The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
I would like to have ordered simple flowers delivered in a box as an option as we don't need a vase...
My only concern is: the bouquet is shown with balloons, yet at checkout you ask if I want to include balloons???

The flowers were sent long distance so I did not actually see the product but the recipient was pleased with them.
The website seems outdated. A good update to the site can make the business seem more official and encourage new visits

My last order was to include a balloon that did not show up with the order. No credit was ever given

They have a large selection to choose from. Always satisfied with arrangement. And a plus, they deliver on the same day
Always get compliments on the arrangements, whether the be for funeral, wedding, birthday or just because. Keep up the good work.
When sending flowers out of town, one may not have the recipients phone number. This should not stop the ordering process.
No delivery. No one in customer service to speak to. This company stole my money. Do not fall for their scam.
