The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
So much to choose from would like to see a tab with unusual arrangements instead of the "round" bouquet in a vase. Vases look very pretty.

My story: I call from overseas and order "A Windfall of Orchids" for my mother's 85th bday. I then contacted the company via chat to ensure that (1) this particular bouquet can be delivered, and (2) it would be delivered that day - - her birthday. I was assured by Esther that there was no problem but I must place my order immediately, which I did. Mind you, I called in the morning so they had all day to work on this. Several days later, when I arrived in the U.S., I was informed by my sister that the company called to say they did not deliver the flowers as they did not have that type, and would I please contact them. I called and was told that they could not complete the order, would I accept a different bouquet. I said no, the occasion has passed, I would just like a refund. I was then told that I would need to speak with a manager for a refund, but a manager was not available. Would I call back. In summary, I must have had 5 back and forth conversations with various customer service people who for one reason or another could not patch me through to a manager. I now have a credit dispute in the works with my bank so as to secure a credit since the company never provided one. In short, they are criminals, having taken money and not provided a service. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
So my initial goal was to to complaint about unsatisfactory delivery and how bad of an experience I had with Just Flowers. But... they made it right, made us happy and that's the reason I wanted to leave a review. I delivered flowers early on Friday the April 17 for delivery that same day. At 6 PM on that night they were not delivered yet. I called JustFlowers help line and they told me after a brief hold that the flowers were on the way and the driver was stuck in traffic. Then I called again and I was told this time that according to their record the flowers were delivered at 5 PM that day. What a lie I thought and called my sister to double check but as it turns out my sister did not receive the flowers promised by Just Flowers on the 17th at all. It was too late to call them back again and I decoded to wait until the following morning. But in the morning I got a call from one of Just Flowers managers, Teresa who apologized for the delay and all the confusion with the order. It turns out she did here own investigation and found out that the driver lied to customer service and never delivered the flowers for reasons unknown. So she offered me a $10 discount and offered to redeliver that day for free since it was their issue with a card of apology. That day my sister finally received her flowers and they were just beautiful and gorgeous she stayed very happy and was glad to receive them from me. Being far away is not easy and things like that make you think that Just Flowers are doing a good job making customers happy. I could have been raving about all their bad customer service etc but in the end, who doesn't make mistakes. Even our own USPS has lost so many of my packages. The way Just Flowers manager explained to me there are so many variables and small little details we as customer never pay attention to that take place behind the scenes of a big flower company like Just Flowers so a slight mistake anywhere along the way can cause your order not delivered. Anyways - they also gave me $20 off my next order and made me satisfied in the end. I hope that review helps them. I think I will order from them again with a coupon next time.

It was difficult to delete the extra charge for express delivery. Other than that, my experience was fine.
