
Do not use this company. What you order is not what you get! I ordered a funeral arrangement for my mother and what showed up was HORRIBLE! I sent pictures immediately to the email provided and spoke with 7 different people who did NOTHING. I ended up asking to speak to a manager and asked for half of my money back as the flowers I received were worth just that. You'll see below. The manager was very rude and kept cutting me off trying to justify why the arrangement was worth it after admitting the florist (they wouldn't give me the florists info) used a different frame amongst other huge problems with it. I ended up hanging up on her after being interrupted repeatedly and being told they would not refund me any more than $60 of my $248. Keep in mind this was my mother's funeral. Even the funeral director said he's never seen an arrangement with no card saying who the florist was and it looked nothing like what was advertised. What florist doesn't advertise their work? Red flags everywhere! Do yourself a favor and order local and really research this business online and on the Better business bureau. I learned the hard way.

Everything is great, making choices and finding what I was looking for, but handling and shipping fees add up to a lot of extra expense, more than I expected.
Web site does not allow you to go back to review your choice before submitting order. Also, shipping, handling, delivery etc. charges should be disclosed before entering payment information.
It's been way better than other sites. I especially like the offer to help. I did think I'd receive $10 off my order, according to e-mail, but I'm satisfied.
I purchased an exotic assortment for $119 for Mother's Day. My wife received a generic assortment, WITHOUT ONE EXOTIC FLOWER. When I complained and sent pictures, they offered me $10 off a future purchase. STAY AWAY FROM JUST FLOWERS. RIP OFF!

for international buyers its a bit difficult as the addresses and phone numbers are longer than your boxes allow it took me a few goes I only persevered because I know the bouquets look lovely

I ordered the roses for you flowers for my Mother in law The arrangement she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I understand substitutions but it wasn't even close to any semblance. They were very sparse and didn't equate to the value I paid i paid almost $65.00 Highly unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUSTFLOWERS.COM. Their customer service is less than helpful.

I've been fully committed to Just Flowers for years since they were able to deliver an order same day for me. But, when I see handling and delivery fees adding a full 30% to the order, I've been ordering less and less; AND cheaper and cheaper items since the add on costs really add up.
I ordered a product from their online called over the blue horizon. Was a blue vase with calililys blue Hydrangea and assorted flowers. Pd 85.00 to be delivered on sat. They did not I called they said could not on sat had to be mon. I asked if before noon due to person getting product would be leaving. They said ok put in order. On mon at 1130 recieved text saying had to substitute. Clear vase. No blue flowers and put in daisies and red rose. This was for a sympathy delivery for a lost child named Blue. They refused to help in any way all they said was oh sorry I asked to get number of the florist they were using. They refused. The only thing they would do was give me $15 off. Would not cancelorder either. Very unsatisfying customer service. And not willing to help at all. If I cant buy what you have listed on your website then it shouldn't be listed.

My order was scheduled to be delivered Saturday May 9th. After it didn't arrive Saturday and calling no joke 15 times to speak with a representative, I was assured that the order would be there on Sunday May 10th. I just asked if there was a chance it wouldn't be delivered to let me know and I could try to make other last minute arrangements. I was Told without a doubt both orders would be there. And sure enough on Sunday night at 9pm nothing was delivered. How can you take people's money by advertising a service that you cannot deliver on.

I ordered Flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered the same day, today is Friday and still no flowers and these $#*!s, yes $#*!s will not refund me my money, so I put a fraud alert on my credit card and stopped them from taken out my money. My only issue so far is that I was ordering "Country Charm Basket w/Bear" - but then upon checkout I was asked if I wanted to order a bear with my flowers. I thought the bear came with it already! So I had to phone for clarification. Also, I wanted to send the flowers to "The Chavarria Family", but was forced to put one name instead.

It was mother's day and I could not find any other flower shops that provides "same day delivery" which is why when I saw that this website can provide this service, I was relieved. I was obviously so happy that I found them and that they do extended hours to cater for mother's day. My dad waited for the flowers the whole day but it never arrived. I was in another country so I could not get ahold of their customer service. I did send them an email the next day. They replied and said that it will take 1-4 days to be delivered. Why would you put a "same day delivery" advertisement if you cannot fulfill the job?! Aside from shipping fee, I even had to pay handling fee when my purchase was not handled right! It is really annoying. I then just asked for a refund but never had a reply. I sent them 3 emails yet nothing. No reply. Until now, my mother has not received her flowers nor I got my refund back. 4 days later after mother's day.

Have contacted every number just flowers gives and can not speak to a live person unless you call to order flowers, then they give you a number that you have already called. We have sent emails, left messages and still no call or email back. As of 5/11/2020, no customer service at all. I'd give negative stars if it was an option. DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY TSKEN LIKE I DID.
