I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

Thank You I am having the same issue. Ordered last Thursday, said they would be delivered on the Saturday before Mothers Day for my Mom. Sunday nothing. I received a email Sunday saying they could not be delivered & would be sent the next delivery day. So after getting the email i call, no answer goes to a voicemail, I leave a message & send them a email. Monday I get another email saying they could be delivered. So I call again, leave another message & send another email. Still no response. Wednesday comes still no delivery, So I call again leave yet another message and email, again nothing. So Now it this past Friday, I get another email saying the flowers can not be delivered. So now I'm angry, its been over a week. So I send another strongly worded email, letting them know I want a refund and that I will be reporting them to BBB & Attorney Generals Office, & that I will contact a Lawyer if I have to. So I get a email from them today saying the flowers were already delivered with no issues. But it is funny I got another email today saying the flowers again cannot not be deliver & I spoke with my Mom who has received nothing. So which is it were they delivered and can they not be deliver! I'm done with them. They are either going to refund my money or I am taking this to the next step in a lawsuit form.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery at Just Flowers for my sister who was giving birth at the hospital. The flowers were going to be delivered between 9AM and 6PM per the promise but they never delivered the flowers, neither did they contact me to inform me of this. I called several times to advise that my sister did not receive the flowers. They advised they made an honest mistake by not delivering the flowers.

I asked for a refund since my sister was leaving the hospital the following morning. They advised they could not refund as they attempted delivery. They offered a $7 discount. When I asked who they contacted when attempting delivery as I was the one who called them to inquire about why the flowers were not delivered, they said they do not contact patient at hospital so they contacted no one. When I made a complaint to ask that they refund me. A few weeks later, they replied " the flowers were delivered so you will not get the service for free"

I was so shocked to realize at that point that the company was a scam. They kept my money (about $75) when the flowers were never delivered.
If you want to save yourself some aggravation, do not attempt to purchase from Just Flowers as it is a scam based on my experience with them.

I ORDERED FLOWERS ON MOTHER DAY THEY STILL HAVENT COME, I HAVE CALLED 100 TIMES AND ALSO EMAILED THEM NOTHING BACK AND NEVER GAVE ME A CONFOMATION NUMBER OR EMAIL I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED ASAP MY NAME IS PASQUALE RAPONE *******968 I WOILD LIKE SOMEONE TO GIVE ME A CALL ASAP.

I was literally told that not only do they not have the style of flowers I ordered, but that the only thing I can have is " pink gerbers, carnations, and other fall colored flowers in a clear vase." So I literally have NO IDEA what I am paying for AND I can't even choose a different arrangement from the site. Oh and they are going to refund me $15. I have no choice but to send flowers I'm not interested in due to the time constraint. I asked if I could find out exactly what flowers are available and they couldn't tell me and wouldn't contact the florist to get the specifics. That is insane. I just wanted to send my sister flowers that she would like after her surgery and now they won't even be her style. So so so upset.

Update: I received a muffled voicemail from a man named Richie and I literally could not hear a word he said. Like It sounded like there was a fan directly next to the phone? Impossible to even hear the call back number! I am so baffled by this entire unprofessional situation. Flowers are an emotional gift and this has been handled so carelessly.

I ordered flowers for an aunt that's now in a Nursing home. They were to be delivered on June 7th 2021. They emailed me and said the flowers I ordered weren't available and would I ok a change. Reluctantly I said Ok by reading their Guaranty they say the would offer a reduced price which they did not. Also instead of delivering the flowers as agreed on they delivered thgem on the 8th not the 7th... Then they emailed me and and said they wanted to charge me a delivery charge. I said they must be crazy. They continue to harass me with emails. They said they could not reach me but I answered thgen each and every time they emailed me. So I ask, what the f__k? Work with me or leave me alone...

I ordered a funeral arrangement from this company and the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home by the floral shop. They put it in the wrong room even though the card had the person's name on it and I never seen the floral arrangement I called the company they claimed it was sent. I explained that it was not there and evidently it was put in the wrong viewing room and took to the wrong funeral because of that I expect a complete refund. I paid $179 for this arrangement and I felt like I should have my money back if it was not delivered to the right person. I've talked to their service representative supervisor Emily and I have just gotten the runaround. I got a call that was left on my voicemail that because it was delivered to the funeral home it was not their fault it was not put in the right viewing room and they do not want to do anything to help me or reimburse me. At this time I am getting with my bank to get a reimbursement. Do not order from them they do not guarantee anything if I could give this review a zero I would.
