Defective products, fraudulent promises and excuses, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced as an Interior Designer. This is a scam company. I purchased 2 swivel chairs; one arrived with a broken drum base, the other seat snapped completely apart from the base leaving a client on the floor with head injury. They refused to take responsibility for either issue and lied about the reasons for doing so.

Purchased 2 Barcelona chairs and ottomans. Frames have no quality. They severely lean to the left after minimal use. Never replied or helped after purchase. 1800. 00 wasted. Maybe why they don't sell them now. Do urself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I recently had a new home built in another state, and one that is far away that I need to get on a plane to from my current state. I chatted with Kardiel before making the purchase of a sofa, and was told that it takes 10 business days to receive it. Lets just say that the 10 business days are gone, I had to change my flight to return home, and still no sofa! You chat with them and all you get is BS! Now, I have to change my flight again, and still Kardiel nor the shipping company can provide me with a delivery date? Between the cost of the sofa and the constant changing of my flight I could have bought an entire living room set!

KARDIEL IS A NIGHTMARE!
