I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement for her birthday... so I thought. Not only did the florist call and ask my mother if she was home to get flowers delivered to her, which I specified on the notes to leave them on her porch if she did not answer the door, they looked nothing like the photograph. The photograph showed a beautiful, full and colorful arrangement, what I received was everything but. Most of the flowers were white with the occasional yellow or purple thrown in, and 1, only 1, pink carnation. The flowers were also no where close to the count the pictured showed. THe picture showed the flowers almost overflowing out of the basket, they did not even reach the sides on mine. Also my basket was painted terribly and broken. I called and complained. They wanted pictures as proof, which I provided within 10 minutes of the phone call. Today I received an email stating that they fulfilled their promise on the order and offered me $7.50 off my next order. Why would I ever buy from them again when they messed up my very first order and refuse to fix it. I am not asking for a refund per say, even though I feel one is in order, but they could at least send me a correct one.

This has been extremely easy to order; just hoping the delivery goes as smoothly! THE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. After I called the second time, I was told they had too many deliveries on that day. Having been told they WOULD be delivered on the date requested, to have them show up THREE days later was not acceptable.

Your website acctually needs a lot of improvement. It needs to look beautiful, to begin with. Your are selling a beautiful thing but why isn't your website that way?
Also, when one add the flowers to the cart and start placing the order, why can't the person ahev a look at the pictures of the add ons like chocos, teddys, balloons etc? You are only giving the option to add an add on to the cart but you are not showing the pictures.
Moreover, you have a special flower basket to offer to the customers, but unfortunately, you dont have any pictures of that special flower basket, you should have.
and then there should be multiple pictures for each product you are selling.
These are some of the very basic things i felt today, there is a lot more to improve. In case you want more explanation, we can sit and talk no worries. I'd love to help.

Never use Just flowers.com. I was assured that flowers would be delivered for my Mother's funeral. They never arrived and I was never notified until I called them. At that point I was informed that they would not make it to the funeral. I was very upset with this company and told them to make sure and cancel my order and not to charge my Card. Guess what my card has been charged. I called the company and tried to get customer service which left me on hold and then said because of long wait times try again later. Hung up on me. Next I called the ordering line, I got someone. Told this person that I wanted to speak to a manager and after some hesitation given a number to call. Guess what, the number was busy. I was unable to get through or leave a message. Please don't let this happen to you. Terrible rating for just flowers.com Not customer friendly, Not reliable and quick to charge your card, but slow to refund. I have been told it may take 10 days when I spoke to the ordering salesman that so hesitantly gave me the manager number. I just wanted to share my experience with the world. Do not put your trust in Just flowers.

They are not straightforward, my flowers never got delivered and I was never refunded. I tried to contact them, they responded once with a lie and never followed up

I placed 2 flower orders weeks before mother's day that were going to the same address... Not cheap orders either... One for my mother and one for my sister... they were both were to be delivered on Sunday. My mother's was delivered on Saturday missing the balloons I paid for and the other still never delivered and YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT CALL BACK! At this point all I want is my money returned but no human will answer the phone and for over a hundred dollars for my mother's arrangement was pitiful! I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company... try another one if you do not want to be DISAPPOINTED!

They got my money but, no flowers, no response to phone calls, emails or online inquiry. Terrible company. Read the BBB reviews, Terrible customer ratings.

So what they do is take your money, promise delivery and then if you try to cancel when they don't meet the delivery requirement, they deliver late... even after canceling and then say they can't refund because the item was delivered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I wasted $$$$ don't waste yours!
