The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Always good, would not use any other as we are always happy with service and goods. Have used your service from UK many, many times.
On your web page you say certain discounts are available today. Not so! By the time you place your order the cost is very high
I was entitled to write 240 letters in my birthday card and was asked to erase even on a fewer amount of letters. Very disappointing
This is an excellent Website. Only concern is that there is no place for special instructions; I would have asked for very light, bright colors.

I had paid for delivery before 1 pm and they were delivered after that time and the flowers sat out in the heat and wilted.
The additional delivery cost of USD 15/- should have been mentioned upfront.
Also there doesn't seem to be any way to record the delivery time.

I didn't like the way your express rate was added on the price of the flowers before I could make up my mind about it. I took it off for that reason.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents on Easter. As of this morning they have not been delivered.
You could modernize the site just a bit. Make it look a little prettier. Other than that it was lovely.

Site is not that intuitive and old looking, fonts changing all over the site, though cost and photos are good
