Ordered flowers for my friends funeral. NEVER been SO DISSAPOINTED in my life. WHAT they SENT was NOT what I ORDERED.No remorse from Just Flowers.
TERRIBLE outfit and people! Going to her funeral was SO SAD then having to see the UGLY and DEPRESSING arrangement they sent was heartbreaking! I called them. THey just gave me NO compassion at all.DO NOT use JUST FLOWERS.

Have ordered several times, the time for mothers day was a nightmare, when I called I was told to go on the website an the website told me to call. My mother received her flowers late.

Covid made it difficult to deliver to senior living place. Gift was for someone turning 100 years old. Luckily we were able to get it re-delivered to daughter's home instead. Thank you!

Ok but received from weird emails from another company asking for payment when I had already paid you. I ignored these emails but it was very suspicious

I would have liked to have been advised of the additional $14.00 fees at the beginning of this experience. Will I be notified when delivery is completed?

Had to call, but wait times were too long. Realized when I got on my computer instead of phone, that I had to select MC instead of Visa. Then my card was accepted

I had a $10 voucher and I applied the code, but it did not acknowledge the discount till later. I would be better if the discount were acknowledged when put in the order.

Same day delivery turned into a 5 day ordeal with no option to cancel having no option but to have flowers delivered to a empty house for our daughter never to even being able to enjoy. Epic failure

The flowers hop that gave me confidence when it comes on telling a friend. Well, the service is great and they send the flowers on time. So, works for me.

I saw a code for a discount at one point but when I tried to pull it back up. Then I lost the info I had to enter all the info again. Hope I don't get charged twice.

They will not return phone calls or return answers by email. I could not be more disappointed. I would like my money back. I will never order from them again.

It was easy to navigate the prompts. I would have appreciated being given a warning before my order was finalized. There was no opportunity to check the order for accuracy.

When I tried to select 'Deluxe' for "Precious Love" arrangement, it jumped to "Hearts of Affection." I eventually concluded that if you add a few flowers to Standard "Precious Love," it becomes Standard "Hearts of Affection," which is priced the same as Deluxe "Precious Love." Not dishonest, but confusing.

NEVER ever ever order from "Just Flowers" I ordered a plant with flowers to be delivered on Saturday the day before mother's Day. It was not delivered I called they said it will be delivered Sunday. It was not delivered I called again and got very upset with these people and they promised it would be delivered yesterday! Here we are Tuesday and it is still not delivered you cannot even get through on the telephone everything is automated I am furious! So NEVER ever order from Just Flowers! As of today Wednesday my mother still has not received her flowers.

Please don't mees it up like last time. It was 2 days late. And if I hadn't called no telling what would have happened.

I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mothers Day on May 7,2022 to be delivered that day and received a text message that they could not be Delivered till May 8 which was fine because that was Mothers Day. Then on Mothers Day May 8 I get another text message that they could not be delivered till Monday May 9 the day after Mothers Day then I open my email this morning and they tell me they will be delivered the next available day. My Mother is 102 years Old and I may not get another chance to send her flowers again on Mothers Day! They have done this to me before, I will never order flowers here again!

It is very easy to search for what I want and place order. I will be in touch with the person I am sending flowers to, to see if what they receive is as good as what it looks like I ordered.

The 40% delivery fee is higher than I expected. I am ill today or I would have delivered the gift myself. This order was sent because I am too contagious to go to the office.

So far so good. I did purchase an upgrade on the bouquet and sadly in the past it was disappointing, so I am curious to see these results Thanks, Jessica Blanchard-Friedman

Our first order was placed a month and a half ago, was delivered promptly and was absolutely beautiful. It was really appreciated by the recipient. I hoping now for the same experience for my wife.
