My housekeeper made a mistake leaving a key into a box after selecting « take off keys », so the key hasn't be registered but Nathalie (who I chatted with) found the key and opened me the good box. Thank you so much!
Lockboxes are of poor quality and break often (example: cheap spring mechanism, cheap plastic), the software UI/UX needs to be greatly improved to avoid having users make mistakes at the terminal, sometimes there are some serious software bugs that result in keys becoming lost/orphaned in the system (happens to my keys at least a few times a year, and it's not user error), when you buy an annual membership but don't use the lockbox regularly throughout the month you get force downgraded to a lower crappier subscription plan (not cool)
