The person who received the flowers texted me right away with a photo. The flowers arrangement was even better than what I had hoped for. The recipient was delighted. Beautiful job and thank you so very much!
I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!
Everything is great like usual, but I had a problem with payment via PayPal. There disappeared an option for PayPal payment. I liked it.
I've ordered multiple times and they always forget the balloon! Just make sure the balloon gets added; they have a habit of forgetting it!
I've had some major problems with Just Flowers before but I tried them again and had the flowers delivered correctly. I'm trying it again.
I had an overall good experience this time. Last time I had too many pop ups and lost my information so didn't finalize order.

This site was difficult to navigate since I am ordering out of the country. I am concerned about timely delivery and quality of product.
Most of the items are not available and on your site does not show shipping and handling details until you place the order. SUCKS.

Your site said no shipping and then you preceded to charge us both a handling and shipping fee equal to almost half the cost of the item.
They are just the middle man they are not a florist. They find florist and only give them the minimum money. They keep the rest. CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST!
It was easy to shop on your site. I would like to have a filter of price low to high. But other than that, it was good.

Whenever I need to order flowers, I always use Just Flowers. Just wish you had a way to create an account so my info could be saved.
It was easy and I was pleased to receive discount codes. My only complaint were the added fees such as handling fee and the large delivery fee.
