I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Today, fast was important, and this took me quickly through pages of options, and a fast check out. There was also offered help along the way. Thank you Just Flowers

My cousin's 'big' birthday was two days ago. The flowers have still not been delivered :( If it is important that the flowers are delivered on time, I would go elsewhere.

I ordered the flowers online from Australia for my friend who lives in South Cairo, NY for her birthday and her brother's passing away. First, I received an email advising they could not find the address that I've given to them and could not confirm the person's name being residence of the address. Through Google Maps and internet research, I found the address and my friend's husband as confirmed resident of the address. Also received bad line phone calls asking to change the date of delivery to the next day because they could not find a florist. Again, through my internet research, I found a lot of florist shops in the surrounding areas, which again I informed them of this. In addition, I advised them that if they're unable to provide the service, I request a refund. However, to my surprise the next day, I received another email asking for additional $25 payment to enable them to deliver the flowers. Whilst through my reply email, I informed them I am not paying extra, deliver the flowers or please provide a refund asap. Through their phone, I was advised, they can deliver it without further cost but has to be deferred again for the next day. My friend's birthday was four days ago and the flowers supposed to arrive on her birthday.
If management of this business read this post, please put your act together deliver my flowers at no extra cost otherwise please provide me with the refund asap. I wish this business review through this website before signing up because certainly you have had a lot of unhappy customers.

Due to the absence of any local shops, South Cairo has proven to be somewhat remote in terms of delivering flowers. However, our customer service supervisor has since spoken with you and offered to have your order delivered by an outside vendor and you approved. We currently have your order scheduled for delivery on 9/17/2020.
My company has a 15% discount code which I put in the field but it did not give me the discount and when I chatted with the lady her answer was no help and she ended the chat so I could not reply that I had put the code in the field.
I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered Mother's Day she never received them. Called was told they couldn't be delivered until Monday. Guess what never showed Monday tried to call customer service call never answered. Tried again same bs. DO NOT USE THIS SLIME BALL COMPANY. I paid over 100.00 dollars guess I will have to eat it

Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request.
I would give them NEGATIVE stars if I could. I specifically Googled for services who could deliver in the area I needed. I ordered on 3/17 for delivery to the visitation on 3/21. FOUR DAYS. They sent me a receipt which implied they'd spoken with the funeral home and COULD deliver on 3/20, or 3/21. Got an email on 3/21 that delivery was RESCHEDULED and to be sent TO THE FUNERAL SERVICE on 3/22.
I called to find out why - they indicate the local florist shops could not accommodate the order... SO YOU DIDN'T THINK YOU SHOULD CALL BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED?
They can't even accommodate for the service now, so my mother's family has NO IDEA I requested AND PAID FOR a beautiful arrangement.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from these people, they are con artists, scheisters and liars.
They sure took my money on the 17th and want to take four days to refund it.

Mothers day flowers did not deliver on time. Two days late in fact and I tried to cancel my order BEFORE the flowers were delivered and there was no reimbursement for a nearly $100 purchase. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service ONLY to find out they would reimburse $15 for shipment. Such horrible service and no one responded to my emails or voicemails. NOT WORTH A PENNY.

On-time delivery which was a good thing. Flowers looked as if they had been pushed up against a wall in a sauna.

Email telling me there would be no delivery sent to me on SUNDAY NIGHT at 6PM... guaranteeing I had no other way to get my mother some kind of a replacement gift on Mother's day. I ordered a mothers day bouquet and their website advertised delivery ON Mother's Day, which is why I chose this site over others. I received order confirmation of this delivery and receipt of payment. Mother's Day passed, no notification of delivery or delivery time. I called Tuesday evening after no delivery to my Mom and the agent told that it was too late to cancel, but could not provide status of delivery. I had paid premium amount for delivery on Sunday, only to be told on Tuesday evening that the my order would not be fulfilled as agreed and advertised at purchase. I asked for the name of the florist to try and get a better status and Just Flowers representative would not share this info. Despite the fact that the delivery vehicle would arrive at my Mom's house likely with a company logo of some sort? Just Flower's offered no resolution to this matter, only that I would be continued to be charged with the original amount despite the order not being fulfilled as purchased. Outrageous customer service. I will never use them again and I would encourage other consumers to look elsewhere.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2 days ago. This timeframe was well within the websites stated delivery window. I just received email stating the flowers wouldn't deliver on time. Since they've created a slick ad like email, this obviously happens continuously with justflowers.com.
Called. No humans available evidently. No worries. American Express to the rescue. Disputed and cancelled payment. Checkmate! I love it when you get a win out of one these situations!
PS. I read some of the comments about them on this site. The justflowers rep, Daniel K., must feel like Sean Spicer trying to explain this nonsense. If they were a stock, I'd be short!

The plant was sent to relatives who had a loss in the family. It was received on the scheduled date, and they gave the plant great ratings!
The web site entry blocks did not line up with the required items. Very difficult to complete. Also, there was a $10 discount for new customers yet couldn't find it anywhere on checkout.
Ordered flowers for mothers day on may 8th for next day delivery, like many others this was one of the few companies that was still accepting orders for Mothers Day delivery. Its been over 2 weeks now and still no flowers ( over $150.00)

I had a call on the afternoon that plant was supposed to be delivered saying that they were going to substitute a LILY for the PALM that I had ordered. I told them no, did not want a lily, it was for my son's birthday and he is not a lily person so to just cancel. Instead, they delivered a palm at 11:00 PM and left the plant OUTSIDE! He didn't find it until the next morning. All in all, it was NOT a pleasant experience.
