I ordered the flowers and payment for the went through on 9/9. These were for my daughter-in-law after her surgery. She was supposed to receive them on 9/10, but never did. I made several calls. Thursday, 9/12, I was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service and they promised a manager would call me back in 10 minutes to cancel and begin reimbursement. They never called, I called back at 5 pm on 9/12. Supposedly I have to wait now until they contact the "preferred shop" o get my money back. I will NEVER order from this service again. And, by the way, it says all calls are monitored and recorded. They should have ALL of this information!

I ordered flowers online to a hospital patient (relative) in another state. The order process seemed clunky so I called the customer service for JustFlowers. They told me the flowers were out for delivery by the florist and should be delivered later that day. End of story, except a week later I get a notice from JustFlowers on my email to confirm the delivery. Since the actual delivery was never confirmed, I tried to inquire online. But of course, I never received an order number and couldn't do the online inquiry. So, I called customer service and Jane looked it up and confirmed that delivery was made to the hospital.

I picked out an arrangement especially to send sympathy to my friend.
The arrangement sent was not the one pictured and I feel like it wasn't\
Worth the amount charged as it was a collection of a plain bouquest of
Flowers wen I ordered another type of arrangement. I had to order another sympathy
Bouquet 2 weeks later for anothe death in the family. I used a different flower service
And got just what I had seen when I ordered. If you can't deliver don't have us choose
From 6 pages of photos. I was not happy with this order at all. I felt like I was ripped off.
The other florist did a beautiful job and I will use them not yours in the future.

Hi just descibing my experience with the company.

It was misleading, I ordered the flowers which I paid for prior to delivery and then I was notified late that the flowers would not be arriving based on technical issues. Then the next day when I was asked if they could be delivered (Monday) I agreed and was charged an additional 15 or so dollars which I also agreed to. Which isn't a bad thing that's no problem but it's just that the costs weren't upfront and obvious and after the error on your end it would have been nice to have some form of compensation (extra flowers or a balloon or something would be nice) and I wish it was a bit more straightforward. As for the flower delivery it was lovely, and I thank you all but hope that the process is a bit smoother for future customers as this service is great, but the errors made it a bit rough. Anyway, thank you have a nice day

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. That's the best I have to say. The 'bouquet' was miniscule! For the price [over $61.00], I am extremely disappointed and frankly, was embarrassed! I knew it wouldn't be the biggest but I ordered middle of the road size [$49.99] and was extremely frustrated when I saw it. They said the number of roses, etcetera but did NOT say how tiny they would be! I will NOT order from them again as this is the SECOND time I [and the recipient] were totally underwhelmed. I place an order on Saturday night after speaking with a representative that assured me that flowers where going to be delivered on Sunday for a funeral. It turned out flowers where delivered Monday around 5pm. I ordered a deluxe and received a standard one. I sent a complaints, after investigation they said that's all they could do and offered me a 7 dollar discount for my next order. Not interested in ordering ever again. Please add measurements to your order and pictures of how a deluxe might look like and not just say "we will add lots of more flowers to it"

I ordered flowers for same day delivery as a result of their advertisement, even though I found their handling and delivery fee to be a bit high. Order was well in advance of their deadline for same day delivery. Hours later, too late for me to cancel and order from another place, I received an email that due to a delay it would be delivered on the next available day. No guarantee that it would be the next day and no offer of rebate or compensation of any kind. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response (as of today).

In the past I have been pleased with your services.
I always place 2 orders for flowers my Mother and Step Mother.
Both of my recent orders for Mothers Day were placed on Friday,.I chose flowers based on Zip code for Saturday delivery.
Both set of flowers were not delivered until Wednesday. I understand that Mothers Day is the busiest day. I could understand a Monday delivery due to the volume but Wednesday delivery?
For the record I contacted another flower company on Tuesday their flowers were delivered on Wednesday as promised.

Friday Deliveries are available in most cities for Mother’s Day. If we are unable to deliver on Friday and the order is going to a residence, then the order will be scheduled for Saturday. Deliveries are available in most cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery and time permits, we will deliver the gift on Saturday. My daughter didn't get anything that even was close to the picture of the basket of flowers online. A peace lily with two roses stuck in it was delivered. Luckily the nice florist replaced the plant with a nice basket of flowers. On her order it was stated as a "flowering plant", which I did not order.

Ordering was fairly easy but expensive "handling" and "shipping" of $23. Selected the "Cotton Candy" arrangement for a birthday gift--as pictured (no additional flowers added in for additional cost). Vase of flowers was delivered 5 days later as requested, but picture sent to me by the recipient showed that the arrangement looked almost nothing like the one I selected just for her. Very disappointed for the price of the flowers and the handling and shipping. Will not order from just flowers.com again.

Spent $77 for an arrangement. I picked a specific arrangement because it had butterflies attached to the basket. A family member had just got a new job and this member loves butterflies so I thought the arrangement was perfect with the butterflies as a congrats gift. I had even put in the notes... please don't forget to attach the butterflies. If this company is not going to provide what you paid for then I will not do business with them again.

Ordered Valentine flowers to be delivered on 2/14/24--then late in the 2/14 afternoon received notice the delivery would not happen as promised. No time to regroup and get something else in line and had to wait until the next day for delivery. NOT GOOD!

The $10 refund was worthless! Like we need to do something so lets do a small amount so that we can say we tried. Not acceptable and will not use your services again--I know this will not have any impact upon Just Flowers--but like your $10 refund--it makes me feel better!

Looking for a birthday gift for my husband, after scrolling through 100+ arrangements I selected the one I wanted. Placed the order in Australia for delivery in TX United States, everything was going fine. Order arrived on time, no complaints. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, aesthetically a big fail.

I contacted customer support. While they were responsive they explained that the monetary value and colour of the flowers was equivalent. Ultimately they only offered to provide a small discount when I used their service again. Not happy, I would never have selected this.

You be the judge... photo of advertised item versus what was delivered.

UPDATE: After posting here, received a phone call at 3.40am despite having requested to be contacted via email. I have responded to all email correspondence promptly each time it has been received. Also seems unnecessary to publish my full name in your response here.

Turns out she was some pushy oriental woman who was more focused on getting my order than answering my questions. She was going by the name "Rhonda". After I wrote my review yesterday I received an automated phone message saying the flowers were on the way. I'm happy to report that the flowers were delivered and it was a beautiful arrangement (more a credit to the local florist than to Just Flowers). I'm extremely skeptical the delivery would have happened without me posting a review on this site, which is very frustrating since I had already paid. It's unlikely I will use them again.

Placed the order on Saturday for Mother's Day. Just like everyone else my money was taken immediately/ Got a call on Sunday evening saying the delivery would not happen that day. I was a little irritated, but they said the delivery would happen the next day as soon as possible. Well it didn't happen yesterday either. If they couldn't handle the Mother's Day overflow by the end of Monday then what kind of business are they running? Now, I'm just furious. I called to see why the 20% was not taken off. I generally order from Teleflora and I get a discount because 2 of my cards partner with them. The only reason I did not use them was because they do not deliver in Gates NC. This was difficult because I don't care for call centers. I was dissatisfied they should have given me the same discount I could get over the phone online. This would have only been a 10 minute or less process with Teleflora and I would not have had to talk with anyone.

You should not advertise $20.00 discount, it makes the customer think they are going to receive a $20.00 discount at checkout, instead I was told that your prices are already $20.00 off in comparison to others, that is misleading and disappointing.
