The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Information has to be duplicated too many times. Also, for some reason my order picked up extra items and would not let me check out.
YOUR WEBSITE WAS TELLING ME THAT MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS INVALID...I tried 3 times and finally got through....now when I go to express my experince your website won't let me submit it....
Your site is not easy to navigate. Not customer friendly at the check out, not able to return (couldn't find function) to change delivery day.
Handling fee is bad surprice when checking out. It should be included in product price. Next time will buy from Amazon.
Shippin g fee 11 dollars ridiculous not shipping it getting it from a local shop and i had a code and there was no place to puz it
It's not my fault that the local florist had a higher minimum delivery charge, yet you tried to make me pay an ADDITIONAL $15 to have them delivered!

I was supposed to get a discount, I got none, and just some sort of weird note about a discount on my NEXT order, which I found a little flaky.
i UNDERSTOOD THERE WAS NO SHIPPING FEE FOR THIS ORDER YET i WAS CHARGED $1195. i AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
